比賽形式/Competition Format

​​

參賽選手需提交一段繪畫創作過程及作品闡釋的高清視頻（確保視頻畫質清晰，聲音同步且無雜音，能清晰呈現繪畫創作的每一個細節。例如在起稿階段，線條的繪製是否流暢、精准，對構圖的佈局是否合理；上色過程中，色彩的調配是否得當，色彩之間的過渡是否自然；筆觸的運用是否熟練，根據不同的質感和表現需求，能否靈活切換筆觸的大小、輕重與方向等。同時，在作品闡釋環節，要清晰展示發音的準確性、語調的抑揚頓挫、語速的合理把控、情感的飽滿表達、觀點闡述的起承轉合與邏輯效果，以及對作品內涵詮釋時的表現力等）。

Contestants are required to submit a high - definition video of the painting creation process and the interpretation of the work. Ensure that the video has clear picture quality, synchronized sound without noise, and can clearly present every detail of the painting creation. For example, during the sketching stage, whether the drawing of lines is smooth and accurate, and whether the layout of the composition is reasonable; during the coloring process, whether the color mixing is appropriate and whether the transition between colors is natural; whether the application of brushstrokes is proficient, and according to different texture and expression requirements, whether the size, weight and direction of brushstrokes can be flexibly switched. At the same time, in the work interpretation section, it is necessary to clearly display the accuracy of pronunciation, the cadence of intonation, the reasonable control of speech rate, the full expression of emotions, the transition and logical effect of the elaboration of viewpoints, as well as the expressiveness when interpreting the connotation of the work.
 

參賽選手可以創作並展示獨特的繪畫作品，展示個人的繪畫創作才華與繪畫技巧。無論是創作具有傳統藝術風格，如中國工筆劃的細膩寫實、西方古典油畫的莊重典雅，還是融合現代多元理念，如抽象表現主義、波普藝術風格的創新繪畫，都需在創意構思、元素運用、構圖佈局、色彩搭配、筆觸表現以及作品感染力等方面展現獨特之處。

 

Contestants can create and showcase unique painting works to demonstrate their personal painting creation talents and painting techniques. Whether it is to create paintings with a traditional artistic style, such as the delicate realism of Chinese meticulous brushwork or the solemn elegance of Western classical oil paintings, or to produce innovative paintings that integrate modern and diverse concepts, such as abstract expressionism and pop art styles, they need to exhibit uniqueness in aspects such as creative conception, element application, composition layout, color matching, brushstroke expression, and the appeal of the works.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一幅原創繪畫作品以及一份對該作品的文檔。

2. 提交的繪畫作品需保證畫面清晰、色彩鮮明，保存完好，以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判繪畫的各個細節，例如線條的流暢度與表現力，色彩的搭配與調和，構圖的合理性與美感，筆觸的運用技巧與獨特性，以及整體畫面所傳達的情感、主題和氛圍等。同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達創作者的構思、靈感來源、創作意圖以及對作品內涵的解讀等內容。

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如 PDF 或 Word 文檔。文字表達需精准，闡述時長需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解作品，從而對繪畫的藝術感染力、繪畫技巧水準以及整體呈現效果做出準確的評價。

• Each contestant is required to submit an original painting work and a document about this work.

• The submitted painting work should ensure a clear picture, vivid colors, and be well-preserved, so that the judges can comprehensively and meticulously evaluate every detail of the painting. For example, the smoothness and expressiveness of the lines, the matching and harmony of colors, the rationality and aesthetic sense of the composition, the application skills and uniqueness of the brushstrokes, as well as the emotions, themes, and atmosphere conveyed by the overall picture, etc. At the same time, the interpretation document should accurately and clearly express the creator's concept, source of inspiration, creative intention, and the interpretation of the work's connotation and other contents.

• The painting part in the contest works must be truly created by the contestants themselves. Any form of image modification tools are not allowed (except for reasonable color correction and image cropping for the purpose of displaying the work) or painting by others on behalf. If the painting work and the interpretation content are original, the content must be original, not plagiarize the works of others, and has not won awards in other competitions.

