比賽形式/Competition Format

參賽選手需提交一份原創藝術作品的高清資料（如圖片、視頻等）及創作說明資料（能完整呈現作品的細節與整體效果）。例如在創作準備階段，對主題的理解與藝術表達是否清晰，藝術風格及材料的選擇是否契合創作意圖；創作過程中，構思的完整性與元素搭配是否協調，表現手法的運用與作品結構是否均衡，藝術層次的豐富與情感張力是否突出，不同藝術技法（如繪畫的色彩暈染、雕塑的肌理塑造、攝影的光影捕捉等）的運用是否熟練且富有創意；根據作品主題的內涵需求，能否通過藝術元素（如線條粗細、質感強弱、空間深淺）靈活傳達理念與氛圍。同時，在創作闡釋環節，要清晰展示語言表達的流暢性、邏輯的嚴密性，情感表達的飽滿度，觀點闡述的層次感，以及對作品內涵（如文化符號運用、主題意義昇華、藝術風格突破）詮釋時的說服力等。

Participants must submit high-resolution materials (such as images or videos) of their original artwork, along with a creative explanation that fully presents the details and overall effect of the work. For example, during the preparatory stage of creation, whether the understanding of the theme and artistic expression are clear, and whether the choice of artistic style and materials aligns with the creative intent; During the creation process, whether the conceptualization is complete and the elements are harmoniously combined, whether the use of artistic techniques is balanced with the structure of the work, whether the richness of artistic layers and emotional tension are prominent, and whether the application of different artistic techniques (such as color blending in painting, texture shaping in sculpture, or light and shadow capture in photography) is proficient and creative; Based on the thematic requirements of the work, whether artistic elements (such as the thickness of lines, the strength of texture, and the depth of space) can be flexibly employed to convey concepts and atmosphere. Additionally, in the creative interpretation phase, it is essential to clearly demonstrate the fluency of language expression, the rigor of logic, the richness of emotional expression, the layered presentation of viewpoints, and the persuasiveness of interpretations regarding the work's underlying themes (such as the use of cultural symbols, the elevation of thematic significance, and breakthroughs in artistic style).

​參賽選手可以創作並展示獨特的音樂作品，展示個人的音樂才華與創作技巧。無論是呈現具有傳統音樂風格，如中國古典音樂的清雅悠揚、歐洲古典樂的莊嚴恢弘、民族音樂的濃郁風情，還是融合現代多元理念，如傳統樂曲與電子音效結合、器樂演奏與聲樂表達的創新呈現，都需在主題構思、旋律運用、風格塑造、情感傳遞、技法呈現以及作品感染力等方面展現獨特之處。具體而言，選手既可以深入鑽研傳統音樂經典，以精湛技藝再現古箏曲目的靈動飄逸，或用飽滿情感演繹民族樂曲的獨特魅力；也能夠大膽創新，將現代藝術理念融入音樂創作，例如以電子節奏展現未來科技感，或在古典樂章中借鑒流行音樂的自由表達手法。在創作過程中，需巧妙構思作品主題，精准運用旋律展現音樂韻律，塑造鮮明的個人音樂風格；同時通過音調的高低起伏、節奏的快慢變化、音色的深淺層次傳遞情感，靈活運用音樂技巧，使作品從旋律、結構到整體呈現都別具一格，最終以富有感染力的音樂作品，展現對音樂藝術的獨特理解與創新表達。

 

Participants can create and showcase unique musical works, demonstrating their personal musical talent and creative skills. Whether presenting traditional musical styles, such as the elegant and melodious tones of Chinese classical music, the solemn and grand scale of European classical music, or the rich and vibrant flair of ethnic music, or blending modern and diverse concepts, such as the fusion of traditional melodies with electronic sound effects, or innovative presentations combining instrumental performance with vocal expression, participants must demonstrate uniqueness in aspects such as thematic conception, melodic application, stylistic shaping, emotional conveyance, technical presentation, and the overall impact of the work. Specifically, participants can either delve deeply into traditional music classics, using their masterful skills to recreate the graceful and ethereal quality of guzheng pieces, or use their rich emotions to interpret the unique charm of ethnic music; or they can boldly innovate, incorporating modern artistic concepts into their musical creations, such as using electronic rhythms to showcase a futuristic technological feel, or borrowing the free expression techniques of pop music in classical compositions. During the creative process, participants must skillfully conceptualize the theme of their works, precisely employ melodies to showcase musical rhythm, and establish a distinct personal musical style; simultaneously conveying emotions through the rise and fall of pitch, the variation in tempo, and the depth and layers of timbre, while flexibly employing musical techniques to ensure that the work stands out in terms of melody, structure, and overall presentation. Ultimately, through music works rich in emotional impact, they demonstrate their unique understanding and innovative expression of musical art.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一份原創藝術作品的高清資料（如圖片、視頻等）及創作說明。

2. 提交的藝術作品高清資料需保證畫質或畫面清晰、細節還原真實，細節呈現完整可辨，資料無模糊或失真，以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判作品的各個細節，例如構思的完整性與協調性，元素的豐富性與搭配合理性，材料運用的獨特性與整體呈現感，不同藝術技法（如繪畫的色彩運用、雕塑的造型處理、攝影的構圖技巧等）的熟練度與創新性，以及作品整體傳達的情感基調、主題深度和藝術感染力等。同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達創作者的構思、靈感來源、創作意圖以及對作品內涵的解讀等內容。

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如 PDF 或 Word 文檔。文字表達需簡潔精准，闡述篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解作品，從而對作品的藝術感染力、藝術技巧水準以及整體創作水準做出準確的評價。

• The high-resolution materials of the submitted artworks must ensure clear image quality or visuals, accurate reproduction of details, complete and distinguishable presentation of details, and no blurring or distortion in the materials, to ensure that the judges can comprehensively and meticulously evaluate every detail of the artwork, such as the completeness and coherence of the concept, the richness and rationality of the elements, the uniqueness of material usage, and the overall presentation, the proficiency and innovation of different artistic techniques (such as color application in painting, form treatment in sculpture, and composition techniques in photography), as well as the emotional tone, thematic depth, and artistic appeal conveyed by the work as a whole. Additionally, the explanatory document should accurately and clearly express the creator's conceptualization, sources of inspiration, creative intent, and interpretation of the work's underlying meaning.

