比賽形式/Competition Format

​​

參賽選手需提交一件參賽故事作品（作品形式為文字闡述或視頻演繹，兩種形式二選一，不可同時提交兩種），其中故事作品高清資料需規範提交（文字類故事作品為DOC/DOCX格式，編輯排版規範整潔、字跡清晰可辨；電子閱讀類故事作品為PDF格式，頁面佈局合理、閱讀舒適），闡述材料需與故事作品高度契合，完整呈現作品的創作思路、核心內涵與表達特色。例如在備賽準備階段，對故事主題的理解與立意把握是否深刻，敘事形式選擇及創作規劃的設定是否契合故事表達意圖；創作過程中，敘事規範的遵循與故事風格呈現是否統一，情節層次的鋪墊與核心主旨的推進是否清晰，筆法（文字類）或鏡頭語言（視頻類）的運用與故事主題詮釋是否突出，不同敘事手法的發揮是否熟練且富有張力；根據故事主題的情感需求，能否通過文字或視頻形式靈活傳達故事的思想內涵與畫面意境。

Participants are required to submit one competition story work (the work may be in either written narrative or video presentation, choose one of the two formats; submission of both formats is not allowed). High-definition materials of the story work must be submitted in a standardized manner: written story works shall be in DOC/DOCX format with neat and standardized editing and typesetting, and clear and legible text; e-reading story works shall be in PDF format with reasonable page layout and comfortable reading experience. The explanatory materials must be highly consistent with the story work, and fully present the creative concept, core connotation and expressive characteristics of the work. For example, during the competition preparation stage, whether the understanding of the story theme and the grasp of the conception are profound; whether the selection of narrative form and the formulation of creative planning are in line with the expressive intention of the story; during the creation process, whether the compliance with narrative norms and the presentation of story style are unified; whether the laying of plot levels and the advancement of the core theme are clear; whether the application of writing techniques (for written works) or cinematic language (for video works) highlights the interpretation of the story theme; whether the exertion of different narrative techniques is proficient and expressive; whether the ideological connotation and visual imagery of the story can be flexibly conveyed through written or video forms according to the emotional demands of the story theme.

參賽選手可以創作並呈現獨特的故事作品，展現個人的敘事才華與創作技巧。無論是創作具有經典傳統風格，如古典敘事的典雅厚重、民間傳說的質樸生動，還是融合現代多元理念，如傳統故事題材與當代視角的跨界融合、數字媒介下的敘事創新表達的作品，都需在敘事形式選擇、筆法（文字類）或鏡頭語言（視頻類）呈現、情感傳達、風格把控以及故事感染力等方面展現獨特之處。

Participants may create and present unique story works to demonstrate their individual narrative talent and creative skills. Whether the work adopts classic traditional styles—such as the elegance and depth of classical narration or the simplicity and vividness of folk tales—or integrates modern diverse concepts, such as the cross-border integration of traditional story themes with contemporary perspectives, or innovative narrative expressions under digital media, it must showcase distinctiveness in the selection of narrative forms, the presentation of writing techniques (for written works) or cinematic language (for video works), emotional conveyance, style control, and storytelling appeal.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一件參賽故事作品（作品形式為文字闡述或視頻演繹，兩種形式二選一，不可同時提交兩種）。其中故事作品高清資料需規範提交：文字類故事作品為DOC/DOCX格式，編輯排版規範整潔、字跡清晰可辨；電子閱讀類故事作品為PDF格式，頁面佈局合理、閱讀舒適。

2. 提交的故事作品需保證原作完整（篇幅不超過3000字）、格式規範，以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判作品的各個細節，例如筆法（文字類）或鏡頭語言（視頻類）的熟練度與創新性，語言（文字/視頻旁白）的錘煉與節奏，敘事結構的邏輯與張力，表達形式的運用與合理性，以及整體作品所傳達的思想深度、情感溫度和故事感染力等。

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如PDF或Word文檔。文字表達需專業嚴謹，篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解作品，從而對作品的文字表現力、技術完成度及整體呈現效果做出客觀準確的評價。

• Each participant shall submit one competition story work (the work may take the form of either written narrative or video performance; only one form shall be selected, and submission of both forms is prohibited). High‑definition materials of the story work must be submitted in a standardized manner: written story works shall be in DOC/DOCX format with neat and standardized layout and legible text; e‑reading story works shall be in PDF format with reasonable page layout and comfortable reading experience.

• The submitted story work must be complete (with a length of no more than 3,000 words) and in standardized format to ensure that the judges can comprehensively and carefully evaluate all details of the work, such as the proficiency and innovation of writing techniques (for written works) or cinematic language (for video works), the refinement and rhythm of language (written text / video voiceover), the logic and tension of narrative structure, the application and rationality of expressive forms, as well as the ideological depth, emotional warmth and storytelling appeal conveyed by the overall work.

• ​The explanatory document shall be in a common electronic document format, such as PDF or Word. The writing shall be professional and rigorous, and the length shall strictly comply with the competition regulations, so that the judges can understand the work from multiple dimensions and thus make an objective and accurate evaluation of the work’s literary expressiveness, technical completion and overall presentation effect.

