比賽形式/Competition Format

參賽選手需提交一段才藝表演及作品闡釋的高清視頻（確保視頻畫質清晰，聲音同步且無雜音，能清晰呈現才藝表演的每一個細節。例如在表演準備階段，對才藝類型的理解與風格定位是否明確，狀態與準備是否到位；表演過程中，動作的規範性與表現力是否達標，技巧的難度與完成度是否精准，節奏的把控與情感的傳遞是否流暢，不同才藝形式中的細節處理、技巧銜接，創意表達中的主題運用、表現張力、情感傳達等技巧的使用是否自然熟練；根據表演不同段落的需求，能否靈活切換表現的力度、情感與風格。同時，在作品闡釋環節，要清晰展示表達的流暢性、語調節奏的感染力、情感的飽滿表達、觀點闡述的邏輯層次，以及對才藝內涵詮釋時的說服力等）。
 

Participants are required to submit a high-definition video of their talent performance and explanation of their work (make sure that the video quality is clear, the sound is synchronized and free of noise, and that every detail of the talent performance is clearly presented. For example, in the preparation stage of the performance, is the understanding of the type of talent and style positioning clear, is the state and preparation in place; during the performance, is the normality and expressiveness of the movement up to standard, is the difficulty and completion of the skills accurate, is the control of the rhythm and the transmission of emotions fluent, is the handling of the details of the different forms of talent, the interface of skills, and is the use of the theme of the creative expression, the tension of the expression, the transmission of emotions and other skills natural and skillful; in accordance with the performance, is the use of the theme and the interpretation of the work natural and skillful; in accordance with the performance, is the use of the theme, tension, and transmission of emotions and other skills natural and skillful? 參賽選手可創作並展示獨特的才藝表演作品，展現個人的藝術才華與表現技巧。無論是演繹具有傳統藝術風格（如民族舞蹈的韻味十足、古典聲樂的格律嚴謹），還是融合現代多元理念（如街舞的自由靈動、多媒體藝術的跨界創新），均需在創意構思、技巧呈現、風格詮釋、情感傳達、藝術設計及舞臺感染力等方面展現獨特之處。
 

Participants can create and present unique talent performances that showcase their artistic talents and performance skills. Whether it is a performance of traditional artistic style (such as the rhythmic flavor of folk dance or the strict rhythm of classical music) or a fusion of modern diversified concepts (such as the free movement of street dance or the cross-border innovation of multi-media art), all of them should demonstrate their uniqueness in terms of creative conception, technique presentation, style interpretation, emotion transmission, artistic design and stage influence.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一段原創才藝表演的視頻以及一份對該作品的闡釋文檔，表演形式可為唱歌、繪畫過程記錄、舞蹈等。

2. 提交的才藝表演視頻需保證畫質清晰、無畫面雜訊，聲畫同步（若含音效），以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判表演的各個細節。例如，唱歌需評判音準是否準確、歌聲的情感表達是否到位、演唱技巧的運用（如真假聲轉換、氣息控制）；繪畫需評判構圖是否合理、色彩運用是否協調、創意與技法的結合程度；舞蹈需評判動作的規範性與力度（如轉體動作是否標準、跳躍高度是否達到要求）、節奏的把控與流暢性（如動作銜接是否自然、群舞時的配合是否默契）、技術技巧的熟練程度（如舞蹈旋轉的穩定性、高難度動作的完成精度），以及整個表演所呈現的情感層次、主題表達和現場感染力等（如通過舞蹈動作編排傳遞的文化內涵或現代藝術理念）。同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達表演者的構思、靈感來源、創作意圖以及對作品內涵的解讀等內容。

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如 PDF 或 Word 文檔。文字表達需精准，闡述篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解作品，從而對表演的藝術感染力、專業技巧水準以及整體呈現效果做出準確的評價。

• Each participant is required to submit a video of his/her original talent performance and an explanation of the work, which can be in the form of singing, drawing, recording, dancing, etc. The video must be of clear quality and free of visual noise.

• The video of the talent performance must be clear, free of noise and synchronized with sound and video (if sound effects are included) to ensure that the judges are able to evaluate the performance in a comprehensive and detailed manner. For example, for singing, it is necessary to assess whether the pitch is accurate, whether the emotion of the voice is expressed properly, and the use of singing skills (such as true falsetto and falsetto conversion, breath control); for painting, it is necessary to assess whether the composition is reasonable, whether the use of color is harmonious, and whether the degree of creativity and technique is combined; for dancing, it is necessary to assess the normality and strength of the movement (such as whether the turn is standard, and whether the height of the leap is up to the required level), and whether the rhythm is in control of the smoothness of the performance (such as whether the movements are natural, and whether the group dancing is in sync with the dance). (e.g. whether the movements are natural, whether there is tacit cooperation in group dancing), the degree of technical skill (e.g. the stability of the dance rotation, the precision of difficult movements), as well as the emotional level, thematic expression and infectiousness of the performance (e.g. the cultural connotation or modern artistic concepts conveyed through the choreography of the dance movements). At the same time, the interpretation document should accurately and clearly express the performer's conception, source of inspiration, creative intention and interpretation of the content of the work.

