比賽形式/Competition Format

參賽選手需提交一件參賽時裝設計作品的高清電子圖檔（設計稿為 JPG/PNG 格式，實物作品拍攝需含多角度細節圖），能完整呈現創作的細節與整體效果。例如在備賽準備階段，對設計主題的理解與立意把握是否深刻，題材選擇及創作規劃（版型設計、面料挑選）的設定是否契合表達意圖；創作過程中，設計風格的遵循與呈現是否統一，元素層次的鋪墊與主旨推進是否清晰，技巧的運用與主題詮釋是否突出，不同設計手法的發揮是否熟練且富有說服力；根據設計主題的情感需求，能否通過服裝表達靈活傳達思想與意境。同時，在作品闡述環節，要清晰展示語言表達的流暢性、邏輯的嚴密性，情感表達的飽滿度，觀點闡述的層次感，以及對作品內涵詮釋時的說服力等。同時，在作品闡述環節，要清晰展示語言表達的流暢性、邏輯的嚴密性，情感表達的飽滿度，創作思路闡述的層次感，以及對作品內涵詮釋時的說服力等。

Contestants are required to submit a high-definition electronic image file of their competing fashion design work (design drafts shall be in JPG/PNG format; photos of physical works shall include multi-angle detail images), which can fully present the creative details and overall effect of the work. For example, during the competition preparation stage, whether the understanding of the design theme and the grasp of its concept are in-depth, and whether the selection of subject matter and the setting of the creative plan (pattern design, fabric selection) are consistent with the expressive intention; during the creation process, whether the adherence to the design style and its presentation are consistent, whether the layering of elements and the promotion of the core theme are clear, whether the application of techniques and the interpretation of the theme are prominent, and whether the use of different design methods is proficient and highly persuasive; according to the emotional needs of the design theme, whether thoughts and artistic conception can be flexibly conveyed through clothing expression. Meanwhile, in the work explanation segment, contestants must clearly demonstrate the fluency of language expression, the rigor of logic, the richness of emotional expression, the layering of the creative idea explanation, and the persuasiveness when interpreting the work’s connotation.

參賽選手可以創作並呈現獨特的時裝設計作品，展現個人的設計才華與創作技巧。無論是創作具有經典傳統風格，如復古洋裝的優雅雋永、民族服飾的質樸真切，還是融合現代多元理念，如國風與前衛的跨界碰撞、環保面料的創新表達的作品，都需在題材選擇、技法呈現、情感傳達、風格把控以及服裝感染力等方面展現獨特之處。

 

Contestants may create and present unique fashion design works to showcase their personal design talents and creative skills. Whether creating works with classic traditional styles—such as the elegant timelessness of retro dresses, or the simplicity and authenticity of ethnic costumes—or integrating modern diverse concepts—such as the cross-border collision between Chinese style and avant-garde, or the innovative expression of environmentally friendly fabrics—they must demonstrate uniqueness in aspects including subject matter selection, technique presentation, emotional communication, style control, and clothing expressiveness.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一件參賽時裝設計作品的高清素材（設計稿為 JPG/PNG 格式，以及一份對該作品的闡釋文檔。

2. 提交的時裝設計素材需保證畫面清晰、格式規範（無多餘水印或雜邊），無雜訊干擾，以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判作品的各個細節，例如設計技巧的流暢度與準確性，面料的把控與搭配，風格的鋪墊與層次，時裝特有技巧的運用與合理性，以及整體作品所傳達的時尚理念、設計風格和服裝感染力等。同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達創作者的題材選擇思路、作品設計構想、個人設計風格呈現以及對作品的獨到解讀等內容。

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如 PDF 或 Word 文檔。文字表達需專業嚴謹，篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解時裝設計作品，從而對作品的藝術表現力、技術完成度以及整體呈現效果做出客觀準確的評價。

• Each contestant is required to submit a high-definition material of their competing fashion design work (design drafts shall be in JPG/PNG format), as well as an interpretation document for the work.

• The submitted fashion design materials must ensure clear images, standardized formats (no redundant watermarks or messy edges), and no noise interference. This ensures that judges can comprehensively and carefully evaluate all details of the work, such as the fluency and accuracy of design techniques, the control and matching of fabrics, the development and layering of styles, the application and rationality of fashion-specific techniques, as well as the fashion concept, design style, and clothing expressiveness conveyed by the overall work. Meanwhile, the interpretation document should accurately and clearly express the creator’s ideas on subject matter selection, the concept of work design, the presentation of personal design style, and the unique interpretation of the work.

• ​The interpretation document shall adopt common electronic document formats, such as PDF or Word documents. The written expression must be professional and rigorous, and the length shall strictly comply with the competition regulations. This enables judges to understand the fashion design work from multiple dimensions, thereby making an objective and accurate evaluation of the work’s artistic expressiveness, technical completion, and overall presentation effect.

