比賽形式/Competition Format

​​​

參賽選手需提交一支原創舞蹈作品的高清視頻資料（能完整呈現作品的細節與整體效果）。例如在創作準備階段，對主題的理解與情感表達是否明確，舞蹈風格及音樂的選擇是否契合創作意圖；表演過程中，動作的流暢性與力度控制是否得當，肢體協調的平衡與節奏是否協調，舞臺佈局的空間與層次感是否突出，不同舞蹈技法（如古典舞的提沉沖靠、街舞的跳躍旋轉、民族舞的特色動律等）的運用是否熟練且富有創意；根據作品主題的情感需求，能否通過肢體元素（如動作幅度、節奏快慢、隊形變化）靈活傳達情緒與意境。同時，在創作闡釋環節，要清晰展示語言表達的流暢性、邏輯的嚴密性，情感表達的飽滿度，觀點闡述的層次感，以及對作品內涵（如文化元素融合、主題思想深化、舞蹈風格創新）詮釋時的說服力等。

Participants must submit a high-definition video of an original dance piece (capable of fully showcasing the work's details and overall effect). For example, during the creative preparation phase, whether the understanding of the theme and emotional expression are clear, and whether the choice of dance style and music aligns with the creative intent; During the performance, whether the fluidity and control of movements are appropriate, whether the balance and rhythm of bodily coordination are harmonious, whether the spatial layout and layering of the stage are prominent, and whether the application of different dance techniques (such as the lifting, sinking, thrusting, and leaning of classical dance, the jumping and spinning of street dance, and the distinctive rhythms of ethnic dance) is proficient and creative; Whether the emotional requirements of the work's theme can be flexibly conveyed through bodily elements (such as the amplitude of movements, the pace of rhythm, and changes in formation) to express emotions and ambiance. Additionally, in the creative interpretation phase, the clarity of language expression, logical rigor, emotional depth, layered presentation of viewpoints, and persuasiveness in interpreting the work's underlying themes (such as cultural element integration, thematic depth, and dance style innovation) must be demonstrated.

​參賽選手可以創作並展示獨特的舞蹈作品，展示個人的舞蹈才華與創作技巧。無論是演繹具有傳統舞蹈風格，如中國古典舞的婉約柔美、芭蕾舞的優雅莊重、民族舞的濃郁風情，還是融合現代多元理念，如傳統舞蹈與科技元素結合、現代舞與戲劇表現的創新表達，都需在主題構思、動作運用、風格塑造、情感傳遞、技法呈現以及作品感染力等方面展現獨特之處。具體而言，選手既可以深入鑽研傳統舞蹈經典，以精湛技藝再現《天鵝湖》的優雅飄逸，或用飽滿情感演繹民族舞的獨特韻味；也能夠大膽創新，將現代藝術理念融入舞蹈創作，例如以街舞動作展現未來科技感，或在古典舞中借鑒現代舞的自由表達手法。在創作過程中，需巧妙構思作品主題，精准運用動作展現肢體韻律，塑造鮮明的個人舞蹈風格；同時通過動作的輕重緩急、節奏的快慢變化、隊形的錯落有致傳遞情感，靈活運用舞蹈技巧，使作品從動作、結構到整體呈現都別具一格，最終以富有感染力的舞蹈作品，展現對舞蹈藝術的獨特理解與創新表達。

 

Participants are encouraged to create and present unique dance works that showcase their personal dance talents and creative skills. Whether performing works with traditional dance styles—such as the graceful softness of Chinese classical dance, the elegant dignity of ballet, or the rich charm of folk dances—or integrating modern and diverse concepts (e.g., combining traditional dance with technological elements, or innovatively expressing modern dance with dramatic performance), all works must demonstrate uniqueness in aspects such as thematic conception, movement application, style shaping, emotional transmission, technique presentation, and overall appeal.Specifically, participants can either delve deeply into classic traditional dances, reproducing the elegant fluidity of Swan Lake with exquisite skills, or interpreting the unique charm of folk dances with full emotion. They can also boldly innovate by integrating modern artistic concepts into dance creation—for example, showcasing a sense of future technology through hip-hop movements, or borrowing the free expression of modern dance in classical dance.​

In the creative process, it is necessary to cleverly conceive the theme of the work, accurately use movements to display physical rhythm, and shape a distinct personal dance style. At the same time, emotions should be conveyed through the weight and speed of movements, the changes in rhythm, and the formation. Dance techniques should be flexibly applied to make the work unique from movements and structure to overall presentation. Ultimately, with an appealing dance work, participants should demonstrate their unique understanding and innovative expression of dance art.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一支原創舞蹈作品的高清視頻。​

2. 提交的舞蹈作品高清視頻需保證畫質清晰、畫面穩定無抖動，肢體動作細節完整可辨，音頻清晰無雜音，以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判作品的各個細節，例如動作的流暢性與力度控制，節奏的協調性與變化豐富性，隊形佈局的層次感與整體美感，不同舞蹈技法（如古典舞的提沉、街舞的定格、民族舞的特色動律等）的熟練度與創新性，以及作品整體傳達的情感基調、主題深度和藝術感染力等。同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達創作者的構思、靈感來源、創作意圖以及對作品內涵的解讀等內容。

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如 PDF 或 Word 文檔。文字表達需簡潔精准，闡述篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解作品，從而對作品的藝術感染力、舞蹈技巧水準以及整體創作水準做出準確的評價。

• Each participant is required to submit a high-definition video of an original dance work.

