比賽形式/Competition Format

​​

參賽選手需提交一件參賽繪畫作品的高清掃描或拍攝素材圖片，能完整呈現繪畫的細節與整體效果。例如在備賽準備階段，對萬聖節主題的理解與意象把握是否深刻，題材選擇及創作規劃的設定是否契合表達意圖；繪畫過程中，色彩搭配的協調性與風格呈現是否統一，構圖層次的鋪墊與主題突出是否清晰，技法的運用與意象詮釋是否突出，不同表現手法（如陰影暈染營造氛圍、線條變化強化張力、色彩對比豐富層次等）的發揮是否熟練且富有感染力；根據萬聖節主題的情感需求，能否通過繪畫表達（如色調轉換、細節刻畫、氛圍營造）靈活傳達節日意境與創作思想。同時，在作品闡述環節，要清晰展示語言表達的流暢性、邏輯的嚴密性，情感表達的飽滿度，觀點闡述的層次感，以及對作品內涵（如節日文化傳承、審美理解深化、個人創意創新）詮釋時的說服力等。

Contestants are required to submit high-definition scanned or photographed images of one competing painting work, which should fully present the details and overall effect of the painting. For example, during the competition preparation stage: whether the understanding of the Halloween theme and grasp of its imagery are in-depth, and whether the selection of subject matter and design of the creative plan are consistent with the intended expression. During the painting process: whether the harmony of color matching is consistent with the style presentation, whether the layering of composition and the prominence of the theme are clear, whether the application of techniques and the interpretation of imagery are prominent, and whether the use of different expressive methods (such as shadow blending to create atmosphere, line variation to enhance tension, color contrast to enrich layers, etc.) is proficient and expressive. In accordance with the emotional needs of the Halloween theme, contestants should also demonstrate the ability to flexibly convey the festive artistic conception and creative ideas through painting expressions (such as color tone conversion, detailed depiction, atmosphere creation). Meanwhile, in the work interpretation session, contestants are required to clearly demonstrate the fluency of language expression, the rigor of logic, the richness of emotional expression, the hierarchy of viewpoint elaboration, and the persuasiveness in interpreting the connotation of the work (such as the inheritance of festive culture, the deepening of aesthetic understanding, and the innovation of personal creativity).

參賽選手可以創作並呈現獨特的繪畫作品，展現個人的藝術才華與創作技巧。無論是創作具有經典傳統風格，如民間鬼怪傳說的詭趣生動、古典油畫風的厚重神秘，還是融合現代多元理念，如萬聖元素與國潮的跨界碰撞、數位繪畫的創新表達的作品，都需在題材選擇、技法呈現、意境營造、風格把控以及視覺感染力等方面展現獨特之處。

 

Contestants may create and present unique painting works to showcase their personal artistic talents and creative skills. Whether creating works with classic traditional styles—such as the quirky vividness of folk ghost legends or the profound mystery of classical oil painting styles—or works that integrate modern and diverse concepts—such as the cross-border fusion of Halloween elements and Guochao (Chinese national trend), or the innovative expression of digital painting—contestants must demonstrate uniqueness in aspects including subject matter selection, technique presentation, artistic conception creation, style control, and visual appeal.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一件參賽繪畫作品的高清掃描或拍攝素材圖片，以及一份對該作品的闡釋文檔。

2. 提交的繪畫素材需保證畫質清晰、細節完整，無雜物干擾，以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判作品的各個細節，例如繪畫技法的流暢度與準確性，色彩的把控與變化，意境的鋪墊與層次，繪畫特有技巧（如陰影暈染、線條勾勒、色彩搭配）的運用與合理性，以及整體作品所傳達的節日氛圍、藝術風格和視覺感染力等。同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達繪畫者的題材選擇思路、作品創作構想、個人風格呈現以及對作品的獨到解讀等內容。

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如 PDF 或 Word 文檔。文字表達需專業嚴謹，篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解繪畫作品，從而對作品的藝術表現力、技術完成度以及整體呈現效果做出客觀準確的評價。

• Each contestant is required to submit high-definition scanned or photographed images of one competing painting work, as well as an interpretation document for the work.

• The submitted painting materials must ensure clear image quality, complete details, and no interference from debris, so that the judges can comprehensively and meticulously evaluate all details of the work—such as the fluency and accuracy of painting techniques, the control and variation of colors, the buildup and layering of artistic conception, the application and rationality of unique painting skills (e.g., shadow blending, line outlining, color matching), as well as the festive atmosphere, artistic style, and visual appeal conveyed by the work as a whole. Meanwhile, the interpretation document should accurately and clearly express the painter’s ideas for subject matter selection, concept for work creation, presentation of personal style, and unique interpretation of the work.

• The interpretation document should be in common electronic document formats, such as PDF or Word. The written expression must be professional and rigorous, and the length must strictly comply with the competition regulations, so that the judges can understand the painting work from multiple dimensions and thus make an objective and accurate evaluation of the work's artistic expressiveness, technical completion, and overall presentation effect.

