比賽形式/Competition Format

​

參賽選手需提交一段中英文演講的高清視頻（確保視頻畫質清晰，聲音同步且無雜音，能清晰呈現演講的每一個細節，比如發音的準確性、語調的抑揚頓挫、語速的合理把控、情感的飽滿表達、觀點闡述的起承轉合與邏輯效果、演講技巧的運用時機與表現力等）。演講內容可以涵蓋但不限於時事熱點、文化交流、夢想追求、科技創新等各類主題。演講應體現參賽選手獨特的表達風格和出色能力，能夠展示對語言運用、邏輯結構的精准把握，以及對演講主題內涵的深刻詮釋。在演講中，選手要精准地運用辭彙和語法，巧妙地組織語言，使表達既準確又富有感染力。通過生動的事例、嚴謹的論證，將主題的核心思想清晰地傳達給觀眾，讓每一句話都能引發思考、觸動心靈。

Participants are required to submit a high-definition video of their speeches in English and Chinese (to ensure clear video quality, synchronized sound and no noise, and to clearly present every detail of the speech, such as the accuracy of pronunciation, intonation, reasonable control of the speed of speech, the full expression of emotions, the logical effect of the presentation, and the timing and expressiveness of the speech techniques). The content of the speech can cover, but is not limited to, current events, cultural exchanges, pursuit of dreams, technological innovation and other topics. The speech should reflect the unique style of expression and outstanding ability of the contestants, and demonstrate a precise grasp of the use of language and logical structure, as well as a profound interpretation of the content of the theme of the speech. In the speech, the candidate should use vocabulary and grammar with precision, and organize the language skillfully, so that the expression is both accurate and infectious. Through vivid examples and rigorous argumentation, the core idea of the theme will be clearly conveyed to the audience, so that each sentence can trigger thinking and touch the heart.
 

參賽選手可以創作併發表獨特的中英文演講作品，展示個人的語言創作才華與演講技巧。無論是創作具有傳統思辨風格的演講，還是融合現代多元理念的創新演講，都需在觀點提煉、內容編排、邏輯銜接、節奏把控、情感渲染以及演講感染力等方面展現獨特之處。

 

Participants can create and deliver unique speeches in English and Chinese, demonstrating their linguistic creativity and speaking skills. Whether you are creating a speech in a traditional style or an innovative one that incorporates modern and diverse ideas, you will need to demonstrate your uniqueness in terms of refining your ideas, arranging the content, logical connections, controlling the rhythm, rendering emotions, and the infectious power of the speech.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一段中英文演講視頻。

2. 提交的視頻格式應為常見的高清視頻格式，如 MP4。視頻時長需嚴格按照比賽規定，以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判演講細節，例如發音的準確性與穩定性、語調的抑揚頓挫把控、語速的合理調節、情感的真摯投入與表達，以及語言與肢體動作的配合度、整體演講的節奏感和完整性等。通過視頻展示，評委能夠從多個維度觀察演講，從而對演講的感染力、演講技巧水準以及整體呈現效果做出準確的評價。

3. 參賽作品中的演講部分必須為選手本人真實演繹，不得使用任何形式的語音處理（除合理的音頻剪輯用於視頻合成與基本處理外）或代講。若演講為原創內容，該內容必須為原創，不得抄襲他人作品，且未在其他比賽中獲獎。

• Each participant is required to submit a video of his/her speech in English and Chinese.

• The video format submitted should be a common HD video format, such as MP4, and the video duration should strictly follow the rules of the competition to ensure that the judges can comprehensively and meticulously evaluate the details of the speech, such as the accuracy and stability of the pronunciation, the control of intonation, the reasonable adjustment of the speed of speech, the sincerity of the emotion, as well as the cooperation between the language and body movements, the sense of rhythm and the integrity of the speech, etc. Through the video presentation, the judges can observe the speech from multiple dimensions and make an accurate evaluation of the infectiousness of the speech as well as its overall presentation effect. • The speech in the entry must be delivered by the contestant himself/herself and must not use any form of voice processing (except reasonable audio editing for video compositing and basic processing) or substitute speech. If the speech is original, it must be original, not plagiarized, and must not have won any prizes in other competitions.

