比賽形式/Competition Format

參賽選手需提交一段跆拳道展示的高清視頻（確保視頻畫質清晰，動作連貫且無卡頓，能清晰呈現展示的每一個細節，比如動作的標準度、力度的精准度、招式的流暢銜接、節奏的巧妙把控、進攻與防守的轉換時機與效果、跆拳道技巧的運用時機與表現力等）。展示內容可以涵蓋但不限於品勢、競技實戰、特技表演等各種跆拳道類型。跆拳道展示應體現參賽選手獨特的風格和高超技藝，能夠展示對跆拳道動作規範、節奏韻律的精准把握，以及對跆拳道精神內涵的深刻詮釋。

Participants are required to submit a high-definition video of their Taekwondo demonstration (to ensure clear video quality, continuous movements without lagging, and to clearly show every detail of the demonstration, such as the standard of movements, the precision of strength, the smoothness of the stances, the clever control of rhythm, the timing and effect of the transition between attack and defense, and the timing of the use of Taekwondo skills and the power of expression, etc.). The content of the demonstration may include, but is not limited to, all types of Taekwondo such as Pinnacle, Competitive Combat, and Stunts. The taekwondo demonstration should reflect the unique style and skill of the competitor, and be able to demonstrate a precise grasp of the rules of taekwondo movement and rhythm, as well as a profound interpretation of the spirit of taekwondo.
 

參賽選手可以設計並展示獨特的跆拳道表演，展現個人的跆拳道創意才華與實戰技巧。無論是設計具有傳統風格的跆拳道套路，還是融合現代運動理念的創新展示，都需在動作編排、難度設置、節奏把控、力量運用、精神傳達以及表演感染力等方面展現獨特之處。

Participants can design and present unique Taekwondo performances to demonstrate their creative talents and practical skills. Whether you are designing a traditional Taekwondo routine, or an innovative performance that incorporates the concepts of modern sports, you need to show your uniqueness in terms of movement arrangement, difficulty setting, rhythm control, power utilization, spirit transmission and infectiousness of the performance.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：
・每位參賽者需提交一段跆拳道展示視頻。
・提交的視頻格式應為常見的高清視頻格式，如 MP4 。視頻時長需嚴格按照比賽規定，以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判展示細節，例如動作的規範性、力度的掌控、技巧的運用、節奏的把握、戰術的執行，以及動作與呼吸的配合、整體展示的流暢性和完整性等。通過視頻展示，評委能夠從多個維度觀察跆拳道展示，從而對展示的表現力、技術水準以及整體呈現效果做出準確的評價。
・參賽作品中的跆拳道展示部分必須為選手本人真實演繹，不得使用任何形式的視頻特效處理（除合理的視頻剪輯用於視頻合成與基本處理外）或替身。若展示的是原創跆拳道內容，該內容必須為原創，不得抄襲他人作品，且未在其他比賽中獲獎。

• Each participant is required to submit a Taekwondo demonstration video.

• The format of the video submitted should be the common high definition video format, such as MP4. The length of the video should be strictly in accordance with the rules of the competition to ensure that the judges are able to evaluate the details of the demonstration in a comprehensive and detailed manner, such as the regularity of the movements, the control of the strength, the use of skills, the rhythm, the execution of the tactics, as well as the coordination of movements and breathing, the smoothness and completeness of the overall demonstration, etc. Through the video demonstration, each participant is able to demonstrate Taekwondo from a variety of angles. Through the video presentation, the judges were able to observe the Taekwondo demonstration from multiple dimensions and make an accurate evaluation of the performance, skill level and overall presentation effect of the demonstration.

• The taekwondo demonstration part of the entry must be performed by the contestant himself/herself, without using any kind of video special effect processing (except reasonable video editing for video compositing and basic processing) or body double. If the Taekwondo demonstration is an original Taekwondo demonstration, the demonstration must be original, not copied from others' works, and must not have won any prizes in other competitions.

