比賽形式/Competition Format

參賽選手需提交一篇原創寫作作品及創作闡釋的電子文本資料（確保文本格式規範、內容完整，能完整呈現作品的語言風格與思想內涵。例如在創作準備階段，對主題的理解與情感表達是否明確，寫作語言（中文 / 英文）的選擇是否契合創作意圖；創作過程中，詞句運用的流暢性與控制力是否得當，修辭的搭配與層次是否和諧統一，結構的邏輯性與焦點是否突出，不同寫作技法（如中文的意象營造、英文的論證邏輯等）的運用是否熟練且富有創意；根據作品主題的情感需求，能否通過語言元素（如詞語褒貶、句式長短、修辭手法）靈活傳達情緒與意境。同時，在創作闡釋環節，要清晰展示語言表達的流暢性、邏輯的嚴謹性，情感表達的飽滿度，觀點闡述的層次感，以及對作品內涵（如跨文化元素融合、主題思想深化、寫作風格創新）詮釋時的說服力等）。

Participants are required to submit an electronic copy of their original work and an explanation of the work (make sure that the text is well formatted and complete, and that it can fully present the linguistic style and ideological connotations of the work). For example, in the preparatory stage of creation, whether the understanding of the theme and the expression of emotions are clear, whether the choice of writing language (Chinese/English) is suitable for the creative intention; in the process of creation, whether the fluency and control of words and phrases are appropriate, whether the rhetoric is harmonious and unified, whether the logic and focus of the structure are prominent, whether the use of different writing techniques (e.g., the creation of imagery in Chinese, the logic of argument in English) is skillful and creative; in the light of the work, whether the writing is creative, and whether it has been written in an original language and with a creative interpretation; in the light of the work's language and content, whether it has been written in an original language and has been written in an original language. Whether they are skillful and creative in the use of different writing techniques (e.g. Chinese imagery creation, English argumentative logic, etc.); whether they are able to convey emotions and moods flexibly through linguistic elements (e.g. praise and criticism of words, sentence length, rhetorical techniques) according to the emotional needs of the theme of the work. At the same time, in the section of creative interpretation, it is necessary to clearly demonstrate the fluency of language expression, the rigor of logic, the fullness of emotional expression, the sense of hierarchy of viewpoints, and the persuasive power of interpretation of the content of the work (such as the integration of cross-cultural elements, the deepening of thematic ideas, and the creativity of writing styles).
 

參賽選手可以創作並展示獨特的中英文寫作作品，展示個人的文學才華與創作技巧。無論是演繹具有傳統文學風格，如中文古典詩詞的含蓄雋永、英文莎士比亞體的典雅莊重，還是融合現代多元理念，如中文網絡文學的創新表達、英文後現代主義的碎片化敘事，都需在創意構思、語言運用、風格塑造、情感表達、技法呈現以及作品感染力等方面展現獨特之處。​

 

The contestants can create and present their unique Chinese and English writing works, demonstrating their individual literary talent and creative skills. Whether interpreting traditional literary styles, such as the subtle and timelessness of classical Chinese poetry or the elegance and solemnity of English Shakespeare, or integrating modern and diverse concepts, such as the innovative expression of Chinese cyberliterature or the fragmented narrative of English postmodernism, all entrants are required to demonstrate their uniqueness in terms of creative conceptualization, use of language, style, expression of emotion, presentation of technique, and infectiousness of the work.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一篇原創中英文寫作作品的電子文檔（Word 或 PDF 格式）以及一份對該作品的闡釋文檔。​

2. 提交的寫作作品電子文檔需保證格式規範、文字無誤，無亂碼或排版錯亂，以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判作品的各個細節，例如字詞運用的準確性與靈動性，修辭搭配的巧妙性與表現力，文章結構的邏輯性與層次感，不同寫作技法（如中文的借景抒情、英文的對比論證等）的熟練度與創新性，以及文本整體傳達的情感基調、主題深度和文學感染力等。同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達創作者的構思、靈感來源、創作意圖以及對作品內涵的解讀等內容。​

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如 PDF 或 Word 文檔。文字表達需簡潔精准，闡述篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解作品，從而對作品的文學感染力、語言運用水準以及整體創作水準做出準確的評價。​

• Each participant is required to submit an electronic file (in Word or PDF format) of an original piece of writing in both English and Chinese, as well as an explanation of the work.

• The electronic file of the submitted writing work should be formatted in a standardized way, with correct text and no messy codes or typographical errors, so as to ensure that the judges are able to assess the details of the writing work in a comprehensive and meticulous manner, such as the accuracy and flexibility of the use of words and phrases, the subtlety and expressiveness of the rhetorical combinations, the logic and hierarchy of the writing structure, the proficiency and sophistication of the different writing techniques (e.g. the use of scenery to express emotion in Chinese, contrasting argumentation in English, etc.), and the ability to explain the writing work to the audience. The text should also be organized in a logical and hierarchical way, with a good command of different writing techniques (e.g., the use of scenery and lyricism in Chinese, the use of contrasting arguments in English, etc.), as well as the emotional tone, thematic depth, and literary impact of the text as a whole. At the same time, the explanatory document should accurately and clearly express the creator's ideas, sources of inspiration, creative intent and interpretation of the content of the work.