• The explanatory document should be in a common electronic format, such as PDF or Word. The text should be concise and precise, and the length of the explanation must strictly adhere to the competition regulations, enabling the judges to understand the work from multiple dimensions and make an accurate evaluation of its artistic appeal, technical proficiency, and overall creative quality.

評判將依據參賽者整體的藝術作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

藝術技巧（30%）

旋律與節奏運用

評估參賽者對各類藝術元素的精准把握能力，無論是繪畫的色彩層次、線條力度，還是雕塑的肌理塑造、空間構架，亦或是攝影的光影捕捉、畫面構圖等。例如在呈現包含精細細節（如微縮繪畫的局部刻畫、雕塑的紋理雕琢）或大範圍表現（如全景繪畫的整體佈局、裝置藝術的空間規劃）的作品時，元素運用的準確性和協調性，能否熟練駕馭不同難度的藝術技巧，並且在多種元素組合使用時自然融合。在表現不同情感基調的作品（如喜悅的主題用明快跳躍的色彩，沉靜的主題以低調柔和的色調呈現）時，元素的運用需準確傳達情感，確保元素的清晰度以及藝術表達的層次感；在處理複雜組合（如多種材料的拼接、多媒體藝術的元素融合）時，精准掌握元素的搭配、比例與風格變化，展現出獨特的藝術魅力和對元素形態、藝術質感以及情感張力的精准控制。

整體協調與細節處理

考查參賽者對藝術作品整體協調性和細節處理能力的理解與詮釋。能夠根據作品主題、情感表達的需求，精准地運用整體構思（如對稱構圖的穩重平衡、不對稱構圖的靈動活潑）和細節處理（如繪畫的笔触輕重、雕塑的局部打磨）。例如在創作莊嚴主題作品時，運用穩定規整的整體構思與精緻細膩的細節處理；在表現歡樂內容時，通過靈活多變的整體構思與大膽灑脫的細節處理營造氛圍。同時，在系列作品中，要保證各單品之間、元素轉換之間協調好藝術關係與風格邏輯，做到統一又各具特色，展現出對整體與細節的敏銳感知和出色把控。

創意與風格（25%）

風格獨特性​

評價參賽者藝術風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循藝術基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多作品中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同藝術流派的特徵（如將中國傳統水墨的意境與西方抽象畫的張力融合），創造出既保留傳統韻味又具現代感的藝術風格；或者在元素處理和情感表達上，形成自己獨特的藝術語言，使整個作品都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的藝術視角。

形式創新​

考量藝術在形式設計方面的新穎程度，如元素組合創新（如將傳統書畫與數字媒體融合、用環保材料豐富雕塑層次）、表現形式創新（如靜態繪畫與動態投影結合、實體藝術與虛擬體驗互動）、結構形式（如打破傳統藝術形態、多種藝術門類的跨界融合）以及古今元素融合（如用傳統藝術技法表現現代題材，在現代藝術中加入傳統文化符號）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個作品在表現形式上更具實驗性與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。

主題契合與氛圍營造（20%）

主題契合度​

評估藝術作品所傳達的情感、文化內涵等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以 “生命的力量” 為主題，參賽者通過描繪自然生物的生長狀態、運用相應的藝術風格，並在闡釋中用清晰的邏輯和富有感染力的語言，展現生命與藝術的關聯，從元素表達和藝術風格上呼應主題。

氛圍營造

考查參賽者能否通過藝術元素的綜合運用（如色彩冷暖、線條粗細、空間深淺）、情感的釋放以及整體的藝術節奏，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的氛圍。例如通過強烈的色彩對比、凌亂的線條表現 “戰爭的殘酷” 的壓抑感；用柔和的色調、流暢的線條傳達 “和平的美好” 的溫馨氛圍，讓觀眾透過藝術作品感受到或激昂、或寧靜、或悲傷等不同情緒，深刻領會作品的內在精神，仿佛置身於藝術元素營造的獨特意境中。

內容難度與感染力（25%）​

難度展現​

關注參賽者所選擇的創作內容在藝術難度和文化深度上的體現，比如呈現包含複雜技法的藝術片段、運用多種藝術風格融合的創作，或是表現具有深厚文化內涵的故事題材，需要具備扎實的藝術功底、文化知識和情感體會；或者在處理抽象主題（如用藝術表現 “時間”“記憶” 等概念）時，展現出對抽象概念的藝術轉化能力。同時，在大型藝術作品或多媒體組合的藝術創作中，要展現出對整體風格和藝術統一的駕馭能力，如不同部分過渡的自然性、多元素藝術與情感的協調性。

藝術感染力​

考察參賽者能否通過藝術作品及闡釋傳遞情感，使觀眾對作品產生共鳴，感受到創作者的心境與思考，並在作品呈現上表現出獨特的審美與對作品的深刻理解。無論是作品本身的藝術表現力、情感傳達力，還是在闡釋作品時對創作思路的生動敘述、對主題的深入解讀，都能自然流暢且富有說服力，吸引觀眾沉浸其中，體會藝術的文化深度與情感溫度。

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚藝術專業背景的藝術家、藝術教育與文化行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
