比賽形式/Competition Format

參賽選手需提交一段朗诵作品及創作闡釋的高清影像資料（確保影像畫質清晰，聲音採集無雜音，能完整呈現朗诵的細節與整體效果。例如在創作準備階段，對朗誦主題的理解與情感表達是否明確，朗誦文本的選擇是否契合創作意圖；創作過程中，語言表達的流暢性與控制力是否得當，語調的搭配與層次是否和諧統一，節奏的平衡感與重點是否突出，不同朗誦技巧（如語氣轉換、停頓把握、音色塑造等）的運用是否熟練且富有創意；根據作品主題的情感需求，能否通過聲音元素（如音量大小、語速快慢、音色冷暖）靈活傳達情緒與意境。同時，在創作闡釋環節，要清晰展示語言表達的流暢性、語調的感染力、語速的節奏感，情感表達的飽滿度，觀點闡述的邏輯性與層次感，以及對作品內涵（如文化元素融合、主題思想深化、藝術風格創新）詮釋時的說服力等）。
 

Participants are required to submit a section of the recitation work and creative interpretation of high-definition video data (to ensure that the image quality is clear, the sound collection without noise, can completely present the details of the recitation and the overall effect. For example, in the preparatory stage of creation, the understanding of the theme of the recitation and emotional expression is clear, whether the choice of the recitation text to meet the creative intent; in the process of creation, the fluency and control of the language expression is appropriate, whether the tone of the collocation and the level of harmony and unity, the sense of balance of the rhythm and the focus of the highlights, the different recitation techniques (such as voice conversion, pause grasp, tone shaping, etc.) is the use of skilled and creative; according to the theme of the work of the emotional interpretation of a piece of recitation work and HD video data (to ensure clear sound collection without noise, can completely present the details and the overall effect of recitation. Creativity; according to the emotional needs of the theme of the work, whether the sound elements (such as volume, speech speed, timbre, warm and cold) can flexibly convey the mood and meaning. At the same time, in the section of creative interpretation, it is necessary to clearly demonstrate the fluency of verbal expression, the infectiousness of tone, the rhythm of speech, the fullness of emotional expression, the logic and sense of hierarchy in the elaboration of viewpoints, as well as the persuasive power of the interpretation of the work's connotation (such as the fusion of cultural elements, deepening of thematic ideas, and the creativity of artistic styles).
 

參賽選手可以創作並展示獨特的朗誦作品，展示個人的語言才華與表演技巧。無論是演繹具有傳統文學韻味，如中國古典詩詞的平仄悠揚、西方經典詩歌的格律莊重，還是融合現代多元理念，如現代詩歌的自由抒懷、跨文化文本的創意改編，都需在文本構思、語調運用、風格塑造、情感表達、聲音技法以及作品感染力等方面展現獨特之處。

 

Contestants can create and present unique speech pieces that showcase their linguistic talent and performance skills. Whether interpreting a piece with a traditional literary flavor, such as the smooth tones of classical Chinese poetry and the solemnity of Western classical poetry, or integrating modern and diverse concepts, such as the free expression of modern poetry and the creative adaptation of cross-cultural texts, they must demonstrate their uniqueness in terms of textual conceptualization, use of intonation, stylistic shaping, emotional expression, vocal technique, and infectiousness of the piece.
 

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一段朗誦作品的電子音頻 / 視頻（高清錄製檔）以及一份對該作品的闡釋文檔。

2. 提交的朗誦作品電子音頻 / 視頻需保證音質清晰、畫面穩定（若含視頻），無雜音或卡頓現象，以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判作品的各個細節，例如語言表達的流暢性與感染力，語調變化的豐富性與合理性，節奏把控的精准度與韻律感，朗誦技巧（如氣息控制、情感遞進、角色塑造等）的熟練度與創新性，以及整體傳達的情感基調、主題深度和藝術表現力等。同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達創作者的構思、靈感來源、創作意圖以及對作品內涵的解讀等內容。

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如 PDF 或 Word 文檔。文字表達需簡潔精准，闡述篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解作品，從而對作品的藝術感染力、語言表達水準以及整體創作水準做出準確的評價。

• Each participant is required to submit an electronic audio/video (HD recording) of the speech piece and an explanation of the piece.

• Submitted speech works of electronic audio / video should ensure clear sound quality, stable picture (if including video), no noise or stuttering phenomenon, to ensure that the judges can comprehensively and meticulously assess the details of the work, such as the fluency of expression and infectiousness, the richness and reasonableness of the change of tone, the rhythm of the control of the accuracy and sense of rhythm, the speech skills (such as breath control, rhythmic control precision and sense of rhyme, proficiency and creativity of recitation techniques (such as breath control, emotional progression, characterization, etc.), as well as the emotional tone, thematic depth and artistic expression of the overall communication. At the same time, the interpretation document should accurately and clearly express the creator's ideas, sources of inspiration, creative intent and interpretation of the content of the work.