• Interpretation documents should be in a common electronic format, such as PDF or Word. The text should be concise and precise, and the length of the explanation should be strictly in accordance with the competition rules, so that the judges can understand the work from multiple dimensions and make an accurate assessment of the literary impact, the use of language, and the overall standard of the creation of the work. 

評分標準

評判將依據參賽者整體的中英文寫作作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。
 

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

語言表達技巧（30%）

語言運用與掌控

評估參賽者對中英文語言規則的精准把握能力，無論是中文的語法結構、成語典故運用，英文的時態一致、從句嵌套，還是跨語言表達的流暢性。例如在創作包含複雜句式（如中文的排比對仗、英文的倒裝強調）或文化俗語（如中文的歇後語、英文的俚語習語）的作品時，語言運用的準確性和穩定性，能否輕鬆駕馭不同難度的語言表達技巧，並且在多種語言技巧結合使用時自然協調。在表現強烈情感的段落（如激昂的呼籲、細膩的抒情）時，語言的運用需準確傳達情感，確保用詞、語法的準確性以及表達的豐富性；在處理複雜邏輯論述（如多論點論證、跨文化對比）時，精准掌握語言的邏輯連接與節奏變化，展現出獨特的語言魅力和對文字結構、表達效果以及情感張力的精准控制。

修辭與篇章感知

考查參賽者對修辭手法和文章結構的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據作品主題、情感表達的需求，精准地運用修辭手段（如中文的比喻擬人、英文的隱喻明喻）和篇章結構（如中文的起承轉合、英文的總分總結構）。例如在創作勵志主題作品時，運用排比句式與激昂的辭彙，營造振奮氛圍；在撰寫抒情散文時，通過細膩的描寫與優美的意象，體現情感的韻味。同時，在系列文章或組合作品中，要保證各部分之間協調好語言風格與邏輯脈絡，做到風格統一又各具亮點，展現出對修辭與篇章的敏銳感知和出色把控。
 

創意與風格（25%）

風格獨特性

評價參賽者寫作風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循語言基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多作品中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同文化背景下的文學元素（如中國古典詩詞意境與西方意識流手法）融合，創造出既保留傳統韻味又具現代感的寫作風格；或者在主題表達和語言處理上，形成自己獨特的文學語言，使每一篇作品都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的文學視角。

形式創新

考量寫作在形式設計方面的新穎程度，如體裁創新（如將日記體與科幻題材結合、用詩歌形式撰寫評論）、敘事手法（如多視角敘事、倒敘插敘的靈活運用）、語言融合（如中英文辭彙自然混用、方言與標準語結合）以及表現形式（如文字與圖表結合、互動式寫作設計）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個作品在表現形式上更具實驗性與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。
 

主題契合與情境營造（20%）

主題契合度

評估寫作作品所傳達的情感、文化內涵等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以 “文明的對話” 為主題，參賽者通過選擇不同文化背景的故事素材，運用對比或融合的寫作手法，並在闡釋中用清晰的邏輯和富有感染力的語言，展現不同文明的碰撞與交融，從文字表達上呼應主題。

情境營造

考查參賽者能否通過語言元素的綜合運用（如辭彙選擇、句式變化、語氣調整）、情感的細膩傳遞以及象徵意象的構建，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的情境。例如通過冷峻的辭彙、簡短的句式表現 “困境中的掙扎” 主題的壓抑感；用溫暖的描述、舒緩的節奏傳達 “夢想的追尋” 的憧憬氛圍，讓讀者透過文字感受到悲傷、喜悅、思索等不同情緒，深刻領會作品的內在精神，仿佛身臨其境。
 

內容難度與感染力（25%）

難度展現

關注參賽者所選擇的創作內容在文學難度和思想深度上的體現，比如撰寫涉及複雜哲學概念（如存在主義、辯證法）、跨文化對比分析的作品，需要具備扎實的文學功底、文化知識和思辨能力；或者在處理抽象主題（如時間的意義、人性的探索）時，展現出對複雜思想的文字轉化能力。同時，在原創故事或深度論述中，要展現出對整體內容架構和情節發展的駕馭能力，如情節轉折的合理性、論點論證的充分性。

藝術感染力

考察參賽者能否通過寫作作品及闡釋傳遞情感，使讀者對作品產生共鳴，感受到創作者的心境與思考，並在展示呈現上表現出自信與對作品的深刻理解。無論是作品本身的文字表現力、情感感染力，還是在闡釋作品時對創作思路的生動敘述、對主題的深入解讀，都能自然流暢且富有說服力，吸引讀者沉浸其中，體會文學作品的思想深度與情感溫度。
 

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚文學專業背景的作家、語言教育與文化行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