評分標準

評判將依據參賽者整體的中英文演講表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

 

評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

語言表達（30%）

1. 發音與語調掌控：評估參賽者對各類發音的精准把握能力，無論是英語中的連讀、弱讀、失去爆破等發音現象，還是中文裏的四聲音調、輕聲、兒化音等。比如在演講包含複雜辭彙和句子結構時，發音的準確性和穩定性，能否輕鬆駕馭不同難度的發音，並且在中英文切換表達時自然流暢。在表達情感強烈的段落時，要保證語調的抑揚頓挫準確傳達情感，聲音的清晰度以及情感表達的持久力；在講述具有衝擊力的觀點時，精准掌握語氣的輕重緩急，展現出獨特的語言魅力和對語言力度、強度和情感深度的精准控制。

2. 節奏與韻律感知：考查參賽者對演講節奏和韻律的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據演講的主題、內容的節奏以及情感表達的需求，精准地把握語速的快慢變化。例如在激情澎湃的呼籲段落中，加快語速，清晰地吐出每一個重點辭彙，展現出強烈的節奏感和感染力；在闡述深刻道理的抒情部分，通過對語速的細膩處理，如停頓與重音的配合，體現出演講的深度與韻味。同時，在多人演講場景中，要與其他演講者協調好節奏關係，做到內容連貫又各具特色，展現出對節奏與韻律的敏銳感知和出色把握。
    

創意與風格（25%）

1. 風格獨特性：評價參賽者演講風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循語言表達基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多選手中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同文化背景下的表達風格進行融合，創造出既保留多元文化特色又別具一格的演講風格；或者在觀點闡述和情感表達上，形成自己獨特的方式，使每一次演講都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的思維視角。

2. 形式創新：考量演講在形式設計方面的新穎程度，像演講素材的創新運用（如採用獨特的案例、新穎的研究數據營造獨特的論證氛圍）、演講形式（除了常規的單人演講、多人演講，有無創新的對話式演講、演講與多媒體展示的跨界融合等形式）以及演講內容演繹的獨特性（如採用新穎的敘事邏輯、獨特的觀點呈現方式）、表達技巧的融合（如將傳統演講技巧與現代溝通理念相結合，創造出新的演講風格）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個演講在表現形式上更具魅力與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。
    

主題契合與情境營造（20%）

1. 主題契合度：評估演講作品所傳達的觀點、文化內涵等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以 “夢想的力量” 為主題，參賽者通過內容編排、觀點闡述等，選擇如追逐夢想的經歷、克服困難的故事等相關內容進行創作，並在演講中用真摯的情感和準確的語言展現出夢想的力量、堅持的意義等主題氛圍，從演講表達上呼應主題。

2. 情境營造：考查參賽者能否通過語言的強弱變化、節奏處理、肢體語言以及整體的演講表現力等綜合手段，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的情境，讓觀眾能透過演講感受到如夢想的熾熱、奮鬥的艱辛、成功的喜悅等不同的情緒，深刻領會作品所蘊含的內在意義，仿佛能跟隨演講者的講述走進其營造的思想情境之中。
    

內容難度與感染力（25%）

1. 難度展現：關注參賽者所選擇的演講內容在知識深度和邏輯複雜度上的體現，比如講述涉及前沿學術理論、複雜社會現象的分析，需要具備深厚的知識儲備、嚴謹的邏輯思維和清晰的表達能力；或者在論述過程中，應對各種複雜的觀點論證和反駁技巧，展現出對高難度內容的駕馭能力。同時，在團隊演講作品中，要展現出團隊協作完成複雜內容組織和觀點協同表達的能力。

2. 藝術感染力：考察參賽者能否通過演講傳遞情感，使觀眾對作品產生共鳴，感受到參賽者演講時的心境與情緒，並在表演呈現上展示出自信以及對整個演講內容的掌控力。無論是語言的表現力、情感的投入程度，還是與觀眾的眼神交流和互動，都能自然流暢且富有感染力，吸引觀眾沉浸其中，體會演講藝術的魅力。

 

評分過程中，每位參賽者的表演將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚語言專業背景的語言學家、演講教育與文化行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據

• Any instructor who nominates 5 or more participants will receive the "Outstanding Instructor Award" Certificate.
