比賽形式/Competition Format

​

參賽選手需提交一件參賽創作作品的高清數位影像（高清掃描件 / 照片 / 視頻，能完整呈現作品的細節與整體效果）。例如在創作準備階段，對創作主題（如生活感悟、文化傳承等）的理解與理念表達是否明確，主題選擇及創作規劃的選擇是否契合呈現意圖；創作過程中，創作元素的搭配協調性與風格統一是否得當，作品架構的邏輯與層次展現是否清晰，細節的雕琢與主題推進是否突出，不同創作技法的運用是否熟練且富有創意；根據創作主題的理念需求，能否通過創作元素（如文字表達、色彩運用、手工構造）靈活傳達思想與意境。同時，在創作闡釋環節，清晰展示語言表達的流暢性、邏輯的嚴密性，情感表達的飽滿度，觀點闡述的層次感，以及對作品內涵（如創作文化元素融合、創作思想深化、風格創新）詮釋時的說服力等。

Contestants must submit a high-definition digital image (a high-definition scan/photo/video that fully captures the details and overall effect of the work) of one of their submissions. For example, during the preparation phase, the author must clearly understand and express the theme (e.g., life insights, cultural heritage, etc.), and whether the chosen theme and creative plan align with the intended presentation. During the creative process, the author must ensure the coordination and coordination of the elements and the unity of style, the clarity of the logical structure and the level of presentation, the emphasis on detail and the progression of the theme, and the skillful and creative application of various creative techniques. Furthermore, based on the conceptual requirements of the theme, the author must be able to flexibly convey ideas and artistic conception through creative elements (e.g., text, color, and hand-crafted construction). Furthermore, during the interpretation phase, the author must clearly demonstrate the fluency of the language, the rigor of the logic, the richness of the emotional expression, the layered nature of the perspectives, and the persuasiveness of the interpretation of the work (e.g., the integration of cultural elements, the deepening of the creative ideas, and the innovation of the style).

參賽選手可以創作並展示獨特的創作作品，展示個人的創意才華與創作技巧。無論是創作具有傳統經典風格，如中式文學的典雅厚重、歐式視覺的精緻華美，還是融合現代多元理念，如跨界創作的元素碰撞、新風格創作的創新編排的作品，都需在題材選擇（如生活題材）、技術處理（如創作技法）、理念表達（如作品情感）、風格把握以及藝術感染力等方面展現獨特之處。​

 

Contestants can create and present unique works, showcasing their creative talent and skills. Whether creating works with a traditional classic style, such as the elegance and depth of Chinese literature or the exquisite beauty of European visuals, or integrating modern and diverse concepts, such as the collision of elements in cross-disciplinary creation or the innovative arrangement of new styles, they must demonstrate uniqueness in subject matter selection (such as life themes), technical processing (such as creative techniques), conceptual expression (such as the emotional expression of the work), style control, and artistic appeal.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一件參賽創作作品的高清數位影像（高清掃描件 / 照片 / 視頻）以及一份對該作品的闡釋文檔。​

2. 提交的創作影像需保證畫面清晰、細節還原真實，無模糊雜訊干擾，以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判作品的各個細節，例如創作技法的流暢度與準確性，構架的把控與變化，創作元素（如文字、色彩等）的搭配與層次，創作特有技巧（如文筆修飾、色彩暈染、手工塑形）的運用與合理性，以及整體作品所傳達的創作理念深度、作品風格和藝術感染力等。同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達創作者的作品題材選擇思路、創作處理構想、個人風格設計以及對作品的獨到解讀等內容。​​

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如 PDF 或 Word 文檔。文字表達需專業嚴謹，篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解創作作品，從而對作品的藝術表現力、技術完成度以及整體呈現效果做出客觀準確的評價。​

• Submitted images must be clear, with authentic details and no blur or noise. This ensures the judges can thoroughly and meticulously assess every detail of the work, including the fluidity and accuracy of the creative technique, the control and variation of the composition, the coordination and layering of elements (such as text and color), the use and rationality of unique creative techniques (such as literary embellishment, color blending, and hand-shaped modeling), and the depth of the creative concept, style, and artistic appeal conveyed by the overall work. Furthermore, the document should accurately and clearly convey the artist's selection of subject matter, creative approach, personal style, and unique interpretation of the work.

• ​The document should be in a common electronic format, such as PDF or Word. The written expression must be professional and rigorous, and the length must strictly follow the competition regulations so that the judges can understand the creative work from multiple dimensions and make an objective and accurate evaluation of the artistic expression, technical completion and overall presentation effect of the work.