• Interpretation documents should be in a common electronic format, such as PDF or Word. The text should be concise and precise, and the length of the explanation should be strictly in accordance with the competition rules, so that the judges can understand the work from multiple dimensions and make an accurate evaluation of the artistic impact, language expression and overall creative standard of the work.

評判將依據參賽者整體的朗誦作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。​
 

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：​

語言表達技巧（30%）​

發聲與朗誦技法運用​

評估參賽者對各類朗誦技巧的精准把握能力，包括發音的標準度、氣息的控制（如長句氣息支撐、強弱音轉換的氣息調節）、語調的變化（如疑問句的上揚、感歎句的激昂），以及不同文本類型（如詩歌、散文、戲劇獨白）的朗誦處理方式。例如在演繹情感激烈的段落時，能否通過重音強調、語速急緩變化精准傳遞情緒；在朗誦古典詩詞時，能否把握平仄韻律與節奏停頓，展現出語言的音樂性與表現力。同時，在多語言朗誦或方言運用時，發音的準確性與流暢性，以及多種技巧結合使用時的自然協調性。​
 

節奏與情感表達​

考查參賽者對朗誦節奏和情感層次的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據作品主題、情感表達的需求，精准地運用語速變化（如緊張情節的加速、抒情段落的舒緩）和情感遞進（如從平靜到激昂的情緒過渡）。例如在朗誦勵志主題作品時，通過逐漸加快的語速與增強的語氣營造奮進氛圍；在講述溫情故事時，運用輕柔的語調與緩慢的節奏傳遞細膩情感。同時，在組詩或系列朗誦作品中，要保證各部分之間協調好節奏與情感邏輯，做到風格統一又各具亮點，展現出對語言節奏與情感表達的敏銳感知和出色把控。​
 

創意與風格（25%）​

風格獨特性​

評價參賽者朗誦風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循語言表達規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多作品中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將傳統朗誦與現代音樂節奏結合，創造出富有韻律感的新風格；或者在角色塑造和情感表達上，形成自己獨特的聲音演繹方式，使每一段朗誦都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的語言藝術視角。​

形式創新​

考量朗誦在形式設計方面的新穎程度，如文本創新（如改編經典作品融入現代元素、原創多視角敘事文本）、表現形式（如結合肢體語言、舞臺情景演繹、多媒體互動朗誦）、聲音設計（如運用回聲效果、多聲部配合、環境音效融合）以及跨界融合（如朗誦與舞蹈、繪畫等藝術形式結合）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個朗誦在表現形式上更具實驗性與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。

主題契合與情境營造（20%）​

主題契合度​

評估朗誦作品所傳達的情感、文化內涵等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以 “文明的對話” 為主題，參賽者通過選擇不同文化背景的經典文本片段，運用對比鮮明的朗誦風格，並在闡釋中用清晰的邏輯和富有感染力的語言，展現不同文明的碰撞與交融，從語言表達上呼應主題。​

情境營造​

考查參賽者能否通過聲音元素的綜合運用（如音色變化、音量高低、語速快慢）、情感的細膩傳遞以及象徵意象的表達，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的情境。例如通過低沉沙啞的音色、緩慢壓抑的語速表現 “困境中的掙扎” 主題的沉重感；用明亮清脆的音色、輕快活潑的節奏傳達 “童年的歡樂” 的愉悅氛圍，讓聽眾透過聲音感受到悲傷、喜悅、憧憬等不同情緒，深刻領會作品的內在精神，仿佛身臨其境。​
 

內容難度與感染力（25%）​

難度展現​

關注參賽者所選擇的朗誦內容在語言難度和思想深度上的體現，比如朗誦涉及複雜語法結構的經典外文詩歌、長篇敘事詩，需要具備扎實的語言功底和文本理解能力；或者在處理抽象主題（如哲學思辨、時空概念）時，展現出對複雜思想的語言轉化能力。同時，在多角色朗誦或大型組合作品中，要展現出對角色聲音區分和整體節奏把控的駕馭能力，如不同角色音色、語氣的精准塑造，多人朗誦時的配合協調性。​
 

藝術感染力​

考察參賽者能否通過朗誦作品及闡釋傳遞情感，使聽眾對作品產生共鳴，感受到創作者的心境與思考，並在展示呈現上表現出自信與對作品的深刻理解。無論是朗誦本身的聲音表現力、情感感染力，還是在闡釋作品時對創作思路的生動敘述、對主題的深入解讀，都能自然流暢且富有說服力，吸引聽眾沉浸其中，體會語言藝術的思想深度與情感溫度。​
 

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚語言藝術專業背景的朗誦藝術家、語言教育與文化行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。​