• The documentation should be in a common electronic format such as PDF or Word. The text should be precise and the length of the explanation should be strictly in accordance with the competition rules, so that the judges can understand the work from multiple perspectives and make an accurate assessment of the artistic impact, professional skill level and overall presentation of the performance.

評判將依據參賽者整體的才藝表演及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

 

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

專業技能（30%）

技法運用與掌控

1. 唱歌：評估參賽者對音準、節奏的把握，真假聲轉換、共鳴運用等歌唱技巧的熟練程度，如高音區的穩定性、低音區的飽滿度；

2. 繪畫：考查構圖佈局、線條運用、色彩搭配、明暗處理等繪畫技法，以及對不同繪畫材料（水彩、油畫、素描等）特性的掌控能力；

3. 舞蹈：評判動作的規範性與力度，如轉體動作是否標準、跳躍高度是否達到要求，以及對各類舞蹈技巧（如芭蕾的旋轉、街舞的地板動作）的完成度。

節奏與協調性

1. 唱歌：考查參賽者對歌曲節奏的詮釋，能否根據歌詞情感變化靈活調整演唱速度、力度；

2. 繪畫：觀察參賽者在創作過程中對筆觸節奏的把控，不同區域創作的協調性，如從構圖到著色的流暢銜接；

3. 舞蹈：考查對音樂節奏的理解與匹配度，動作銜接是否自然流暢，在群舞時與隊友動作的協調統一性。
    

創意與風格（25%）

風格獨特性

評價參賽者才藝表演風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循傳統規範的基礎上，融入獨特的理解與創新元素。比如有的參賽者將民族唱法與流行音樂融合；繪畫中把傳統國畫技法與現代抽象風格結合；舞蹈表演時將古典舞與機械舞動作混搭 ，展現與眾不同的藝術視角。

形式創新

考量才藝表演在形式設計方面的新穎程度，如：

1. 唱歌：創新歌曲改編形式，融入戲劇表演、多語種演繹；

2. 繪畫：突破傳統平面繪畫，嘗試立體繪畫、互動式繪畫裝置；

3. 舞蹈：結合光影特效、道具運用（如扇子、熒光棒），或設計獨特的表演互動形式。
    

主題契合與情境營造（20%）

主題契合度

評估才藝表演所傳達的精神內涵與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以 “文化交融” 為主題，唱歌選手需通過多元音樂元素融合展現文化碰撞；繪畫選手用畫面呈現不同文化符號的交融；舞蹈選手則以動作編排體現文化融合之美，並在作品闡釋中清晰說明主題表達的邏輯。

情境營造

考查參賽者能否通過表演元素綜合手段，營造出特定情境。例如：

1. 唱歌：通過歌聲情感、舞臺動作、背景音效，營造歡樂、悲傷等特定氛圍；

2. 繪畫：運用色彩基調、畫面構圖，呈現寧靜、熱鬧等不同情境；

3. 舞蹈：結合音樂節奏、燈光變化、動作力度，再現戰鬥、抒情等多樣場景，讓觀眾身臨其境地感受表演的精神內核。
    

內容難度與感染力（25%）

難度展現

關注參賽者所選擇的表演內容在技術難度和藝術複雜度上的體現，比如：

1. 唱歌：挑戰高音域長時間保持、複雜節奏段落演唱、多語種切換；

2. 繪畫：完成大型場景創作、精細人物寫實、多材質綜合運用；

3. 舞蹈：完成高難度技巧動作（如連續空翻、高難度托舉）、複雜編舞設計（多層次隊形變換、高強度動作組合）。

藝術感染力

考察參賽者能否通過表演及闡釋傳遞情感與藝術魅力，使觀眾產生共鳴。無論是唱歌時投入的情感、繪畫中獨特的藝術表達，還是舞蹈表演裡充滿張力的動作，均需自然流暢且富有說服力，展現自信與對表演的掌控力，讓觀眾體會才藝的獨特價值。

 

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由相關領域的專業教師、行業資深從業者及藝術文化代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據
