比賽形式/Competition Format

​​

參賽選手需提交一件參賽故事演講作品的高清影音素材視頻，能完整呈現故事演講的細節與整體效果。例如在備賽準備階段，對故事主題的理解與情感把握是否深刻，篇目選擇及演講設計的設定是否契合表達意圖；演講過程中，故事風格的遵循與語言技巧呈現是否統一，情感層次鋪墊與節奏推進是否清晰，表達技法的運用與主題詮釋是否突出，不同演講手法（如語速變化強化張力、停頓編排營造氛圍、語調切換豐富層次、肢體語言增進共情等）的發揮是否熟練且富有感染力；根據故事演講作品的情感需求，能否通過演講表達（如節奏把控、語氣轉換、情感張弛、舞台狀態呈現）靈活傳達故事的思想內涵與藝術意境。同時，在作品闡述環節，要清晰展示語言表達的流暢性、邏輯的嚴密性，情感表達的飽滿度，觀點闡述的層次感，以及對作品內涵（如文化底蘊傳承、故事內核深化、個人表達風格創新）詮釋時的說服力等。

Contestants are required to submit a high-definition audio-visual video of one competing storytelling speech work, which can fully present the details and overall effect of the storytelling speech. For example, during the competition preparation stage, the assessment will cover whether the contestant has a profound understanding of the story theme and a firm grasp of its emotions, as well as whether the selection of the story and the design of the speech are consistent with the intended expression; in the course of the speech, the focus of evaluation will include whether the adherence to the story style is consistent with the presentation of linguistic skills, whether the layering of emotions and the progression of rhythm are clear, whether the application of expressive techniques and the interpretation of the theme are prominent, and whether the use of different speech methods (such as enhancing tension through changes in speaking speed, creating an atmosphere through the arrangement of pauses, enriching layers through switching tones, and boosting empathy through body language) is proficient and appealing; in line with the emotional needs of the storytelling speech work, contestants should also be able to flexibly convey the story's ideological connotation and artistic conception through speech expressions (such as rhythm control, tone conversion, the ebb and flow of emotions, and stage presence presentation). Meanwhile, in the work interpretation segment, contestants must clearly demonstrate the fluency of language expression, the rigor of logic, the richness of emotional expression, the hierarchy of viewpoint elaboration, and the persuasiveness in interpreting the connotation of the work (such as the inheritance of cultural heritage, the deepening of story core, and the innovation of personal expressive style).

參賽選手可以演繹並呈現獨特的故事演講作品，展現個人的敘事才華與表達技巧。無論是演繹具有經典傳統風格，如經典故事的醇厚動人、民間傳說的質樸生動，還是融合現代多元理念，如傳統故事題材與當代視角的跨界碰撞、世界多元文化故事的創新演繹的作品，都需在篇目選擇、語言技法、情感傳達、風格把控以及舞台感染力等方面展現獨特之處。

 

​Contestants may interpret and present unique storytelling speech works to demonstrate their personal narrative talent and expressive skills. Whether interpreting works with classic traditional styles—such as the richness and touching nature of classic stories and the simplicity and vividness of folk tales—or works integrating modern and diverse concepts, like the cross-boundary collision of traditional story themes with contemporary perspectives or the innovative interpretation of world multicultural stories, they must showcase uniqueness in aspects including story selection, linguistic techniques, emotional communication, style control, and stage appeal.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一件參賽故事演講作品的高清影音素材視頻，以及一份對該作品的闡釋文檔。

2. 提交的故事演講素材需保證音質清晰、畫面穩定，無雜音干擾，以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判作品的各個細節，例如演講技巧的流暢度與準確性，語速的把控與變化，情感的鋪墊與層次，演講特有技巧（如停頓控制、語調切換、節奏編排、肢體配合）的運用與合理性，以及整體作品所傳達的思想深度、情感溫度、演講風格和舞台感染力等。同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達演講者的篇目選擇思路、作品演繹構想、個人風格呈現以及對作品的獨到解讀等內容。

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如 PDF 或 Word 文檔。文字表達需專業嚴謹，篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解故事演講作品，從而對作品的藝術表現力、技術完成度以及整體呈現效果做出客觀準確的評價。

The submitted storytelling speech materials must ensure clear sound quality, stable video frames, and no noise interference, so that judges can comprehensively and meticulously evaluate all details of the work. These include the fluency and accuracy of speech techniques, the control and variation of speaking speed, the buildup and layering of emotions, the application and rationality of speech-specific techniques (such as pause control, tone switching, rhythm arrangement, and body coordination), as well as the ideological depth, emotional warmth, speech style, and stage appeal conveyed by the work as a whole. Meanwhile, the interpretation document should accurately and clearly express the speaker's ideas on story selection, the conception for interpreting the work, the presentation of personal style, and the unique understanding of the work.

