比賽形式/Competition Format

​​

參賽選手需提交一段舞蹈創作過程及作品闡釋的高清視頻（確保視頻畫質清晰，聲音同步且無雜音，能清晰呈現舞蹈創作的每一個環節。例如在舞蹈編排的初始階段，動作的設計是否流暢、新穎，對舞蹈整體結構的規劃是否合理；排練過程中，動作與節奏的配合是否精准，動作之間的銜接是否自然；舞蹈表演時，肢體的運用是否嫺熟，根據不同的情感和表現需求，能否靈活控制肢體的力度、速度與幅度，能否通過眼神、表情傳遞情感，實現角色塑造 。同時，在作品闡釋環節，要清晰展示發音的準確性、語調的抑揚頓挫、語速的合理把控、情感的飽滿表達、觀點闡述的起承轉合與邏輯效果，以及對作品內涵詮釋時的表現力等，確保能深入解讀舞蹈所蘊含的主題思想、情感脈絡和藝術價值）。

Participants are required to submit a high-definition video of the dance creation process and the interpretation of the work (make sure that the video quality is clear, the sound is synchronized and free of noise, and that every aspect of the dance creation can be clearly presented). For example, in the initial stage of choreography, whether the design of the movement is smooth and novel, and whether the planning of the overall structure of the dance is reasonable; in the process of rehearsal, whether the movement and rhythm are precise, and whether the articulation between the movements is natural; during the dance performance, whether the use of the limbs is proficient, and whether it is possible to flexibly control the strength, speed and amplitude of the limbs according to the different emotions and performance needs, whether it is possible to convey emotions and realize the role modeling through the eyes and facial expressions. At the same time, in the interpretation section of the work, it is necessary to clearly demonstrate the accuracy of pronunciation, the intonation of the tone, the reasonable control of the speed of speech, the full expression of emotion, the beginning and end of the point of view and logical effect, as well as the expression of the work's connotation, etc., to ensure that the dance can be interpreted in depth to the theme of the thought, the emotional pulse and the artistic value implied.).
 

參賽選手能夠創編並演繹獨具風格的舞蹈作品，充分展現個人的舞蹈創編才華與精湛技藝。無論是編排具備傳統舞蹈特色，像東方古典舞的婉約靈動、西方芭蕾舞的優雅端莊的作品，還是融入現代多元思潮，諸如街舞中充滿節奏感的律動、現代舞打破常規束縛的肢體表達等風格的創新舞蹈，都要在主題創意、動作設計、空間調度、節奏把控、情感傳遞以及舞臺感染力等多個維度彰顯出獨特魅力 。比賽鼓勵選手突破傳統思維，融合不同文化背景、藝術形式的舞蹈元素，形成獨一無二的舞蹈風格，打造一場兼具創新性與藝術感染力的舞蹈盛宴。

 

Participants will be able to choreograph and perform their own unique dance works, fully demonstrating their talent and skill in choreography. Whether they are choreographing works with traditional dance characteristics, such as the gracefulness and flexibility of Eastern classical dance and the elegance and dignity of Western ballet, or innovative dances that incorporate modern diversified trends, such as the rhythmic movement of street dance and the physical expression of modern dance that breaks the constraints of the norms, they are all required to demonstrate their unique charm in terms of creativity in theme, movement design, spatial conditioning, control of tempo, transmission of emotion, and infectiousness of the stage. The competition encourages contestants to think out of the box. The competition encourages contestants to break away from traditional thinking and integrate dance elements from different cultural backgrounds and art forms to form a unique dance style, creating a dance feast that is both innovative and artistically contagious.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一段原創舞蹈視頻以及一份對該作品的闡釋文檔。

2. 提交的舞蹈視頻需保證畫質清晰、鏡頭穩定，能全面展現舞蹈的完整過程，確保評委能夠細緻入微地評判舞蹈的各個層面。這包括動作的流暢性與表現力，舞者對節奏的精准把控，空間運用的合理性與巧妙性，肢體動作的多樣性與獨特性，以及舞蹈整體傳遞的情感、主題和氛圍等。同時，拍攝畫面要完整收錄舞蹈現場音效，保證音質清晰，不夾雜干擾雜音，使評委如同置身現場，沉浸式感受舞蹈的魅力。

3. 闡釋文檔需準確、清晰地表達創作者的創作構思、靈感來源、創作意圖，以及對作品內涵的深入解讀等內容。文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如 PDF 或 Word 文檔。文字表述需簡潔明瞭、邏輯清晰，闡述篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定。借助這份文檔，評委能夠從多個維度理解作品，對舞蹈的藝術感染力、舞蹈編排的創新性、舞者技藝的精湛程度，以及整體呈現效果做出精准的評價。

• Each participant is required to submit a video of his/her original dance and an explanation of the work.

• The video must be of clear picture quality, stable camera, and be able to show the complete process of the dance to ensure that the judges can evaluate all aspects of the dance in a detailed and meticulous manner. This includes the fluency and expressiveness of the movements, the dancer's precise control of the rhythm, the rationality and ingenuity of the use of space, the variety and uniqueness of the body movements, as well as the emotion, theme and atmosphere conveyed by the dance as a whole. At the same time, the filming should be a complete recording of the sound effects of the dance scene, to ensure clear sound quality, without interfering noises, so that the judges can feel the charm of the dance as if they were in the scene, immersed in the dance.

