比賽形式/Competition Format

​​

參賽選手需提交一件參賽創作作品的高清資料（視覺類作品格式為 JPG 或 PNG，分辨率不低於 300DPI；文字類作品格式為 DOC 或 PDF；多媒體作品格式為 MP4 或 MOV，分辨率不低於 1080P），能完整呈現創作的細節與整體效果。例如在備賽準備階段，對創作主題的理解與立意把握是否深刻，形式選擇及構思規劃的設定是否契合表達意圖；創作過程中，藝術規範的遵循與風格呈現是否統一，元素層次的鋪墊與主旨推進是否清晰，手法的運用與主題詮釋是否突出，不同創作技巧的發揮是否熟練且富有張力；根據創作主題的情感需求，能否通過作品形式靈活傳達思想與意境。同時，在作品闡述環節，要清晰展示創作細節的完整性、表達的精准性，情感傳達的飽滿度，構思思路的層次感，以及對作品內涵詮釋時的說服力等。如闡述中需說明創作元素與主題的關聯性，並解釋創作過程中如何通過形式設計強化作品核心思想，確保闡述內容與創作作品高度契合，充分體現參賽者對創作藝術理解、把控與創新能力。

Contestants are required to submit high-definition materials of one entry creative work (visual works in JPG or PNG format with a resolution of no less than 300 DPI; literary works in DOC or PDF format; multimedia works in MP4 or MOV format with a resolution of no less than 1080P) that can fully present the creative details and overall effect. For example, during the preparation phase, whether the understanding of the creative theme and grasp of the core concept are in-depth, and whether the selection of form and conceptual planning are consistent with the expressive intent; in the creative process, whether the compliance with artistic norms and the presentation of style are unified, whether the layering of elements and the advancement of the core theme are clear, whether the application of methods and the interpretation of the theme are prominent, and whether the use of different creative techniques is skilled and expressive; according to the emotional needs of the creative theme, whether ideas and artistic conceptions can be flexibly conveyed through the work's form. Meanwhile, in the work description section, it is necessary to clearly demonstrate the completeness of creative details, the accuracy of expression, the richness of emotional communication, the hierarchical nature of the conceptual thinking, and the persuasiveness in interpreting the connotation of the work. For instance, the description should explain the relevance between creative elements and the theme, and illustrate how form design was used during the creative process to strengthen the core idea of the work, ensuring that the description content is highly consistent with the creative work and fully reflects the participant's ability to understand, control and innovate in the art of creation.

參賽選手可以創作並呈現獨特的創作作品，展現個人的創意才華與表達技巧。無論是創作具有經典傳統風格，如國畫的意境深遠、書法的筆墨韻味、民間手工的匠心巧思，還是融合現代多元理念，如傳統文化與數字藝術的跨界碰撞、環保主題與裝置藝術的創新表達的作品，都需在形式選擇、技法呈現、情感傳達、風格把控以及作品感染力等方面展現獨特之處。

 

Contestants may create and present unique creative works to showcase their personal creative talent and expressive skills. Whether creating works that embody classic traditional styles—such as the profound artistic conception of traditional Chinese painting, the ink rhyme of calligraphy, or the ingenious craftsmanship of folk handcrafts—or integrating modern and diverse concepts—such as the cross-border collision between traditional culture and digital art, or the innovative expression of environmental themes and installation art—all entries must demonstrate distinctiveness in terms of form selection, technical presentation, emotional communication, style control, and work appeal.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一件參賽創作作品的高清資料（視覺類為 JPG/PNG、文字類為 DOC/PDF、多媒體類為 MP4/MOV）及一份對該作品的闡釋文檔。

2. 提交的創作資料需保證品質合格（視覺類分辨率不低於 300DPI、多媒體類不低於 1080P且音畫同步）、內容完整無雜訊，以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判作品的各個細節，例如創作技法的熟練度與精准性，元素的運用與組合，情感的傳達與層次，創作特有手法（如色彩搭配、敘事結構、材料運用）的發揮與合理性，以及整體作品所傳達的思想深度、藝術風格和創作感染力等。同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達創作者的形式選擇思路、作品構思理念、個人表達風格以及對作品的獨到解讀等內容。

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如 PDF 或 Word 文檔。文字表達需專業嚴謹，篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解創作作品，從而對作品的藝術表現力、技術完成度及整體呈現效果做出客觀準確的評價。

• Each contestant is required to submit high-definition materials of one entry creative work (visual works in JPG/PNG format; literary works in DOC/PDF format; multimedia works in MP4/MOV format) along with an interpretation document for the work.

• The submitted creative materials must meet quality standards (visual works with a resolution of no less than 300 DPI; multimedia works with a resolution of no less than 1080P and synchronized audio and video) and be complete with no noise. This ensures that the judges can comprehensively and meticulously evaluate all aspects of the work, such as the proficiency and accuracy of creative techniques, the application and combination of elements, the communication and layering of emotions, the exertion and rationality of creative-specific methods (e.g., color matching, narrative structure, material application), as well as the ideological depth, artistic style, and creative appeal conveyed by the work as a whole. Meanwhile, the interpretation document shall accurately and clearly articulate the creator's rationale for form selection, the conceptualization of the work, their personal expressive style, and their unique interpretation of the piece.

