比賽形式/Competition Format

參賽選手需提交一段軟硬筆書法創作過程及作品闡釋的高清視頻（確保視頻畫質清晰，聲音同步且無雜音，能清晰呈現書法創作的每一個細節。起筆階段，觀察筆劃的入筆角度是否精准，力度的掌控是否恰到好處，從而讓起始線條形態飽滿；行筆過程中，留意筆劃的走勢是否流暢，是否嚴格遵循書法的筆法規則，像毛筆書法中中鋒的穩定運用、硬筆書法裏筆劃的挺拔有力；收筆時，判斷收筆動作是否乾淨俐落，能否通過收筆展現出書法的韻味。在結構佈局上，查看單字結構的重心是否平穩，筆劃間的疏密關係是否得當，以及作品整體的行與行、字與字之間的呼應是否和諧。

 

Participants are required to submit a high-definition video of the creation process of soft and hard strokes and the explanation of the work (make sure that the video quality is clear, the sound is synchronized and free of noise, and that every detail of the creation of the calligraphy can be clearly presented). In the starting stage, observe whether the angle of the stroke is accurate and whether the strength is controlled properly, so as to make the starting line full; in the process of writing, pay attention to whether the strokes are flowing smoothly and whether the rules of calligraphy are strictly followed, such as the stable use of the center of the brush in calligraphy and the uprightness and strength of the strokes in hard-brush calligraphy; and in the closing stage, judge whether the closing action is clean and tidy, and whether it can demonstrate the charm of calligraphy through the closing of the stroke. When closing the brush, determine whether the closing action is clean and smooth, and whether it can show the flavor of calligraphy through closing the brush. In terms of structural layout, check whether the center of gravity of the single character structure is stable, whether the spacing between strokes is appropriate, and whether the overall echo between lines and characters is harmonious.
 

參賽選手能夠創作並展示獨具匠心的軟硬筆書法作品，充分展現個人的書法創作才華與精湛技巧。不管是創作帶有傳統藝術風格的作品，如篆書的古樸典雅、隸書的飄逸舒展、楷書的嚴謹端莊、行書的行雲流水，還是融入現代多元理念的創新書法，如打破傳統章法的自由書風，或是將書法與其他藝術形式相融合的跨界創作，都要在立意構思、元素運用、章法佈局、墨色線條、用筆技法以及作品感染力等多個維度，展現出與眾不同的特質。

 

Participants are able to create and display unique soft and hard brush calligraphy works, fully demonstrating their talent and exquisite skills in calligraphy. Whether they are creating works with traditional artistic styles, such as the simplicity and elegance of Seal Script, the elegance and grace of Slogan Script, the strictness and dignity of Regular Script, or the flow of Running Script, or innovative calligraphic works that incorporate modern and diversified concepts, such as the freedom of calligraphy that breaks with the traditional rules and regulations, or cross-boundary creations that merge calligraphy with other forms of art, all of them should demonstrate a differentiation from other forms of artwork in terms of the conception of the idea, the application of elements, the layout of chapters and regulations, the ink and color line, the technique of the brush, as well as the infectiousness of the work. All of these works have to show different qualities in terms of conceptualization of ideas, application of elements, chapter layout, ink color and lines, brush technique, and the infectious power of the works.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一幅原創軟硬筆書法作品以及一份對該作品的闡釋文檔。

2. 提交的書法作品需保證字跡清晰、墨色純正，保存狀態良好，讓評委可以全面、細緻地評判書法作品的各個細節。如筆劃的力度與形態，能否做到力透紙背、剛勁有力，或是靈動飄逸、富有變化；筆法運用是否豐富多樣，毛筆書法中中鋒、側鋒、逆鋒的轉換是否自然，硬筆書法中線條粗細變化是否得當；結構的合理性與美感，單字重心是否平穩，整體章法佈局是否疏密得當、錯落有致；墨色的濃淡、幹濕變化是否協調，能否通過墨法營造出獨特的藝術氛圍；以及作品整體所傳達的情感、主題和文化內涵。

3. 與此同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達創作者的構思，包括對書體選擇的考量、佈局設計的思路，講述靈感來源，是受自然景觀、歷史文化的啟發，還是基於個人的獨特經歷。還要闡明創作意圖，以及對作品內涵的深入解讀，比如想要通過作品傳遞的情感態度、文化價值。

• Each participant is required to submit an original piece of calligraphy in soft and hard pen and an explanation of the work.

• The submitted calligraphic work must be in good condition with clear handwriting and pure ink color, so that the judges can evaluate the details of the calligraphic work comprehensively and meticulously. For example, the strength and shape of the strokes, whether it can be forceful and strong, or flexible and elegant, full of changes; whether the use of brushwork is rich and varied, whether the conversion of the middle, side, and back of the brush is natural, and whether the changes in the thickness of the lines are appropriate in the hard-copy calligraphy; the reasonableness and aesthetics of the structure, whether the center of gravity of the character is stable, and whether the overall layout is appropriately sparse, staggered, and coherent; whether the ink is thick and thin, and whether the changes in dryness and wetness are coordinated, and whether the ink can be used to make the character more or less stable. Whether the changes in ink color are coordinated, and whether a unique artistic atmosphere can be created through the ink method; and the emotion, theme and cultural connotation conveyed by the work as a whole.