• The interpretation document should accurately and clearly express the creative ideas of the creator, the source of inspiration, the creative intention, and the in-depth interpretation of the content of the work. The document should be in a common electronic format, such as PDF or Word. The text should be concise, logical and clear, and the length of the presentation should be strictly in accordance with the competition rules. With the help of this document, the jury will be able to understand the work from multiple perspectives and make a precise evaluation of the artistic impact of the dance, the innovation of the choreography, the technical mastery of the dancers, and the overall presentation effect.

評分標準
 

評判將依據參賽者整體的舞蹈作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

 

1. 舞蹈技巧（30%）

   1. 技法運用與掌控：評估參賽者對各類舞蹈技巧的精准把握能力，涵蓋古典舞的身韻、跳轉翻，芭蕾舞的足尖技巧、旋轉與平衡，現代舞的肢體延展與收縮，街舞的律動卡點與高難度動作等。比如在編排包含複雜群舞場面或細膩獨舞片段的作品時，技巧運用的準確性和穩定性，能否輕鬆駕馭不同難度的動作，並在多種技巧銜接時自然流暢。在表現情感強烈的舞蹈段落時，要保證技巧的運用能準確傳遞情感，舞蹈動作的清晰度以及情感表達的持久力；在創作具有衝擊力的舞臺視覺效果時，精准掌握技巧的力度、速度變化，展現出獨特的舞蹈魅力和對舞蹈節奏、強度以及情感深度的精准控制。

   2. 節奏與韻律感知：考查參賽者對舞蹈節奏和韻律的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據舞蹈的主題、情節內容的節奏以及情感表達的需求，精准地把握肢體動作、舞蹈步伐、舞動幅度等元素的排列組合節奏變化。例如在創作熱情奔放的爵士舞時，運用明快有力且富有節奏感的動作，展現出強烈的感染力；在創作抒情的民族舞時，通過對動作的細膩處理，如動作幅度的大小變化、舞動速度的快慢調節等，體現出舞蹈的韻味。同時，在系列舞蹈作品中，要保證各作品之間協調好節奏關係，做到風格連貫又各具特色，展現出對節奏與韻律的敏銳感知和出色把握。
       

2. 創意與風格（25%）

   1. 風格獨特性：評價參賽者舞蹈風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循舞蹈基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多選手中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同文化背景下的舞蹈風格進行融合，創造出既保留多元文化特色又別具一格的舞蹈風格；或者在主題表達和情感呈現上，形成自己獨特的方式，使每一件作品都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的藝術視角。

   2. 形式創新：考量舞蹈在形式設計方面的新穎程度，像舞蹈道具的創新運用（如採用獨特的裝置、廢舊物品的再利用營造獨特的舞臺氛圍）、舞蹈形式（除了常規的獨舞、群舞，有無創新的多媒體舞蹈、環境舞蹈、互動舞蹈等形式）以及舞蹈內容演繹的獨特性（如採用新穎的敘事邏輯、獨特的象徵手法）、表達技巧的融合（如將傳統舞蹈技巧與現代藝術理念相結合，創造出新的舞蹈風格）等方面是否有別出心裁之 處，使整個舞蹈作品在表現形式上更具魅力與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。
       

3. 主題契合與情境營造（20%）

   1. 主題契合度：評估舞蹈作品所傳達的情感、文化內涵等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以 “人與自然的共生” 為主題，參賽者通過舞蹈動作、場景設計等，挑選如模擬自然景象、展現人與自然互動等相關舞蹈元素，並在作品闡釋中用真摯的情感和準確的語言展現出人與自然和諧相處的主題氛圍，從舞蹈表達上呼應主題。

   2. 情境營造：考查參賽者能否通過舞蹈動作的強弱變化（如動作力度的大小對比）、節奏處理（如舞蹈段落的快慢切換）、道具運用以及整體的舞蹈表現力等綜合手段，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的情境，讓觀眾能透過作品感受到如大自然的寧靜、生命的蓬勃、奮鬥的激情等不同的情緒，深刻領會作品所蘊含的內在意義，仿佛能走進其營造的舞臺情境之中。
       

4. 內容難度與感染力（25%）

   1. 難度展現：關注參賽者所選擇的舞蹈內容在藝術難度和思想複雜度上的體現，比如創作涉及高深藝術理論、複雜情感表達的作品，需要具備深厚的舞蹈素養、敏銳的情感感知和獨特的舞蹈編排能力；或者在處理複雜主題和多元元素時，展現出對高難度內容的駕馭能力。同時，在群舞作品中，要展現出團隊協作完成複雜內容組織和創意協同表達的能力。

   2. 藝術感染力：考察參賽者能否通過舞蹈作品及闡釋傳遞情感，使觀眾對作品產生共鳴，感受到參賽者創作時的心境與情緒，並在舞臺展示呈現上表 現出自信以及對整個作品的掌控力。無論是舞蹈作品本身的表現力、情感的投入程度，還是在闡釋作品時與觀眾的交流和互動，都能自然流暢且富有感染力，吸引觀眾沉浸其中，體會舞蹈藝術的魅力 。

 

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚舞蹈專業背景的舞蹈家、藝術教育與文化行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