• ​The interpretation document shall be in a common electronic format, such as PDF or Word. The writing shall be professional and rigorous, with a length strictly adhering to the competition regulations. This enables the judges to understand the creative work from multiple dimensions and thus make an objective and accurate evaluation of the work's artistic expressiveness, technical completeness, and overall presentation effect.

評判將依據參賽者整體的創作作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

創作技法（30%）

技法運用與細節呈現

評估參賽者對創作各類技法與表達形式的精准把握能力，無論是視覺類的色彩搭配、構圖佈局、筆觸質感，文字類的敘事節奏、語言錘煉、情感鋪陳，還是手工類的材料運用、工藝細節、造型塑造，以及多媒體類的畫面剪輯、音畫協調、互動設計等特殊技法的使用。例如在創作包含精緻細節（如繪畫的光影層次、文字的細節描寫）或情感張力強（如抒情散文的情感遞進、裝置藝術的意境營造）的作品時，技法與形式運用的準確性和靈活性，能否輕鬆駕馭不同難度的創作技法，並且在多種技法結合使用時自然協調。在表現不同風格基調的作品（如童話主題用活潑色彩，回憶主題以溫暖筆觸呈現）時，技法與形式的運用需準確傳達思想，確保創作的完整性以及層次的豐富性；在處理複雜內容（如多線索敘事、跨文化元素融合）時，精准掌握技法轉換、內容層次與思想呈現，展現出獨特的創作魅力和對作品質感、層次表現以及情感張力的精准控制。

作品架構與整體協調

考查參賽者對創作作品架構和藝術整體協調原理的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據作品主題、情感表達的需求，精准地運用架構技巧（如元素銜接、內容鋪墊、主旨凸顯）和協調方式（如形式與內容的融合度、風格統一的穩定性、情感推進的層次感、表達與立意的契合度）。例如在創作嚴謹敘事的文字作品時，運用邏輯清晰的內容架構與嚴謹的整體協調；在表現抒情性強的視覺作品時，通過優美流暢的技法與富有張力的整體營造氛圍。同時，在系列篇章創作中，要保證篇章之間、情感轉換之間協調好創作邏輯與內容銜接，做到風格統一又各具特色，展現出對作品架構與整體協調的敏銳感知和出色把控。

創意與風格（25%）

風格獨特性

評價參賽者創作風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循創作基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多選手中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同藝術風格的特徵（如將國畫的意境與漫畫的張力融合），創造出既保留經典韻味又具個人風采的創作風格；或者在技法處理和情感表達上，形成自己獨特的創作語言，使每篇作品都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的創作視角。

創作創新

考量創作作品在創作形式方面的新穎程度，如詮釋角度創新（如以跨界思路呈現經典題材、加入個人生活體驗演繹）、表達形式創新（如合理運用數位技術互動、結合環保材料呈現）、內容融合創新（如繪畫與文學元素跨界結合、傳統工藝與現代表達編排）以及古今元素融合（如用現代創作手法演繹經典故事、在現代題材中融入傳統文化符號）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個作品在表現形式上更具實驗性與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。

主題契合與情感營造（20%）

主題契合度​​

評估創作作品所傳達的情感、藝術內涵等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以「童心築夢」為主題，參賽者通過選擇富有想象的內容元素，運用相應的創作風格，並在闡釋中用清晰的邏輯和富有感染力的語言，展現對主題的理解，從作品內容和創作風格上呼應主題。

情感營造

考查參賽者能否通過創作技法的綜合運用（如色彩深淺、節奏緩急、材料質感）、作品的詮釋以及細節的呈現，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的意境。例如通過溫暖的色彩、細膩的筆觸表現「家的溫暖」主題的親切感；用大膽的構圖、強烈的對比傳達「突破自我」的熱烈氛圍，讓觀眾透過創作作品感受到或激昂、或寧靜、或溫馨等不同情感情緒，深刻領會作品的內在精神，仿佛置身於創作營造的獨特情感意境中。

內容難度與感染力（25%）​

難度展現​

關注參賽者所選擇的創作內容在技法難度和情感深度上的體現，比如創作涉及高難度技巧（如多層次復調式敘事、抽象情感具象化）、特殊主題（如複雜情感的創作轉化、跨文化題材的呈現）的作品，或是表現具有深厚文化內涵的傳統故事、社會議題的創作，需要具備扎實的創作功底、藝術基礎和文化素養；或者在處理抽象情感（如用創作表現「希望」「夢想」等概念）時，展現出對情感的創作轉化能力。同時，在系列篇章創作中，要展現出對整體風格和情感表達的駕馭能力，如不同篇章之間的協調性、情感呈現的連貫性。

藝術感染力

考察參賽者能否通過創作作品及闡釋傳遞情感，使觀眾對作品產生共鳴，感受到創作者的思考與態度，並在作品呈現上表現出對創作主題的深刻理解。無論是作品本身的藝術表現力、情感傳達力，還是在闡釋作品時對創作思路的生動敘述、對主題的深入解讀，都能自然流暢且富有說服力，吸引觀眾沉浸其中，體會創作藝術的文化深度與情感溫度。

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚創作專業背景的藝術家、設計師、文學创作者與藝術教育行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
