比賽形式/Competition Format

​

參賽選手需提交一幅原創國畫作品的高清數位影像（高清掃描件 / 照片，能完整呈現作品的細節與整體效果。例如在創作準備階段，對題材的理解與意境表達是否明確，繪畫工具（毛筆 / 宣紙 / 顏料）及表現形式（花鳥 / 山水 / 人物）的選擇是否契合創作意圖；創作過程中，筆墨的運用協調性與章法佈局是否得當，物象的造型與層次展現是否清晰，畫面構圖的主次與視覺引導是否突出，不同繪畫技法（如皴擦點染表現山石質感、沒骨法呈現花鳥生機、水墨暈染營造意境等）的運用是否熟練且富有創意；根據作品主題的情感需求，能否通過畫面元素（如色彩搭配、構圖疏密、細節勾勒）靈活傳達情緒與韻味。同時，在創作闡釋環節，要清晰展示語言表達的流暢性、邏輯的嚴密性，情感表達的飽滿度，觀點闡述的層次感，以及對作品內涵（如傳統文化元素融合、主題思想深化、國畫風格創新）詮釋時的說服力等。

Participants must submit a high-definition digital image (high-definition scan/photo) of an original Chinese painting that fully captures the details and overall effect of the work. For example, during the preparation stage, the understanding of the subject matter and the expression of the artistic conception should be clear, as well as the painting tools (brush/rice paper/pigment) and the form of expression (flowers and birds/landscape/ Whether the selection of figures (such as characters) aligns with the creative intent; whether the coordination of brush and ink and the appropriateness of the compositional layout are in place during the creative process; whether the shapes and layers of the objects are clearly displayed; whether the primary and secondary elements of the composition and the visual guidance are prominent; whether the different painting techniques (such as dry brushstrokes and dotting to express the texture of rocks, boneless painting to bring out the vitality of flowers and birds, and ink and wash to create artistic conception) are used skillfully and creatively; based on the emotional needs of the theme of the work, can the emotions and charm be flexibly conveyed through the elements of the picture (such as color matching, composition density, and detailed outlines). At the same time, in the creative interpretation stage, the fluency of the language expression, the rigor of the logic, the richness of the emotional expression, the layering of the viewpoints, and the persuasiveness of the interpretation of the work's connotation (such as the integration of traditional cultural elements, the deepening of the theme, and the innovation of the Chinese painting style) must be clearly demonstrated.

參賽選手可以創作並展示獨特的國畫作品，展示個人的繪畫才華與創作技巧。無論是演繹具有傳統國畫風格，如山水畫的雄渾蒼潤、花鳥畫的生動靈秀、人物畫的神韻傳神，還是融合現代多元理念，如國畫與數位藝術元素結合、傳統筆墨與現代構圖的創新表達，都需在題材構思、筆墨運用、風格塑造、意境傳遞、技法呈現以及作品感染力等方面展現獨特之處。具體而言，選手既可以深入鑽研傳統國畫經典，以工筆細描重現花鳥的精巧韻味，或用潑墨技法展現山水的大氣般蒼茫；也能夠大膽創新，將現代藝術理念融入國畫創作，例如以中西融合手法呈現物象的獨特韻致，或在繪製時借鑒設計的構圖思路。在創作過程中，需巧妙構思作品題材，精准運用筆墨展現國畫魅力，塑造鮮明的個人繪畫風格；同時通過墨色的濃淡變化、色彩的冷暖搭配、構圖的疏密層次傳遞意境，靈活運用繪畫技巧，使作品從筆墨語言、畫面結構到整體呈現都別具一格，最終以富有感染力的國畫作品，展現對國畫藝術的獨特理解與創新表達。

 

