比賽形式/Competition Format

參賽選手需提交一件參賽繪畫作品的高清電子素材（JPG 或 PNG 格式），能完整呈現作品的細節與整體效果。例如在備賽準備階段，對繪畫主題的理解與立意把握是否深刻，題材選擇及創作規劃的設定是否契合表達意圖；創作過程中，造型規範的遵循與風格呈現是否統一，色彩層次的鋪陳與主旨推進是否清晰，繪畫技巧的運用與主題詮釋是否突出，不同表現手法的發揮是否熟練且富有張力；根據繪畫主題的藝術需求，能否通過創作形式靈活傳達思想與意境。同時，在作品闡述環節，要清晰展示作品表達的流暢性、風格的完整性，情感傳遞的飽滿度，創作思路的層次感，以及對作品內涵詮釋時的說服力等。如闡述中需說明繪畫語言與主題的關聯性，並解釋創作過程中如何通過視覺構成強化作品情感邏輯，確保闡述內容與參賽作品高度契合，充分體現參賽者對繪畫本質的理解、把控與創新能力。

Participants are required to submit a high-definition electronic file of one competition painting work (in JPG or PNG format) that fully presents the details and overall effect of the work.For example, during the preparation stage, whether the understanding of the painting theme and the grasp of the conception are profound, and whether the selection of subject matter and the formulation of creative planning are in line with the expressive intention; during the creation process, whether the compliance with modeling standards and the presentation of style are unified, whether the layout of color layers and the advancement of the core theme are clear, whether the application of painting techniques and the interpretation of the theme are distinctive, and whether the use of different expressive techniques is proficient and expressive.In accordance with the artistic requirements of the painting theme, whether the ideas and artistic conception can be flexibly conveyed through creative forms.Meanwhile, in the work explanation section, it is necessary to clearly demonstrate the fluency of expression, the integrity of style, the fullness of emotional transmission, the layered structure of creative thinking, and the persuasiveness in interpreting the connotation of the work.The explanation should specify the correlation between painting language and the theme, and explain how to strengthen the emotional logic of the work through visual composition during the creation process, so as to ensure a high degree of consistency between the explanation and the competition work, and fully reflect the participant’s understanding, control and innovative ability of the essence of painting.

參賽選手可以創作並呈現獨特的繪畫作品，展現個人的繪畫才華與創作技巧。無論是創作具有經典傳統風格，如中國畫的典雅厚重、工筆畫的細膩悠揚，還是融合現代多元理念，如傳統題材與當代創作視角的跨界融合、數位媒介下的繪畫創新表達的作品，都需在題材選擇、技巧呈現、情感傳達、風格把控以及視覺感染力等方面展現獨特之處。

Participants may create and present unique painting works to demonstrate their individual painting talent and creative skills. Whether creating works with classic traditional styles, such as the elegance and profoundness of Chinese painting and the delicacy and grace of Gongbi painting, or integrating modern diverse concepts, such as the cross-border integration of traditional themes with contemporary creative perspectives and the innovative expression of painting under digital media, the works must show distinctiveness in the selection of subject matter, presentation of techniques, emotional transmission, style control and visual appeal.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一件參賽繪畫作品（傳統類含中國畫、工筆畫等，現代類含油畫、水彩畫等）及一份對該作品的闡釋文檔。

2. 提交的繪畫作品需保證原作完整（單幅作品尺寸不超過100cm×120cm，系列作品不超過3幅）、格式規範（高清無雜點、無過度後期修圖），以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判作品的各個細節，例如繪畫技巧的熟練度與創新性，色彩的和諧與層次，線條的精準與張力，繪畫語言的運用與合理性，以及整體作品所傳達的思想深度、文化內涵和視覺感染力等。同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達創作者的題材選擇思路、作品創作構想、個人繪畫風格等內容。

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如PDF或Word文檔。文字表達需專業嚴謹，篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解繪畫作品，從而對作品的視覺表現力、技術完成度及整體呈現效果做出客觀準確的評價。

• Each participant is required to submit one competition painting work (traditional types include Chinese painting, Gongbi painting, etc.; modern types include oil painting, watercolor painting, etc.) and one explanatory document for the work.

• The submitted painting work must be complete (the size of a single work shall not exceed 100cm × 120cm, and a series of works shall not exceed 3 pieces) and in standardized format (high-definition without noise or excessive post-retouching), so as to ensure that the judges can comprehensively and carefully evaluate all details of the work, such as the proficiency and innovation of painting techniques, the harmony and layering of colors, the accuracy and tension of lines, the application and rationality of painting language, as well as the ideological depth, cultural connotation and visual appeal conveyed by the overall work. Meanwhile, the explanatory document shall accurately and clearly express the creator’s ideas on subject selection, creative conception of the work, personal painting style and other contents.

• The explanatory document shall be in a common electronic document format, such as PDF or Word. The text expression shall be professional and rigorous, and the length shall strictly comply with the competition regulations, so that the judges can understand the painting work from multiple dimensions and thus make an objective and accurate evaluation of the work’s visual expressiveness, technical completion and overall presentation effect.