評判將依據參賽者整體的故事作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

敘事表現（30%）

表達手法與呈現效果

評估參賽者對故事敘事手法的精准把握能力，無論是文字類的修辭節奏、語言力度、敘事流暢度，還是視頻類的鏡頭語言、剪輯節奏、畫面張力；無論是筆法（文字類）或鏡頭運用（視頻類）的韻律感、結構轉換、人物形象塑造，以及情感轉化、細節伏筆鋪墊、故事意境營造等特殊手法的使用，均納入評估範圍。例如在創作包含精緻細節（如人物心理描寫的細膩度、場景還原的真實性）或情感張力強（如溫情主題的表達、衝突性情節的鋪陳）的故事時，文字筆法或鏡頭語言運用的準確性和靈活性，能否輕鬆駕馭不同難度的敘事手法，並且在多種手法結合使用時自然協調。在表現不同風格基調的故事（如童話主題用活潑表達，回憶主題以溫柔筆觸/鏡頭呈現）時，敘事手法需準確傳達故事思想，確保作品的完整性以及層次的豐富性；在處理複雜內容（如多線索敘事、跨文化元素融合的故事）時，精准掌握手法轉換、內容層次與思想呈現，展現出獨特的敘事魅力和對作品質感、層次表現以及情感張力的精准控制。

故事架構與整體協調

考查參賽者對故事結構和整體協調原理的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據故事主題、情感表達的需求，精准地運用結構技巧（如情節銜接、內容鋪墊、主旨凸顯）和協調方式（如表達形式與主題的融合度、故事風格統一的穩定性、情感推進的層次感、元素與立意的契合度）。例如在創作嚴謹敘事的短篇小說時，運用邏輯清晰的情節結構與嚴謹的整體協調；在表現溫情類故事時，通過流暢的文字/鏡頭與富有張力的整體呈現營造氛圍。同時，在多篇章故事創作中，要保證篇章之間、情感轉換之間協調好敘事邏輯與內容銜接，做到風格統一又各具特色，展現出對故事結構與整體協調的敏銳感知和出色把控。

創意與風格（25%）

風格獨特性

評價參賽者的故事敘事風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循敘事基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多選手中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同敘事風格的特徵（如將古典敘事的典雅與現代敘事的質樸融合），創造出既保留經典韻味又具個人風采的敘事風格；或者在文字處理（文字類）、鏡頭語言（視頻類）和情感表達上，形成自己獨特的表達方式，使作品帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的敘事視角。

創作創新

考量故事作品在創作形式方面的新穎程度，如詮釋角度創新（如以跨界思路呈現經典故事題材、加入個人生活體驗演繹）、表達形式創新（如文字類合理運用非虛構敘事，視頻類結合多媒體元素呈現）、內容融合創新（如文字與光影元素跨界結合、傳統敘事手法與現代表達融合）以及古今元素融合（如用現代敘事手法演繹經典民間故事、在現代題材中融入傳統文化符號）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個作品在表現形式上更具實驗性與敘事張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。

主題與情感營造（20%）

主題詮釋與契合度

評估故事作品所傳達的情感、內涵等與比賽「主題不限」的開放要求是否形成清晰、深刻的詮釋，參賽者能否通過自身的創作與闡述，清晰傳達對所選主題的理解。例如參賽者通過選擇富有溫度或深度的故事內容，運用相應的敘事風格，並在闡述中用清晰的邏輯和富有感染力的表達，展現對自身所選主題的理解，從故事內容和敘事風格上形成完整的詮釋。

情感營造與傳達

考查參賽者能否通過敘事手法的綜合運用（如文字輕重、敘事緩急、鏡頭切換、結構變化）、作品的詮釋以及細節的呈現，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的故事意境。例如通過溫柔的文字、細膩的鏡頭描寫表現成長主題的溫馨感；用飽滿的表達、張揚的敘事傳達夢想主題的熱烈氛圍，讓評委透過作品感受到或激昂、或寧靜、或溫馨等不同情感情緒，深刻領會作品的內在精神，仿佛置身於故事營造的獨特情感意境中。

內容難度與感染力（25%）

難度展現

關注參賽者所選擇的故事內容在敘事技巧難度和情感深度上的體現，比如創作涉及高難度技巧（如多層次敘事、抽象情感具象化、多人物關係鋪陳）、特殊主題（如複雜情感的敘事轉化、跨文化題材的呈現）的作品，或是表現具有深厚文化內涵的傳統故事、生命議題的敘事創作，需要具備扎實的敘事功底、審美基礎和文化素養；或者在處理抽象情感（如用文字/鏡頭表現「希望」「夢想」「陪伴」等概念）時，展現出對情感的敘事轉化能力。同時，在多篇章故事創作中，要展現出對整體風格和情感表達的駕馭能力，如不同篇章之間的協調性、情感呈現的連貫性。

敘事感染力

考察參賽者能否通過故事作品及對應闡述傳遞情感，使評委對作品產生共鳴，感受到創作者的思考與態度，並在作品呈現上表現出對故事主題的深刻理解。無論是作品本身的敘事表現力、情感傳達力，還是在闡釋作品時對創作思路的生動敘述、對主題的深入解讀，都能自然流暢且富有說服力，吸引評委沉浸其中，體會故事創作的文化深度與情感溫度。

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及對應闡述將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚文學與敘事專業背景的文學家、文學教育與文化行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