Contestants are invited to create and exhibit unique Chinese painting works, showcasing their individual artistic talent and skills. Whether embodying traditional Chinese painting styles, such as the majestic and rich character of landscapes, the vivid and elegant flower-and-bird paintings, and the expressive charm of figure paintings, or integrating diverse modern concepts, such as combining Chinese painting with digital art elements or innovating with traditional brushwork and modern composition, they must demonstrate uniqueness in subject matter, brushwork, stylistic expression, artistic conception, technical presentation, and the impact of their work. Specifically, contestants can delve deeply into traditional Chinese painting classics, recreating the delicate charm of flower-and-bird paintings with meticulous brushwork or capturing the majestic vastness of landscapes with splashed ink techniques. They can also boldly innovate and incorporate modern artistic concepts into their Chinese painting creations, such as blending Chinese and Western techniques to capture the unique charm of objects or incorporating design compositional ideas into their paintings. During the creative process, one needs to cleverly conceive the subject matter of the work, accurately use brush and ink to show the charm of Chinese painting, and create a distinctive personal painting style; at the same time, convey the artistic conception through the changes in the thickness of ink, the combination of warm and cold colors, and the dense and layered composition, and flexibly use painting techniques to make the work unique from the brush and ink language, picture structure to the overall presentation. Ultimately, with infectious Chinese paintings, one can show a unique understanding and innovative expression of Chinese painting art.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一幅原創國畫作品的高清數位影像（高清掃描件 / 照片）以及一份對該作品的闡釋文檔。​

2. 提交的國畫作品高清影像需保證畫質清晰、墨色還原真實、無變形或模糊區域，筆墨細節完整可辨，以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判作品的各個細節，例如構圖的協調性與疏密平衡性，墨色的層次感與濃淡對比，物象的細節勾勒與整體意境，不同繪畫技法（如皴擦點染表現肌理、沒骨法呈現形態、暈染營造氛圍等）的熟練度與創新性，以及作品整體傳達的情感基調、主題深度和藝術感染力等。同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達創作者的構思、靈感來源、創作意圖以及對作品內涵的解讀等內容。​

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如 PDF 或 Word 文檔。文字表達需簡潔精准，闡述篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解作品，從而對作品的藝術感染力、繪畫技巧水準以及整體創作水準做出準確的評價。

• Each entrant must submit a high-definition digital image (high-definition scan/photo) of an original Chinese painting and a document explaining the work.

• The submitted high-definition image must be clear, with authentic ink colors, no distortion or blurring, and fully discernible brushstroke details. This ensures that the judges can comprehensively and meticulously assess the work's details, such as the compositional harmony and balance of density, the layering and contrast of ink, the detailed delineation of objects and the overall artistic conception, the proficiency and innovation of various painting techniques (such as brushstrokes, dotting, and rubbing to express texture, boneless painting to depict form, and smudges to create atmosphere), and the overall emotional tone, thematic depth, and artistic appeal of the work. Furthermore, the document should accurately and clearly convey the artist's conception, inspiration, creative intent, and interpretation of the work's meaning.

• The document should be in a common electronic file format, such as PDF or Word. The written expression must be concise and precise, and the length of the explanation must strictly follow the competition regulations so that the judges can understand the work from multiple dimensions and make an accurate evaluation of the artistic appeal, painting skills and overall creative level of the work.

評判將依據參賽者整體的國畫作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：​

筆墨技巧與掌控（30%）​

技法運用與精准度​

評估參賽者對國畫傳統技法的掌握與靈活運用能力，無論是線條表現（如篆隸筆意的遒勁、蘭葉描的飄逸）、墨色層次（如焦墨的厚重、破墨的通透），還是設色技巧（如工筆的暈染、寫意的點染）。例如在創作中包含複雜筆法（如皴擦點染的綜合運用、山水的層巒疊嶂表現）、經典題材（如花鳥的翎毛細節、人物的神態刻畫）或創新形式（如國畫與現代材料結合）時，技法運用的準確性和穩定性，能否熟練駕馭不同難度的表現手法，並且在多種技法融合時自然協調。在呈現強烈意境（如雄奇山水的磅礡、靜夜花開的清雅）時，技法的運用需精准傳達情感，確保線條有力、墨色和諧；在處理複雜構圖（如全景式山水、多主體花鳥）時，精准掌握畫面的空間層次與視覺節奏，展現出對筆墨技法、畫面佈局以及意境傳遞的精准控制。