評分標準

技術表現（30%）

1. 動作精准度與力度控制：評估參賽選手對各類跆拳道動作的精准執行能力，無論是品勢中的規範動作，競技比賽中的踢擊、格擋，還是擊破表演裏的力量爆發。比如在完成高難度的騰空踢腿動作時，動作的準確性、力度的把控，能否輕鬆展現出快速有力的踢擊和穩健的格擋，並且在不同動作轉換時流暢自然。在競技比賽中，對於具有爆發性的攻擊動作，要精准掌握發力的時機和部位，展現出獨特的力量運用和對動作力度、速度和幅度的精准控制。

2. 節奏與連貫性感知：考查參賽選手對跆拳道動作節奏和連貫性的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據比賽的場景、對手的狀態以及戰術運用的需求，精准地把握動作節奏的快慢變化。例如在快節奏的競技對抗中，要迅速準確地做出反應，展現出強烈的節奏感和敏捷性；在品勢表演中，通過對動作連貫性的細膩處理，如呼吸與動作的配合，體現出品勢的韻味與美感。同時，在團體表演中，要與其他選手協調好動作節奏關係，做到動作整齊又各具特色，展現出對節奏與連貫性的敏銳感知和出色把握。
    

風格與創新（25%）

1. 風格獨特性：評價參賽選手的跆拳道風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循跆拳道基本規則和技術原理的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多選手中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽選手將不同流派的跆拳道技術元素進行融合，創造出既保留各流派特色又別具一格的比賽風格；或者在動作的發力方式、攻擊節奏上，形成自己獨特的方式，使每一次對抗和表演都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的競技視角。

2. 形式創新：考量參賽選手在比賽形式設計方面的新穎程度，像動作組合的創新（如採用獨特的踢擊與格擋組合、新的反擊技巧營造獨特的對抗優勢）、比賽形式（除了常規的個人競技、團體品勢，有無創新的雙人對抗、跆拳道與其他武術形式的跨界融合等形式）以及動作演繹的獨特性（如採用新穎的戰術思路、獨特的動作節奏處理）、技術運用的融合（如將傳統跆拳道技術與現代訓練理念相結合，創造出新的比賽風格）等方面是否有別出心裁之 處，使整個比賽表現形式上更具魅力與競技張力，凸顯參賽選手的創新思維。
    

主題契合與精神傳達（20%）

1. 主題契合度：評估參賽選手在比賽中所展現的技術運用、戰術策略以及精神風貌等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以 “堅韌與突破” 為主題，參賽選手通過在比賽中的頑強拼搏、不斷挑戰高難度動作等表現，展現出堅韌不拔的毅力和突破自我的精神，選擇如逆境反擊、持續進攻等相關策略進行比賽，並在比賽中用堅定的信念和出色的表現展現出堅韌與突破的主題氛圍，從比賽表現上呼應主題。

2. 精神營造：考查參賽選手能否通過動作的剛柔變化、節奏處理、表情神態以及整體的比賽表現力等綜合手段，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相 應的精神氛圍，讓觀眾能透過比賽感受到如堅韌的意志、突破的勇氣、團隊的協作等不同的體育精神，深刻領會選手所展現的內在品質，仿佛能跟隨選手的比賽進程走進其營造的競技情境之中。
    

難度與表現力（25%）

1. 難度展現：關注參賽選手所展現的跆拳道技術在難度上的體現，比如完成高難度的旋轉踢擊、複雜的組合動作和精准的擊破技巧；或者在競技比賽中，應對各種高難度的反擊和防守技巧，展現出對高難度技術動作的駕馭能力。同時，在團體比賽中，要展現出團隊協作完成高難度動作配合和複雜戰術執行的能力。

2. 藝術感染力：考察參賽選手能否通過比賽表現傳遞情感，使觀眾對比賽產生共鳴，感受到參賽選手比賽時的鬥志與激情，並在表演和對抗中展示出自信以及對整個比賽節奏和場面的掌控力。無論是動作的表現力、精神的投入程度，還是與觀眾的互動交流，都能自然流暢且富有感染力，吸引觀眾沉浸其中，體會跆拳道運動的魅力。
    

評分過程中，每位參賽選手的表現將由至少兩位評委進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評委團由具備深厚專業背景的跆拳道大師、體育教育與武術文化行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據

The deadline for applications is two weeks after the judging results are announced.

All awards will be mailed within eight weeks after the application deadline.

• Any school/education center/organization that nominates 10 or more participants will receive the "Institution Award" Trophy.

• Any instructor who nominates 5 or more participants will receive the "Outstanding Instructor Award" Certificate.