• The submitted high-definition video of the dance work must ensure clear image quality, stable and non-shaky，complete and distinguishable details of body movements, and clear audio without noise. This is to enable the judges to comprehensively and meticulously evaluate all aspects of the work, such as the fluency and strength control of movements, the coordination and richness of rhythm changes, the sense of hierarchy and overall beauty in the formation layout, the proficiency and innovation of different dance techniques (e.g., the lifting and sinking in classical dance, the freezing in street dance, the characteristic rhythms in folk dance, etc.), as well as the emotional tone, thematic depth, and artistic appeal conveyed by the work as a whole. Meanwhile, the explanatory document should accurately and clearly express the creator's ideas, sources of inspiration, creative intentions, and interpretation of the connotation of the work, among other things.

• ​Explanatory documents should be in a common electronic format, such as PDF or Word. The text should be concise and accurate, and the length of the explanation should strictly follow the competition rules so that the judges can understand the work from multiple perspectives and accurately evaluate its artistic appeal, dance technique, and overall creative quality.

​評判將依據參賽者整體的舞蹈作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：​​

舞蹈技巧（30%）​​

動作運用與掌控​​

評估參賽者對各類舞蹈動作的精准把握能力，無論是古典舞的提、沉、沖、靠，街舞的跳躍、旋轉、定格，還是民族舞的特色動律、芭蕾舞的足尖技巧等。例如在呈現包含精細動作（如古典舞的扇舞轉腕、芭蕾舞的阿拉貝斯克）或大範圍運動（如街舞的空中旋轉、現代舞的大幅度倒伏）的作品時，動作運用的準確性和穩定性，能否輕鬆駕馭不同難度的舞蹈技巧，並且在多種動作結合使用時自然協調。在表現不同情感基調的作品（如激昂的場面用強勁有力的動作，婉約的片段以柔美舒展的舞姿呈現）時，動作的運用需準確傳達情感，確保動作的清晰度以及肢體的靈活性；在處理複雜組合（如多種技巧串聯、群舞的動作配合）時，精准掌握動作的銜接、力度與節奏變化，展現出獨特的舞蹈魅力和對動作形態、肢體質感以及情感張力的精准控制。​​

節奏與隊形佈局​

考查參賽者對舞蹈節奏和隊形佈局原理的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據作品主題、情感表達的需求，精准地運用節奏變化（如快速節奏的密集動作、緩慢節奏的延展動作）和隊形形式（如直線隊形的整齊劃一、圓形隊形的包圍感、錯落隊形的層次感）。例如在創作莊重主題作品時，運用穩定規律的節奏與對稱的隊形佈局；在表現活潑內容時，通過靈動多變的節奏與靈活多樣的隊形營造氛圍。同時，在群舞作品中，要保證舞者之間、隊形轉換之間協調好銜接關係與空間邏輯，做到風格統一又各具特色，展現出對節奏與隊形的敏銳感知和出色把控。

創意與風格（25%）​

風格獨特性​

評價參賽者舞蹈風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循舞蹈基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多作品中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同舞蹈流派的特徵（如將民族舞的動律與現代舞的張力融合），創造出既保留傳統韻味又具現代感的舞蹈風格；或者在動作處理和情感表達上，形成自己獨特的舞蹈語言，使整個作品都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的舞蹈視角。​

形式創新​

考量舞蹈在形式設計方面的新穎程度，如動作組合創新（如將武術動作融入街舞、用體操技巧豐富現代舞）、道具運用創新（如對傘、紗、球等道具的獨特使用）、表現形式（如舞蹈與戲劇表演結合、多媒體與舞蹈互動）以及古今元素融合（如用古典舞的韻律演繹現代故事，在民族舞中加入時尚元素）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個作品在表現形式上更具實驗性與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。​

主題契合與情境營造（20%）​

主題契合度​

評估舞蹈作品所傳達的情感、文化內涵等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以 “自然的律動” 為主題，參賽者通過模仿自然生物的動作形態，運用相應的舞蹈風格，並在闡釋中用清晰的邏輯和富有感染力的語言，展現自然與舞蹈藝術的關聯，從動作表達和舞蹈風格上呼應主題。

情境營造​

考查參賽者能否通過舞蹈元素的綜合運用（如動作幅度、節奏快慢、音樂配合）、情感的釋放以及隊形的變化，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的情境。例如通過強勁有力的動作、急促的節奏表現 “戰鬥的激烈” 的緊張感；用輕柔飄逸的舞姿、緩慢的節奏傳達 “星空的浩瀚” 的悠遠氛圍，讓觀眾透過舞蹈作品感受到或激昂、或寧靜、或歡快等不同情緒，深刻領會作品的內在精神，仿佛置身於肢體與音樂營造的獨特意境中。​

內容難度與感染力（25%）​

難度展現​

關注參賽者所選擇的創作內容在舞蹈難度和文化深度上的體現，比如呈現包含高難度技巧組合的經典舞蹈片段、運用多種舞蹈風格融合的創作，或是表現具有深厚文化內涵的故事題材，需要具備扎實的舞蹈功底、文化知識和情感體會；或者在處理抽象主題（如用舞蹈表現 “夢想”“希望” 等概念）時，展現出對抽象概念的舞蹈轉化能力。同時，在長篇作品或多人配合的群舞創作中，要展現出對整體節奏和風格統一的駕馭能力，如不同段落過渡的自然性、群舞動作與情感的協調性。​

藝術感染力​

考察參賽者能否通過舞蹈作品及闡釋傳遞情感，使觀眾對作品產生共鳴，感受到創作者的心境與思考，並在表演呈現上表現出自信與對作品的深刻理解。無論是作品本身的動作表現力、情感傳達力，還是在闡釋作品時對創作思路的生動敘述、對主題的深入解讀，都能自然流暢且富有說服力，吸引觀眾沉浸其中，體會舞蹈藝術的文化深度與情感溫度。​

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚舞蹈專業背景的舞蹈家、舞蹈教育與藝術行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。​
