比賽形式/Competition Format

參賽選手需提交一段跆拳道表演及作品闡釋的高清視頻（確保視頻畫質清晰，聲音同步且無雜音，能清晰呈現跆拳道表演的每一個細節。例如在表演準備階段，對品勢或對抗的理解與風格定位是否明確，體能狀態與技術準備是否到位；表演過程中，動作的規範性與力度是否達標，踢腿的高度與速度是否精確，步伐的移動與重心的控制是否流暢，品勢中的呼吸調節、攻防動作銜接，實戰對抗中的戰術運用、反應速度、擊打精準度等技巧的使用是否自然熟練；根據表演不同段落的需求，能否靈活切換動作的力度、速度與幅度。同時，在作品闡釋環節，要清晰展示表達的流暢性、語調的感染力、語速的合理把控、情感的飽滿表達、觀點闡述的邏輯層次，以及對跆拳道精神與作品內涵詮釋時的說服力等）。
 

Participants are required to submit a high-definition video of their Taekwondo performance and explanation of their work (make sure that the video quality is clear, the sound is synchronized and free of noise, and that every detail of the Taekwondo performance is clearly presented. For example, in the preparation stage of the performance, whether the understanding and style positioning of the posture or confrontation are clear, whether the physical condition and technical preparation are in place; during the performance, whether the normality and strength of the movements are up to standard, whether the height and speed of the kicks are precise, whether the movement of the steps and the control of the center of gravity are fluent, whether the adjustment of the breathing, the connection of offensive and defensive actions in the posture, whether the tactical application, the speed of the reaction, and the accuracy of the strikes in the actual confrontation are natural and skillful; whether the skills used are natural and skillful; and whether the performance is well executed and the performance is well organized and well executed. Whether the use of skills is natural and skillful; whether the strength, speed and amplitude of movements can be flexibly switched according to the needs of different sections of the performance. 參賽選手可以創作並展示獨特的跆拳道表演作品，展示個人的武道才華與技術技巧。無論是演繹具有傳統武道風格，如跆拳道品勢的剛健迅猛、韻律嚴謹，還是融合現代多元理念，如自由搏擊的靈活機動、特技表演的高難創新，都需在動作構思、技術呈現、風格詮釋、精神傳達、戰術設計以及現場感染力等方面展現獨特之處。

 

Participants can create and present unique Taekwondo performances that showcase their individual talents and technical skills. Whether it is an interpretation of traditional martial arts styles, such as Taekwondo's strong, swift and rhythmic forms, or a fusion of modern and diversified concepts, such as the flexibility and mobility of free sparring, or the difficulty and creativity of stunts, all are required to demonstrate their uniqueness in terms of movement conceptualization, technical presentation, interpretation of style, spiritual transmission, tactical design, and on-site infectiousness.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一段原創跆拳道表演的視頻以及一份對該作品的闡釋文檔。

2. 提交的跆拳道表演視頻需保證畫質清晰、無畫面雜訊，聲畫同步（若含音效），以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判表演的各個細節，例如動作的規範性與力度（如品勢中手刀擊打的線條是否筆直、踢腿的高度是否達標），節奏的把控與流暢性（如組合動作的銜接是否自然、實戰對抗中的攻防轉換節奏），技術技巧的熟練程度（如旋風踢的旋轉穩定性、特技動作的完成精度），以及整個表演所呈現的情感層次、主題表達和現場感染力等（如通過動作編排傳遞的武道精神、文化內涵或現代體育理念）。同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達表演者的構思、靈感來源、創作意圖以及對作品內涵的解讀等內容。

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如 PDF 或 Word 文檔。文字表達需精准，闡述篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解作品，從而對表演的藝術感染力、技術技巧水準以及整體呈現效果做出準確的評價。

• Each participant is required to submit a video of his/her original Taekwondo performance and an explanation of the work.

• The video of the Taekwondo performance must be of clear picture quality, free of noise, and synchronized with sound and video (if sound effects are included) to ensure that the judges are able to evaluate the details of the performance comprehensively and meticulously, such as the regularity and strength of the movements (e.g., whether the line of the hand blade strikes in a pose is straight or not, whether the height of the leg kicks is up to the standard or not), the control of the tempo and the smoothness of the rhythm (e.g., whether the connection of the combination of the movement is natural or not, the rhythm of the transition between attack and defense in the combat), and the proficiency of the technical skills (e.g., the stability of the rotation of the whirlwind kicks, the stability of the spinning of the kicks), and the explanation of the piece of work. Rhythm), the degree of technical skill (such as the stability of the rotation of the whirlwind kick, the precision of the completion of stunts), as well as the emotional level, thematic expression and the infectious force of the performance (such as the spirit of martial arts, cultural connotation or modern sports concepts conveyed through the arrangement of the action). At the same time, the explanatory document should accurately and clearly express the performer's ideas, sources of inspiration, creative intent and interpretation of the content of the work.