評分標準
 

評判將依據參賽者整體的繪畫作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

 

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

 

1. 繪畫技巧（30%）

   1. 技法運用與掌控：評估參賽者對各類繪畫技法的精准把握能力，無論是素描中的排線、明暗塑造、質感表現，水彩畫中的濕畫法、幹畫法、色彩疊加，油畫中的厚塗、薄塗、刮刀技法，還是國畫中的筆墨運用、皴法等。比如在創作包含複雜場景或精細人物的作品時，技法運用的準確性和穩定性，能否輕鬆駕馭不同難度的技法，並且在多種技法結合使用時自然流暢。在表現情感強烈的畫面部分時，要保證技法的運用能準確傳達情感，畫面的清晰度以及情感表達的持久力；在創作具有衝擊力的視覺元素時，精准掌握技法的輕重緩急，展現出獨特的繪畫魅力和對繪畫力度、強度以及情感深度的精准控制。

   2. 節奏與韻律感知：考查參賽者對繪畫節奏和韻律的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據繪畫的主題、畫面內容的節奏以及情感表達的需求，精准地把握筆觸、線條、色彩等元素的排列組合節奏變化。例如在創作激情澎湃的抽象畫時，運用粗獷有力且富有動感的筆觸，展現出強烈的節奏感和感染力；在創作細膩的風景畫時，通過對筆觸的細膩處理，如疏密的變化、線條的韻律等，體現出繪畫的深度與韻味。同時，在系列繪畫作品中，要保證各作品之間協調好節奏關係，做到風格連貫又各具特色，展現出對節奏與韻律的敏銳感知和出色把握。
       

2. 創意與風格（25%）

   1. 風格獨特性：評價參賽者繪畫風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循繪畫基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多選手中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同文化背景下的繪畫風格進行融合，創造出既保留多元文化特色又別具一格的繪畫風格；或者在主題表達和情感呈現上，形成自己獨特的方式，使每一件作品都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的藝術視角。

   2. 形式創新：考量繪畫在形式設計方面的新穎程度，像繪畫素材的創新運用（如採用獨特的材料、廢舊物品的再利用營造獨特的視覺氛圍）、繪畫形式（除了常規的平面繪畫、立體繪畫，有無創新的裝置繪畫、數字繪畫、綜合材料繪畫等形式）以及繪畫內容演繹的獨特性（如採用新穎的敘事邏輯、獨特的象徵手法）、表達技巧的融合（如將傳統繪畫技巧與現代藝術理念相結合，創造出新的繪畫風格）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個繪畫作品在表現形式上更具魅力與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。
       

3. 主題契合與情境營造（20%）

   1. 主題契合度：評估繪畫作品所傳達的情感、文化內涵等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以 “自然的和諧” 為主題，參賽者通過內容選擇、元素運用等，挑選如描繪森林、海洋、動物共生等相關繪畫元素，並在作品闡釋中用真摯的情感和準確的語言展現出自然的美好、生命的和諧等主題氛圍，從繪畫表達上呼應主題。

   2. 情境營造：考查參賽者能否通過繪畫手法的強弱變化（如色彩的濃淡、線條的粗細對比）、節奏處理（如元素的疏密排列）、材質選擇以及整體的繪畫表現力等綜合手段，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的情境，讓觀眾能透過作品感受到如自然的寧靜、生機的蓬勃、生命的堅韌等不同的情緒，深刻領會作品所蘊含的內在意義，仿佛能走進其營造的視覺情境之中。
       

4. 內容難度與感染力（25%）

   1. 難度展現：關注參賽者所選擇的繪畫內容在藝術難度和思想複雜度上的體現，比如創作涉及高深藝術理論、複雜情感表達的作品，需要具備深厚的藝術素養、敏銳的情感感知和獨特的繪畫能力；或者在處理複雜主題和多元元素時，展現出對高難度內容的駕馭能力。同時，在團隊繪畫作品中，要展現出團隊協作完成複雜內容組織和創意協同表達的能力。

   2. 藝術感染力：考察參賽者能否通過繪畫作品及闡釋傳遞情感，使觀眾對作品產生共鳴，感受到參賽者創作時的心境與情緒，並在展示呈現上表現出自信以及對整個作品的掌控力。無論是繪畫作品本身的表現力、情感的投入程度，還是在闡釋作品時與觀眾的交流和互動，都能自然流暢且富有感染力，吸引觀眾沉浸其中，體會繪畫藝術的魅力。

 

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚繪畫專業背景的畫家、藝術教育與文化行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