• The interpretation document should be in common electronic document formats such as PDF or Word. The written expression must be professional and rigorous, and the length must strictly comply with the competition regulations, allowing judges to understand the storytelling speech work from multiple dimensions and thus make an objective and accurate evaluation of the work's artistic expressiveness, technical completion, and overall presentation effect.

評判將依據參賽者整體的故事演講作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

​演講敘事技巧（30%）

語言表達與演講節奏

評估參賽者對故事語言與演講節奏的精准把握能力，無論是口語的詞彙運用、語氣調控、修辭選擇，還是節奏的快慢變化、張弛把控、轉折銜接，以及對話模擬、旁白穿插等輔助表達方式的使用。例如在講述包含細節描寫（如角色微表情、場景氛圍）或劇情起伏（如緊張衝突、溫馨互動）的故事時，語言與節奏運用的準確性和靈活性，能否輕鬆駕馭不同難度的演講節奏，並且在多種表達方式結合使用時自然協調。在表現不同情感基調的故事（如歡樂的情節用活潑語氣，悲傷的內容以沉緩節奏呈現）時，語言與節奏的運用需準確傳達情感，確保演講的流暢性以及層次的豐富性；在處理複雜劇情（如多線敘事、時空跳轉）時，精准掌握節奏的平衡、劇情的鋪墊與細節呈現，展現出獨特的演講魅力和對故事質感、層次表現以及情感張力的精准控制。

角色塑造與情節架構

考查參賽者對故事角色塑造和情節架構原理的理解與舞台詮釋能力。能夠根據故事主題、情感表達的需求，精准地運用塑造技巧（如性格刻畫、動機設定、成長弧光）和架構方式（如開頭引入的吸引力、中間發展的合理性、結局收束的感染力、伏筆與反轉的巧妙設計）。例如在演繹正能量主題故事時，運用飽滿立體的角色聲音與緊密嚴謹的情節架構；在表現奇幻內容時，通過獨特鮮明的角色語氣與曲折生動的情節營造氛圍。同時，在長篇故事演繹中，要保證角色成長、情節推進之間協調好邏輯關係與情感銜接，做到風格統一又各具特色，展現出對角色與情節的敏銳感知和出色把控。

創意與風格（25%）

風格獨特性 評價參賽者故事演講風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循演講基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多作品中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同故事風格的特徵（如將童話故事的奇幻感與現實故事的真實感融合），創造出既保留童趣又具深度的演講風格；或者在語言風格和敘事角度上，形成自己獨特的演講語言，使每一段講述都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的表達視角。

形式創新

考量故事演講在形式設計方面的新穎程度，如敘事角度創新（如以動物視角敘事、多角色輪流敘述）、表達形式創新（如合理運用詩化語言、融入互動式講述）、內容融合創新（如故事與音樂元素結合、系列故事的連環性呈現）以及古今元素融合（如用現代語言講述傳統民間故事、在科幻故事中融入古典文化符號）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個演講在表現形式上更具實驗性與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。

主題與情感營造（20%）

主題契合度

評估故事演講作品所傳達的情感、價值理念等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以「勇氣的力量」為主題，參賽者通過設計角色面對困境的選擇與行動，運用相應的演講風格，並在闡釋中用清晰的邏輯和富有感染力的語言，展現勇氣對個人的影響，從故事內容和演講風格上呼應主題。

意境營造

考查參賽者能否通過故事元素的綜合運用（如場景描寫、心理刻畫、對話暗示）、情節的推進以及細節的呈現，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的意境。例如通過陰沉的語調、掙扎的語氣表現「戰勝恐懼」主題的艱辛感；用明亮的音色、溫暖的對話傳達「友誼珍貴」的溫馨氛圍，讓聽眾透過演講感受到或激昂、或寧靜、或溫馨等不同情緒，深刻領會作品的內在精神，仿佛置身於故事營造的獨特意境中。

內容難度與舞台感染力（25%）

難度展現

關注參賽者所選擇的演講內容在敘事難度和思想深度上的體現，比如演繹涉及複雜結構（如嵌套式劇情、非線性敘事）、深刻主題（如生命意義、文化認同）的故事，或是表現具有深厚文化內涵的傳統故事改編、跨文化題材，需要具備紮實的語言功底、邏輯思維和文化素養；或者在處理抽象主題（如用故事表現「時間」「夢想」等概念）時，展現出對抽象概念的故事化轉化能力。同時，在系列故事演繹中，要展現出對整體風格和主題表達的駕馭能力，如不同故事之間的協調性、主題呈現的連貫性。

舞台感染力

考察參賽者能否通過故事演講作品及闡釋傳遞情感，使聽眾對作品產生共鳴，感受到演講者的心境與思考，並在舞台呈現上表現出對故事主題的深刻理解。無論是演講本身的情節吸引力、情感傳達力，還是在闡釋作品時對創作思路的生動敘述、對主題的深入解讀，都能自然流暢且富有說服力，吸引聽眾沉浸其中，體會故事演講的思想深度與情感溫度。

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚文學創作背景的作家、語言藝術與演講教育行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