• ​The document should be in a common electronic format such as PDF or Word. The text should be precise and the length of the explanation should be strictly in accordance with the rules of the competition, so that the judges can understand the work from multiple perspectives and make an accurate assessment of the artistic impact, technical skill level and overall presentation of the performance.

評分標準

評判將依據參賽者整體的跆拳道表演及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

 

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

 

跆拳道技術（30%）

技法運用與掌控

評估參賽者對各類跆拳道技術的精准把握能力，無論是品勢中的動作規範性（如馬步的穩定性、手刀攻擊的路線）、實戰中的攻防技巧（如側踢的速度與力度、下劈腿的高度控制），還是特技動作（如旋風踢接側踢、空翻擊靶）的完成度。比如在表演高難度品勢時，動作轉換的流暢性和力度均勻性；在模擬實戰對抗中，能否靈活運用假動作誘敵、連續組合腿法進攻，並保持重心穩定。在表現激烈對抗場景時，需通過快速且準確的擊打動作傳達緊張感；在展示特技動作時，精准控制動作軌跡與落地平衡，展現對跆拳道技術、體能及心理素質的綜合掌控力。

 

節奏與協調性

考查參賽者對動作節奏和身體協調性的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據表演主題、動作組合的需求，精准把握動作速度、力度與間歇的變化。例如在表演剛勁有力的戰鬥場景時，運用快速連續的踢打動作營造緊迫感；在展現跆拳道禮儀或內斂精神時，通過緩慢、沉穩的動作體現韻律感。同時，在多動作組合或團體表演中，要保證自身動作與音樂節奏、隊友動作的協調統一，做到風格連貫且層次分明，展現對動作節奏與身體控制的敏銳感知。

 

創意與風格（25%）

風格獨特性

評價參賽者跆拳道表演風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循跆拳道傳統規範的基礎上，融入獨特的理解與創新元素。比如有的參賽者將傳統品勢與現代街舞動作融合，創造出兼具武道精神與潮流文化的表演風格；或者在實戰模擬中加入戲劇化的情節設計，使每一段表演都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現與眾不同的競技視角。

 

形式創新

考量跆拳道表演在形式設計方面的新穎程度，如：

 

1. 內容創新：改編經典品勢（如「太白」「平原」）、融入其他武術元素（如詠春手法、泰拳膝擊）或結合現代體育理念（如極限運動動作）；

2. 表演形式：突破傳統單人展示，嘗試多人對抗編舞、互動式表演（如觀眾參與靶位擺放）、跨媒介結合（如表演與投影特效同步）；

3. 技術融合：將跆拳道基礎動作與特技、雜技技巧結合（如連續空翻踢靶），或運用道具（如光效護具、電子擊打靶）增強視覺效果，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。

 

主題契合與情境營造（20%）

主題契合度

評估跆拳道表演所傳達的精神內涵與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以 “武道傳承” 為主題，參賽者需通過經典品勢演繹、傳統服飾搭配及闡釋文案，展現跆拳道的歷史底蘊與文化價值；或以 “未來戰士” 為題，運用科技感十足的動作設計、電子音效配合，詮釋現代武道的創新與突破，並在作品闡釋中清晰說明主題表達的邏輯。

 

情境營造

考查參賽者能否通過動作設計、表情管理、音樂選擇等綜合手段，營造出特定情境。例如：

 

1. 戰鬥情境：通過激烈的對抗動作、快速的攻防轉換與激昂的音樂，再現緊張的格鬥氛圍；

2. 文化情境：結合傳統樂器演奏、禮儀動作與服飾道具，展現跆拳道的哲學內涵；

3. 現代情境：運用流暢的特技動作、潮流音樂及動感節奏，傳達跆拳道的青春活力，讓觀眾身臨其境地感受表演的精神內核。

 

內容難度與感染力（25%）

難度展現

關注參賽者所選擇的表演內容在技術難度和藝術複雜度上的體現，比如：

 

1. 技術層面：完成高難度動作（如 540 度旋轉踢、三連踢破板）、多動作組合的精準銜接；

2. 創作層面：編排複雜的團體套路（如多隊形變換、動作對稱設計）、原創品勢的結構邏輯；

3. 協作層面：在團體表演中展現隊員間的默契配合（如同步攻防動作、互動式擊靶設計），體現對高難度內容的駕馭能力。

 

藝術感染力

考察參賽者能否通過表演及闡釋傳遞情感與武道精神，使觀眾產生共鳴。無論是表演中堅毅的眼神、充滿力量的動作，還是闡釋文檔中對跆拳道理念的深刻解讀，均需自然流暢且富有說服力，展現自信與對表演的掌控力，讓觀眾體會跆拳道運動的魅力與文化價值。

 

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚跆拳道專業背景的教練、國際級裁判及文化行業代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