視覺表達與藝術感染力​

考查參賽者對國畫視覺語言的理解與塑造能力。能夠根據作品主題、意境需求，精准地運用視覺元素（如構圖的疏密對比、色彩的冷暖調和）和細節處理（如落款的位置、印章的搭配）。例如在創作愛國主題作品時，運用雄渾的筆墨與大氣的構圖，營造莊嚴氛圍；在描繪田園生活時，通過清雅的設色與靈動的線條，體現恬淡韻味。同時，在系列作品或大幅創作中，要保證各部分之間協調好風格統一與變化，做到筆墨貫通、意境連貫，展現出對視覺表達與藝術感染力的敏銳感知和出色把控。​

創意與風格（25%）​

風格獨特性​

評價參賽者國畫風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循國畫傳統審美的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多作品中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同文化背景下的藝術風格（如中式水墨的意境與西方水彩的光影）融合，創造出既保留國畫韻味又具現代感的風格；或者在題材選擇和筆墨處理上，形成自己獨特的藝術語言，如以兒童視角演繹傳統花鳥、用數位技術輔助國畫創作，使每一幅作品都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的藝術視角。​

形式創新​

考量國畫在呈現形式方面的新穎程度，如題材創新（如國畫表現科技生活、生態保護）、表現手法（如立體國畫、互動式國畫裝置）、材料運用（如在非傳統紙張上創作、混合水墨與其他媒介）以及文化融合（如在國畫中融入異域文化符號、用傳統技法表現跨文化主題）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整幅作品在視覺體驗上更具吸引力與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。​

主題契合與意境營造（20%）​

主題契合度​

評估國畫作品所傳達的文化內涵、思想情感等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以 “文化傳承與創新” 為主題，參賽者通過選擇傳統題材與現代元素結合的創作，運用對比或呼應的筆墨手法，並在闡釋中用清晰的邏輯和專業的藝術語言，展現國畫藝術的傳承與突破，從內容表達上呼應主題。​

意境營造​

考查參賽者能否通過藝術元素的綜合運用（如筆墨的輕重緩急、色彩的濃淡變化、構圖的遠近層次）、情感的細膩傳遞以及場景化描繪，將自身對主題的理解與感悟融入其中，營造出相應的藝術意境。例如通過蒼勁的筆墨、沉穩的色彩表現 “歲寒三友” 的堅毅品格；用飄逸的線條、明快的設色傳達 “春回大地” 的生機活力，讓觀者透過作品感受到豪邁、溫柔、振奮等不同情緒，深刻領會作品的內在精神，仿佛置身於畫中意境之中。​

內容難度與感染力（25%）​

難度展現​

關注參賽者所選擇的創作內容在技法難度和思想深度上的體現，比如涉及高難度傳統技法的作品（如工筆重彩的細膩暈染、山水畫的複雜皴法）、具有深刻文化內涵的題材（如歷史典故、哲思主題），需要具備扎實的筆墨功底、文化積累和藝術理解能力；或者在處理抽象主題（如 “時間的流動”“生命的力量”）時，展現出對抽象概念的視覺轉化能力。同時，在原創作品或主題性創作中，要展現出對整體畫面架構和思想表達的駕馭能力，如元素組合的合理性、主題傳達的準確性。​

藝術感染力​

考察參賽者能否通過國畫作品及闡釋傳遞情感與思想，使觀者對作品產生共鳴，感受到創作者的藝術理念與人文關懷，並在作品呈現上表現出對國畫藝術的自信與深刻理解。無論是作品本身的視覺吸引力、意境感染力，還是在闡釋作品時對創作思路的生動敘述、對文化內涵的深入解讀，都能自然流暢且富有說服力，吸引觀者沉浸其中，體會國畫藝術的文化深度與情感溫度。​

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚國畫創作與教育背景的國畫家、藝術理論學者與文化傳承領域的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
