比賽形式/Competition Format

​​​

參賽選手需提交一段原創中英文演講作品的高清視頻 / 音頻（確保視頻畫面清晰、穩定，音頻音質清晰、無雜音，能完整呈現演講的細節與整體效果。例如在創作準備階段，對主題的理解與情感表達是否明確，語言風格（中文 / 英文）的選擇是否契合創作意圖；演講過程中，語言表達的流暢性與感染力是否得當，辭彙句式的搭配與層次是否和諧統一，邏輯結構的嚴謹性與重點是否突出，不同演講技巧（如中文的情感渲染、排比強調，英文的發音連讀、反問互動等）的運用是否熟練且富有創意；根據作品主題的情感需求，能否通過語言元素（如語氣強弱、語速快慢、修辭運用）靈活傳達情緒與意境。同時，在創作闡釋環節，要清晰展示語言表達的流暢性、邏輯的嚴密性，情感表達的飽滿度，觀點闡述的層次感，以及對作品內涵（如跨文化元素融合、主題思想深化、演講風格創新）詮釋時的說服力等。​

Participants are required to submit a high-definition video/audio of their original speech in English and Chinese (make sure that the video image is clear and stable, and the audio quality is clear and free of noise, and that it can fully present the details and overall effect of the speech). For example, in the preparation stage, whether the understanding of the theme and emotional expression is clear, whether the choice of language style (Chinese/English) fits the creative intention; during the speech, whether the fluency and infectiousness of the speech is appropriate, whether the vocabulary and sentence structure is harmonious and unified, whether the rigor and focus of the logical structure is prominent, whether the different speech techniques (e.g., rendering of emotions, prose emphasis in Chinese, pronunciation and continuous reading, rhetorical interaction in English) are appropriate, and whether the presentation is effective in the overall effect of the speech. Whether the use of different speech techniques (e.g. Chinese emotion rendering, prose emphasizing, English pronunciation, rhetorical interaction, etc.) is skillful and creative; whether the emotion and mood can be conveyed flexibly through linguistic elements (e.g. tone of voice, speed of speech, use of rhetoric) according to the emotional needs of the theme of the work. At the same time, in the section of creative interpretation, it is necessary to clearly demonstrate the fluency of verbal expression, the rigor of logic, the fullness of emotional expression, the sense of hierarchy in the elaboration of viewpoints, as well as the persuasive power of the interpretation of the content of the work (such as the fusion of cross-cultural elements, deepening of the thematic ideas, and the innovation of the style of speech). 
 

參賽選手可以創作並展示獨特的中英文演講作品，展示個人的語言才華與演講技巧演繹具有傳統演講風格，如中文演講的典雅莊重、引經據典，英文演講的嚴謹思辨、邏輯論證，還是融合現代多元理念，如跨文化幽默表達、互動式演講設計，都需在主題構思、語言運用、風格塑造、情感傳遞、技巧呈現以及作品感染力等方面展現獨特之處。

 

Participants can create and present unique speech works in English and Chinese, demonstrating their linguistic talent and speaking skills to interpret traditional speech styles, such as the elegance and solemnity of Chinese speeches, quoting classical texts, and the seriousness and logic of English speeches, as well as the integration of modern multifaceted concepts, such as cross-cultural humorous expression and interactive speech design, all of which are required to demonstrate their uniqueness in terms of the theme conception, the use of language, the shaping of style, and the transmission of emotions, The uniqueness of the work must be demonstrated in the conception of the theme, the use of language, the style, the transmission of emotion, the presentation of skills, and the impact of the work.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一段原創中英文演講作品的高清視頻 / 音頻（橫屏拍攝，解析度不低於 1920×1080，音頻採樣率不低於 44.1kHz）以及一份對該作品的闡釋文檔。​

2. 提交的演講視頻 / 音頻需保證畫面清晰穩定、聲音洪亮無雜音、無卡頓或音畫不同步現象，以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判作品的各個細節，例如語言表達的流暢度與感染力，中英文發音的標準性與準確性，語氣語調的變化與情感匹配度，肢體語言的協調性與輔助表達效果，不同演講技巧（如中文的排比造勢、英文的設問引導）的運用熟練度與創新性，以及演講整體傳達的情感基調、主題深度和語言感染力等。同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達創作者的構思、靈感來源、創作意圖以及對作品內涵的解讀等內容。​

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如 PDF 或 Word 文檔。文字表達需簡潔精准，闡述篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解作品，從而對作品的語言感染力、演講技巧水準以及整體創作水準做出準確的評價。

• Each participant is required to submit a high-definition video/audio recording of an original Chinese/English speech (shot in landscape with a resolution of not less than 1920 x 1080 and an audio sampling rate of not less than 44.1kHz) and an explanation of the work. 