評判將依據參賽者整體的繪畫作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

繪畫技法（30%）

技法運用與呈現

評估參賽者對繪畫各類技法與視覺語言的精准把握能力，無論是線條的輕重變化、色彩的層疊暈染、造型的準確度，還是技法的筆觸運用、肌理塑造、空間表現，以及光影轉換、細節刻畫鋪墊、氛圍營造等特殊技法的使用。例如在創作包含精緻細節（如紋理質感的細膩度、場景還原的真實性）或視覺張力強（如抒情主題的色彩表達、敘事主題的畫面鋪陳）的作品時，技法與視覺語言運用的準確性和靈活性，能否輕鬆駕馭不同難度的繪畫技法，並且在多種技法結合使用時自然協調。在表現不同風格基調的作品（如童話主題用明快色彩，回憶主題以低飽和色調呈現）時，技法與視覺語言的運用需準確傳達思想，確保作品的完整性以及層次的豐富性；在處理複雜內容（如多場景融合繪畫、跨文化元素融合創作）時，精准掌握技法轉換、畫面層次與思想呈現，展現出獨特的視覺魅力和對作品質感、層次表現以及藝術張力的精准控制。

作品創作結構與整體協調

考查參賽者對繪畫作品構圖結構和繪畫整體協調原理的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據作品主題、情感表達的需求，精准地運用構圖技巧（如畫面銜接、元素鋪墊、主旨凸顯）和協調方式（如視覺語言與主題的融合度、風格統一的穩定性、情感推進的層次感、元素與立意的契合度）。例如在創作嚴謹敘事類繪畫作品時，運用邏輯清晰的畫面結構與嚴謹的整體協調；在表現抒情意境繪畫時，通過優美流暢的視覺語言與富有張力的整體營造氛圍。同時，在系列作品創作中，要保證畫幅之間、情感轉換之間協調好創作邏輯與畫面銜接，做到風格統一又各具特色，展現出對作品創作結構與整體協調的敏銳感知和出色把控。

創意與風格（25%）

風格獨特性

評價參賽者繪畫風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循繪畫基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多選手中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同繪畫風格的特徵（如將中國工筆的精細勾勒與現代油畫的濃烈色彩融合），創造出既保留經典韻味又具個人風采的繪畫風格；或者在視覺處理和情感表達上，形成自己獨特的繪畫語言，使每幅作品都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的創作視角。

創作創新

考量繪畫作品在創作形式方面的新穎程度，如詮釋角度創新（如以跨界思路呈現經典題材、加入個人生活體驗創作）、表達形式創新（如合理運用綜合材料繪畫、結合數位媒介烘托呈現）、內容融合創新（如繪畫與裝置藝術跨界結合、傳統技法與現代表達融合）以及古今元素融合（如用現代繪畫手法演繹傳統題材、在現代題材創作中融入傳統文化符號）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個作品在表現形式上更具實驗性與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。

主題契合與情感營造（20%）

主題契合度​​

評估繪畫作品所傳達的情感、藝術內涵等與比賽「生命之美」主題是否緊密契合。例如參賽者通過選擇富有生命力的視覺元素，運用相應的繪畫風格，並在闡釋中用清晰的邏輯和富有感染力的語言，展現對生命之美的理解，從作品內容和繪畫風格上呼應主題。

情感營造

考查參賽者能否通過繪畫技法的綜合運用（如色彩冷暖、筆觸輕重、光影深淺）、作品的詮釋以及細節的呈現，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的意境。例如通過柔和的色調、細膩的筆觸表現「生命成長」主題的溫馨感；用飽滿的色彩、大膽的構圖傳達「生命活力」的熱烈氛圍，讓觀眾透過繪畫作品感受到或激昂、或寧靜、或溫馨等不同情感情緒，深刻領會作品的內在精神，仿佛置身於視覺營造的獨特情感意境中。

內容難度與感染力（25%）

難度展現​

關注參賽者所選擇的繪畫內容在技巧難度和情感深度上的體現，比如創作涉及高難度技巧（如多層次光影塑造、抽象情感視覺化）、特殊主題（如複雜情感的視覺轉化、跨文化題材的呈現）的作品，或是表現具有深厚文化內涵的傳統題材、生命議題的繪畫創作，需要具備扎實的繪畫功底、審美基礎和文化素養；或者在處理抽象情感（如用繪畫語言表現「希望」「夢想」等概念）時，展現出對情感的視覺轉化能力。同時，在系列作品創作中，要展現出對整體風格和情感表達的駕馭能力，如不同畫幅之間的協調性、情感呈現的連貫性。

繪畫感染力

考察參賽者能否通過繪畫作品及闡釋傳遞情感，使觀眾對作品產生共鳴，感受到創作者的思考與態度，並在作品呈現上表現出對繪畫主題的深刻理解。無論是作品本身的視覺表現力、情感傳達力，還是在闡釋作品時對創作思路的生動敘述、對主題的深入解讀，都能自然流暢且富有說服力，吸引觀眾沉浸其中，體會繪畫創作的文化深度與情感溫度。

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚藝術專業背景的畫家、藝術教育與文化行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