• At the same time, the explanatory document should accurately and clearly express the creator's ideas, including the consideration of the choice of style, the idea of layout design, and the source of inspiration, whether it is inspired by the natural landscape, history and culture, or based on the unique experience of the individual. It is also important to explain the intention of the creation and the in-depth interpretation of the content of the work, such as the emotional attitude and cultural values that the work is intended to convey.

評分標準
 

評判將依據參賽者整體的軟硬筆書法作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

 

1. 書法技巧（30%）

   1. 評估參賽者對各類書法技法的精准把握能力，涵蓋硬筆書法中的筆劃形態塑造、結構佈局搭建，毛筆書法中的筆法運用，諸如中鋒、側鋒、逆鋒的切換，墨法的濃淡、幹濕、潤燥變化，以及不同書體獨有的技法特點，如篆書的婉轉流暢、隸書的蠶頭燕尾、楷書的嚴謹規整、行書的行雲流水、草書的狂放灑脫等。在創作包含複雜字形或長篇幅內容的作品時，確保技法運用的準確性和穩定性，能輕鬆駕馭不同難度的技法，並且在多種書體和技法結合使用時過渡自然。在表現情感強烈的段落時，保證技法運用能準確傳遞情感，字跡的清晰度以及情感表達的連貫性；在創作具有衝擊力的書法作品時，精准掌握技法的輕重緩急，展現出獨特的書法魅力，以及對書法力度、節奏和情感深度的精准控制。

   2. 節奏與韻律感知：考查參賽者對書法節奏和韻律的理解與詮釋能力。根據書法的主題、文字內容的節奏以及情感表達的需求，精准地把握筆劃的長短、粗細，結構的疏密、開合，行筆的快慢等元素的節奏變化。例如在創作激昂奔放的草書作品時，運用連綿不斷且富有動感的線條，展現出強烈的節奏感和感染力；在創作端莊肅穆的楷書作品時，通過對筆劃的精細處理，如筆劃間距的均勻分佈、結構的平穩對稱，體現出書法的嚴謹與韻味。同時，在系列書法作品中，要協調好各作品之間的節奏關係，做到風格連貫又各具特色，展現出對節奏與韻律的敏銳感知和出色把握。
       

2. 創意與風格（25%）

   1. 風格獨特性：評價參賽者書法風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循書法基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多選手中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同書體進行融合，創造出既保留傳統韻味又別具一格的書法風格；或者在章法佈局和情感呈現上，形成自己獨特的方式，使每一件作品都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的藝術視角。

   2. 形式創新：考量書法在形式設計方面的新穎程度，如書法材料的創新運用（如採用獨特的紙張、顏料，廢舊物品的再利用營造獨特的視覺氛圍）、書法形式（除了常規的中堂、條幅、鬥方，有無創新的立體書法、裝置書法、數字書法等形式）以及書法內容演繹的獨特性（如採用新穎的文字編排、獨特的象徵手法）、表達技巧的融合（如將傳統書法技巧與現代藝術理念相結合，創造出新的書法風格）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個書法作品在表現形式上更具魅力與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維 。
       

3. 主題契合與情境營造（20%）

   1. 主題契合度：評估書法作品所傳達的情感、文化內涵等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以 “山河頌” 為主題，參賽者通過內容選擇、書體運用等，挑選如描繪壯麗山河的詩詞歌賦，並在作品闡釋中用真摯的情感和準確的語言展現出山河的雄偉、自然的美好等主題氛圍，從書法表達上呼應主題。

   2. 情境營造：考查參賽者能否通過書法手法的強弱變化（如筆劃粗細的對比、墨色濃淡的變化）、節奏處理（如字距行距的疏密排列）、材料選擇以及整體的書法表現力等綜合手段，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的情境，讓觀眾能透過作品感受到如山河的磅礴氣勢、生活的寧靜祥和、歷史的厚重滄桑等不同的情緒，深刻領會作品所蘊含的內在意義，仿佛能走進其營造的書法情境之中。
       

4. 內容難度與感染力（25%）

   1. 難度展現：關注參賽者所選擇的書法內容在藝術難度和思想複雜度上的體現，比如創作涉及高深文化典故、複雜情感表達的作品，需要具備深厚的文化素養、敏銳的情感感知和獨特的書法創作能力；或者在處理複雜主題和多元元素時，展現出對高難度內容的駕馭能力。同時，在團隊書法作品中，要展現出團隊協作完成複雜內容組織和創意協同表達的能力。

   2. 藝術感染力：考察參賽者能否通過書法作品及闡釋傳遞情感，使觀眾對作品產生共鳴，感受到參賽者創作時的心境與情緒，並在展示呈現上表現出自信以及對整個作品的掌控力。無論是書法作品本身的表現力、情感的投入程度，還是在闡釋作品時與觀眾的交流和互動，都能自然流暢且富有感染力，吸引觀眾沉浸其中，體會書法藝術的魅力。

 

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚書法專業背景的書法家、藝術教育與文化行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