• The submitted video/audio should ensure a clear and stable picture, loud and clear voice, no stuttering or out-of-sync audio/video, so as to ensure that the judges are able to evaluate the details of the work in a comprehensive and detailed manner, such as the fluency and infectiousness of the speech, the standardization and accuracy of the pronunciation of Chinese and English, the change in tone and emotion, the coordination of body language and the effect of supporting expression, the different speaking techniques (e.g. The use of different speech techniques (e.g., Chinese prose, English questioning and leading) should be skillful and innovative, as well as the overall emotional tone, thematic depth and linguistic infectiousness of the speech. At the same time, the interpretation document should accurately and clearly express the creator's ideas, sources of inspiration, creative intent and interpretation of the content of the work.

• Interpretation documents should be in a common electronic format, such as PDF or Word. The text should be concise and precise, and the length of the presentation should be strictly in accordance with the rules of the competition, so that the judges can understand the work from multiple perspectives, and make an accurate evaluation of the work's linguistic impact, the level of presentation skills, and the overall level of creativity.

評判將依據參賽者整體的中英文演講作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。​
 

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：​

語言表達技巧（30%）​

語言運用與掌控​

評估參賽者對中英文語言規則的精准把握能力，無論是中文的語法結構、成語俗語運用，英文的時態一致、辭彙搭配，還是雙語切換的流暢性。例如在演講中包含複雜句式（如中文的排比對仗、英文的倒裝強調）、文化典故（如中文的歷史故事、英文的西方寓言）或專業術語時，語言運用的準確性和穩定性，能否輕鬆駕馭不同難度的語言表達技巧，並且在多種技巧結合使用時自然協調。在表現強烈情感（如激昂的呼籲、深情的敘述）時，語言的運用需準確傳達情感，確保發音清晰、用詞精准；在處理複雜邏輯論述（如多論點論證、跨文化對比）時，精准掌握語言的邏輯連接與節奏變化，展現出對語言結構、表達效果以及情感傳遞的精准控制。​

語音語調與表達感染力​

考查參賽者對語音語調的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據作品主題、情感表達的需求，精准地運用語音語調變化（如中文的抑揚頓挫、英文的連讀重讀）和肢體語言（如手勢輔助、眼神交流）。例如在演講勵志主題時，運用激昂的語調與有力的手勢，營造振奮氛圍；在講述抒情故事時，通過輕柔的語氣與細膩的表情，體現情感的韻味。同時，在長篇演講或系列演講中，要保證各部分之間協調好語言風格與情感邏輯，做到風格統一又富有變化，展現出對語音語調與表達感染力的敏銳感知和出色把控。​
 

創意與風格（25%）​

風格獨特性​

評價參賽者演講風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循演講基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多作品中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同文化背景下的演講風格（如中式的引經據典與西式的幽默詼諧）融合，創造出既保留傳統韻味又具現代感的演講風格；或者在主題表達和語言處理上，形成自己獨特的演講語言，使每一場演講都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的演講視角。​

形式創新​

考量演講在形式設計方面的新穎程度，如結構創新（如懸念式開場、互動式結尾）、敘事手法（如多視角敘事、倒敘插敘）、表現形式（如結合多媒體展示、道具輔助）以及語言融合（如中英文自然切換、方言與標準語結合）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個演講在表現形式上更具吸引力與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。​
 

主題契合與情境營造（20%）​

主題契合度​

評估演講作品所傳達的情感、文化內涵等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以 “文明的對話” 為主題，參賽者通過選擇不同文化背景的案例，運用對比或融合的演講手法，並在闡釋中用清晰的邏輯和富有感染力的語言，展現不同文明的碰撞與交融，從內容表達上呼應主題。​

情境營造​

考查參賽者能否通過語言元素的綜合運用（如辭彙選擇、句式變化、語氣調整）、情感的細膩傳遞以及場景化描述，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的情境。例如通過緊張急促的語言、緊湊的節奏表現 “危機應對” 主題的緊迫感；用溫暖舒緩的敘述、柔和的語調傳達 “人間溫情” 的溫馨氛圍，讓聽眾透過演講感受到緊張、感動、振奮等不同情緒，深刻領會作品的內在精神，仿佛身臨其境。​
 

內容難度與感染力（25%）​

難度展現​

關注參賽者所選擇的演講內容在知識難度和思想深度上的體現，比如涉及複雜哲學概念（如存在主義、辯證法）、跨文化對比分析的演講，需要具備扎實的知識儲備、文化素養和思辨能力；或者在處理抽象主題（如時間的意義、人性的探索）時，展現出對複雜思想的語言轉化能力。同時，在原創演講或深度論述中，要展現出對整體內容架構和邏輯推進的駕馭能力，如論點論證的充分性、案例引用的恰當性。​

藝術感染力​

考察參賽者能否通過演講作品及闡釋傳遞情感，使聽眾對作品產生共鳴，感受到創作者的心境與思考，並在展示呈現上表現出自信與對作品的深刻理解。無論是演講本身的語言表現力、情感感染力，還是在闡釋作品時對創作思路的生動敘述、對主題的深入解讀，都能自然流暢且富有說服力，吸引聽眾沉浸其中，體會演講藝術的思想深度與情感溫度。​
 

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚語言與演講專業背景的演講家、語言教育與文化行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