評判將依據參賽者整體的繪畫作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

繪畫技法（30%）

色彩構圖與技巧呈現

評估參賽者對繪畫各類技巧與視覺元素的精准把握能力，無論是色彩的色調搭配、明暗層次、對比協調，還是技巧的線條勾勒、陰影暈染、質感表現，以及點線面組合、肌理塑造、空間透視等特殊技法的使用。例如在創作包含精緻細節（如裝飾紋理的精確度、角色表情的生動性）或氛圍張力強（如詭趣主題的色彩鋪墊、奇幻主題的場景轉換）的作品時，技法運用的準確性和靈活性，能否輕鬆駕馭不同難度的繪畫技巧，並且在多種技巧結合使用時自然協調。在表現不同風格基調的作品（如可愛主題用明亮色彩，神秘主題以深沉色調呈現）時，技法的運用需準確傳達節日意境，確保畫面的完整性以及層次的豐富性；在處理複雜場景（如多角色互動、跨元素融合）時，精准掌握技巧轉換、視覺層次與氛圍呈現，展現出獨特的繪畫魅力和對作品質感、層次表現以及意境張力的精准控制。

畫面架構與整體協調

考查參賽者對繪畫作品架構和視覺整體協調原理的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據萬聖節主題、意境表達的需求，精准地運用架構技巧（如元素佈局、氛圍鋪墊、重點突出）和協調方式（如色彩與主題的融合度、風格統一的穩定性、意境推進的層次感、元素與故事的契合度）。例如在創作詭異主題作品時，運用錯落有致的畫面架構與嚴謹的整體協調；在表現歡樂內容時，通過活潑飽滿的元素與富有張力的整體營造氛圍。同時，在系列場景繪畫中，要保證場景之間、意境轉換之間協調好視覺邏輯與故事銜接，做到風格統一又各具特色，展現出對作品架構與整體協調的敏銳感知和出色把控。

創意與風格（25%）

風格獨特性

評價參賽者繪畫風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循繪畫基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多選手中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同藝術風格的特徵（如將國潮風的大氣與卡通風的可愛融合），創造出既保留經典韻味又具個人風采的繪畫風格；或者在色彩處理和元素表達上，形成自己獨特的視覺語言，使每幅作品都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的繪畫視角。​​

創作創新

考量繪畫作品在創作形式方面的新穎程度，如詮釋角度創新（如以跨界思路表現萬聖元素、加入個人故事演繹節日場景）、表達形式創新（如合理運用綜合材料、結合立體元素呈現）、內容融合創新（如繪畫與手工元素跨界結合、傳統鬼怪形象與現代潮流編排）以及古今元素融合（如用現代畫法演繹經典萬聖場景、在奇幻作品中融入傳統文化符號）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個作品在表現形式上更具實驗性與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。

主題契合與意境營造（20%）

主題契合度

評估繪畫作品所傳達的意境、視覺內涵等與萬聖節比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以「奇幻萬聖夜」為主題，參賽者通過選擇富有節日特色的元素（如南瓜燈、巫師、鬼怪等），運用相應的繪畫風格，並在闡釋中用清晰的邏輯和富有感染力的語言，展現對萬聖節的理解，從作品內容和繪畫風格上呼應主題。

意境營造

考查參賽者能否通過繪畫技巧的綜合運用（如色彩冷暖、線條粗細、構圖疏密）、畫面的詮釋以及細節的呈現，將自身對萬聖節主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的節日意境。例如通過深沉的色調、錯落的構圖表現「神秘萬聖夜」主題的詭趣感；用明亮的色彩、活潑的元素傳達「歡樂萬聖趴」的熱鬧氛圍，讓觀眾透過繪畫作品感受到或神秘、或歡樂、或溫馨等不同情緒，深刻領會作品的內在故事，仿佛置身於繪畫營造的獨特萬聖意境中。

內容難度與感染力（25%）

難度展現​

關注參賽者所選擇的繪畫內容在技巧難度和意境深度上的體現，比如創作涉及高難度技巧（如複雜透視、細膩肌理）、特殊主題（如抽象萬聖元素的視覺轉化、跨文化節日元素的融合）的作品，或是表現具有深厚文化內涵的傳統鬼怪形象、奇幻萬聖場景的繪畫，需要具備扎實的繪畫功底、美術基礎和文化素養；或者在處理抽象意境（如用繪畫表現「恐懼」「歡樂」等情緒）時，展現出對情感的視覺轉化能力。同時，在系列作品創作中，要展現出對整體風格和意境表達的駕馭能力，如不同畫面之間的協調性、意境呈現的連貫性。

藝術感染力​

考察參賽者能否通過繪畫作品及闡釋傳遞情感，使觀眾對作品產生共鳴，感受到創作者的思考與態度，並在作品呈現上表現出對萬聖節主題的深刻理解。無論是作品本身的視覺表現力、意境傳達力，還是在闡釋作品時對創作思路的生動敘述、對主題的深入解讀，都能自然流暢且富有說服力，吸引觀眾沉浸其中，體會繪畫藝術的文化深度與節日溫度。

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚美術專業背景的畫家、美術教育與藝術行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