評判將依據參賽者整體的時裝設計作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

設計技法（30%）

面料運用與技巧呈現

評估參賽者對時裝設計各類技巧與面料的精准把握能力，無論是面料的質感匹配、色彩搭配、剪裁規範，還是技巧的圖案設計、細節裝飾、版型塑造，以及元素轉換銜接、風格伏筆鋪墊、時尚氛圍渲染等特殊技法的使用。例如在創作包含精緻細節（如服裝紋理的細膩度、版型輪廓的立體性）或設計張力強（如抒情風格的柔美鋪墊、前衛風格的個性推進）的作品時，面料與技巧運用的準確性和靈活性，能否輕鬆駕馭不同難度的設計技巧，並且在多種技巧結合使用時自然協調。在表現不同風格基調的作品（如童裝主題用柔軟面料，復古主題以挺括材質呈現）時，面料與技巧的運用需準確傳達設計理念，確保時裝的完整性以及層次的豐富性；在處理複雜內容（如多元素融合設計、跨文化符號融入）時，精准掌握技巧轉換、元素層次與理念呈現，展現出獨特的設計魅力和對作品質感、層次表現以及設計張力的精准控制。

作品版型與整體協調

考查參賽者對時裝設計作品版型和時尚整體協調原理的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據作品主題、理念表達的需求，精准地運用版型技巧（如元素銜接、細節鋪墊、主旨凸顯）和協調方式（如面料與題材的融合度、風格統一的穩定性、理念推進的層次感、設計與立意的契合度）。例如在創作嚴謹禮服設計時，運用邏輯清晰的內容版型與嚴謹的整體協調；在表現休閒風格設計時，通過舒適靈活的面料與富有張力的整體營造氛圍。同時，在系列時裝創作中，要保證單品之間、風格轉換之間協調好設計邏輯與內容銜接，做到風格統一又各具特色，展現出對作品版型與整體協調的敏銳感知和出色把控。

風格獨特性

評價參賽者時裝設計風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循時尚設計基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多選手中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同設計風格的特徵（如將民族服飾的圖案與現代簡約的剪裁融合），創造出既保留經典韻味又具個人風采的設計風格；或者在面料處理和理念表達上，形成自己獨特的時尚語言，使每件作品都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的設計視角。

創作創新

考量時裝設計作品在創作形式方面的新穎程度，如詮釋角度創新（如以跨界思路呈現經典題材、加入個人生活體驗演繹）、表達形式創新（如合理運用環保面料、結合科技元素呈現）、內容融合創新（如時裝與藝術元素跨界結合、傳統服飾與現代設計編排）以及古今元素融合（如用現代設計手法演繹經典服裝、在現代題材中融入傳統文化符號）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個作品在表現形式上更具實驗性與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。

主題契合度​​

評估時裝設計作品所傳達的理念、時尚內涵等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以「未來時尚」為主題，參賽者通過選擇富有科技感的設計元素，運用相應的設計風格，並在闡釋中用清晰的邏輯和富有感染力的語言，展現對未來時尚的理解，從作品內容和設計風格上呼應主題。

理念營造

考查參賽者能否通過設計技巧的綜合運用（如面料輕重、色彩冷熱、剪裁緩急）、作品的詮釋以及細節的呈現，將自身對主題的理解與理念融入其中，營造出相應的時尚氛圍。例如通過柔軟的面料、流暢的剪裁表現「友誼溫暖」主題的親和感；用大膽的色彩、前衛的版型傳達「成長突破」的個性氛圍，讓觀者透過時裝設計作品感受到或前衛、或溫柔、或活力等不同設計體驗，深刻領會作品的內在精神，仿佛置身於設計營造的獨特時尚意境中。

關注參賽者所選擇的設計內容在技巧難度和理念深度上的體現，比如創作涉及高難度技巧（如立體剪裁、抽象理念視覺化）、特殊主題的作品，或是表現具有深厚文化內涵的傳統服飾、社會議題的時裝，需要具備扎實的設計功底、時尚基礎和文化素養；或者在處理抽象理念（如用設計表現「希望」「夢想」等概念）時，展現出對理念的設計轉換能力。同時，在系列時裝創作中，要展現出對整體風格和理念表達的駕馭能力，如不同單品之間的協調性、理念呈現的連貫性。

時尚感染力

考察參賽者能否通過時裝設計作品及闡釋傳遞理念，使觀者對作品產生共鳴，感受到創作者的思考與態度，並在作品呈現上表現出對設計主題的深刻理解。無論是作品本身的藝術表現力、理念傳達力，還是在闡釋作品時對創作思路的生動敘述、對主題的深入解讀，都能自然流暢且富有說服力，吸引觀者沉浸其中，體會時裝設計藝術的文化深度與時尚溫度。

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚時尚設計專業背景的設計師、時尚教育與行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