評判將依據參賽者整體的創作作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

創作技法（30%）​

元素運用與技巧呈現​

評估參賽者對創作各類元素與技巧的精准把握能力，無論是元素的文字構思、色彩搭配、材料運用，還是技巧的文筆修飾、色彩暈染、手工塑形，以及抒情敘事、抽象表達、立體構建等特殊技法的使用。例如在創作包含精緻細節（如文字描寫的細膩度、手工造型的精確度）或主題張力強（如悲傷故事的憂鬱氛圍、歡樂場景的熱烈感）的作品時，元素與技巧運用的準確性和靈活性，能否輕鬆駕馭不同難度的創作技巧，並且在多種技巧結合使用時自然協調。在表現不同風格基調的作品（如頌揚主題用莊嚴文字，田園主題以清新色彩呈現）時，元素與技巧的運用需準確傳達理念，確保作品的完整性以及層次的豐富性；在處理複雜內容（如多線索故事編排、中外文化元素融合）時，精准掌握技巧轉換、內容層次與細節呈現，展現出獨特的創作魅力和對作品質感、層次表現以及理念張力的精准控制。​​

作品構架與整體協調​

考查參賽者對創作作品構架和內容整體協調原理的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據作品創作主題、理念表達的需求，精准地運用構架技巧（如內容佈局、邏輯梳理、重點突出）和協調方式（如段落銜接的自然度、風格統一的穩定性、理念推進的層次感、元素搭配的契合度）。例如在創作歷史題材莊嚴主題作品時，運用嚴謹有序的作品構架與嚴謹的整體協調；在表現兒童生活活潑內容時，通過靈動多變的構架與富有張力的整體營造氛圍。同時，在系列創作作品中，保證作品之間、創作主題轉換之間協調好內容邏輯與理念銜接，做到風格統一又各具特色，展現出對作品構架與整體協調的敏銳感知和出色把控。​​​​​​

風格獨特性​​

評價參賽者創作風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循創作基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多選手中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同創作風格的特徵（如將文學敘事的生動與視覺表達的直觀融合），創造出既保留經典韻味又具個人風采的創作風格；或者在創作元素處理和理念表達上，形成自己獨特的表達語言，使每件作品都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的創作視角。

形式創新​

考量創作作品在形式呈現方面的新穎程度，如創作角度創新（如以動物視角講述故事、加入互動式創作理念）、表達形式創新（如合理運用多媒介組合、搭配數位技術呈現）、內容融合創新（如文學與手工跨界結合、傳統題材與現代審美編排）以及古今元素融合（如用現代創作手法演繹經典故事、在現代作品中融入傳統文化符號）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整件作品在表現形式上更具實驗性與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者創新思維。

主題契合與意境營造（20%）​

主題契合度​​

評估創作作品所傳達的理念、內容內涵等與創作比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以 “家國情懷” 為主題，參賽者通過選擇富有莊嚴感的創作元素（如愛國故事、民族符號），運用相應的創作風格，並在闡釋中用清晰的邏輯和富有感染力的語言，展現對家國情懷的理解，從作品內容和創作風格上呼應主題。​​​​​​​​

意境營造​​

考查參賽者能否通過創作元素的綜合運用（如文字情感、色彩氛圍、材料質感）、作品題材的選擇以及細節的呈現，將自身對創作主題的理解與理念融入其中，營造出相應的意境。例如通過飽含深情的文字、厚重的色彩表現 “家國情懷” 主題的厚重感；用清新的筆觸、明快的色彩傳達 “田園風光” 的閒適氛圍，讓觀眾透過創作作品感受到或激昂、或寧靜、或溫暖等不同情緒，深刻領會作品的內在精神，仿佛置身於作品營造的獨特意境中。​​​​

內容難度與感染力（25%）​

難度展現​

關注參賽者所選擇的創作內容在技巧難度和理念深度上的體現，比如創作涉及高難度技巧（如複雜故事結構編寫、多種材料跨界組合）、特殊主題（如抽象情感的具象表達、中外文化元素的融合）的作品，或是表現具有深厚文化內涵的傳統符號、經典題材的創作，需要具備扎實的創作功底、文化基礎和審美素養；或者在處理抽象理念（如用創作表現 “友誼”“夢想” 等概念）時，展現出對理念的創作轉化能力。同時，在系列創作作品中，要展現出對整體風格和創作主題表達的駕馭能力，如不同作品之間的協調性、主題呈現的連貫性。​​

藝術感染力​

考察參賽者能否通過創作作品及闡釋傳遞創作理念，使觀眾對作品產生共鳴，感受到創作者的思考與情感，並在作品呈現上表現出對創作主題的深刻理解。無論是作品本身的內容表現力、理念傳達力，還是在闡釋作品時對創作思路的生動敘述、對主題的深入解讀，都能自然流暢且富有說服力，吸引觀眾沉浸其中，體會創作藝術的文化深度與情感溫度。​​​​​​​​

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚創作專業背景的創作者、藝術教育與創作行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
