比賽形式/Competition Format

​​

參賽選手需提交一件參賽舞蹈作品的高清視頻素材（格式為 MP4 或 MOV，分辨率不低於 1080P），能完整呈現舞蹈的細節與整體效果。例如在備賽準備階段，對舞蹈主題的理解與立意把握是否深刻，舞種選擇及編創規劃的設定是否契合表達意圖；創作過程中，舞種規範的遵循與風格呈現是否統一，動作層次的鋪墊與主旨推進是否清晰，技巧的運用與主題詮釋是否突出，不同舞蹈手法的發揮是否熟練且富有張力；根據舞蹈主題的情感需求，能否通過肢體表達靈活傳達思想與意境。同時，在作品闡述環節，要清晰展示舞蹈動作的流暢性、節奏的精准性，情感表達的飽滿度，編創思路的層次感，以及對作品內涵詮釋時的說服力等。如闡述中需說明舞蹈動作與主題的關聯性，並解釋編創過程中如何通過隊形變化強化作品敘事邏輯，確保闡述內容與舞蹈作品高度契合，充分體現參賽者對舞蹈藝術理解、把控與創新能力。

Contestants are required to submit a high-definition video clip of their competing dance work (in MP4 or MOV format, with a resolution of no less than 1080P), which can fully present the details and overall effect of the dance. For example, during the competition preparation stage, whether the understanding of the dance theme and the grasp of its conception are in-depth, and whether the selection of dance style and the setting of choreography planning are in line with the expressive intention; during the creation process, whether the compliance with dance style norms and the presentation of style are consistent, whether the layering of movements and the promotion of the core theme are clear, whether the application of skills and the interpretation of the theme are prominent, and whether the use of different dance techniques is proficient and full of tension; according to the emotional needs of the dance theme, whether thoughts and artistic conception can be flexibly conveyed through physical expression. At the same time, in the work explanation segment, it is necessary to clearly demonstrate the fluency of dance movements, the accuracy of rhythm, the richness of emotional expression, the layering of choreographic ideas, and the persuasiveness when interpreting the connotation of the work. If it is necessary to explain the relevance between dance movements and the theme in the explanation, it is also required to interpret how the changes in formation during the choreography process strengthen the narrative logic of the work, so as to ensure that the content of the explanation is highly consistent with the dance work and fully reflects the contestants' ability to understand, control and innovate in dance art.

參賽選手可以創作並呈現獨特的舞蹈作品，展現個人的舞蹈才華與編創技巧。無論是創作具有經典傳統風格，如古典舞的含蓄婉轉、民族舞的質樸真切，還是融合現代多元理念，如國風與街舞的跨界碰撞、新媒體舞蹈的創新表達的作品，都需在舞種選擇、技法呈現、情感傳達、風格把控以及肢體感染力等方面展現獨特之處。

Contestants may create and present unique dance works to showcase their personal dance talents and choreographic skills. Whether creating works with classic traditional styles—such as the implicit and graceful nature of classical dance, or the simple and authentic characteristics of folk dance—or integrating modern and diverse concepts—such as the cross-border collision between Chinese style and street dance, or the innovative expression of new media dance—they must demonstrate uniqueness in aspects including dance style selection, technique presentation, emotional communication, style control, and physical expressiveness.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一件參賽舞蹈作品的高清視頻素材（格式為 MP4 或 MOV）及一份對該作品的闡釋文檔。

2. 提交的舞蹈素材需保證畫面清晰（分辨率不低於 1080P）、音畫同步（無音頻延遲），無畫面雜訊，以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判作品的各個細節，例如舞蹈技巧的流暢度與準確性，肢體的把控與變化，情感的鋪墊與層次，舞蹈特有技巧（如韻律把控、隊形設計、造型塑造）的運用與合理性，以及整體作品所傳達的思想深度、藝術風格和肢體感染力等。同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達創作者的舞種選擇思路、作品編創構想、個人演繹風格以及對作品的獨到解讀等內容。

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如 PDF 或 Word 文檔。文字表達需專業嚴謹，篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解舞蹈作品，從而對作品的藝術表現力、技術完成度及整體呈現效果做出客觀準確的評價。

• Each contestant is required to submit a high-definition video clip of their competing dance work (in MP4 or MOV format) and an interpretation document for the work.

• The submitted dance materials must ensure clear images (with a resolution of no less than 1080P), synchronized audio and video (no audio delay), and no image noise. This ensures that judges can comprehensively and carefully evaluate all details of the work, such as the fluency and accuracy of dance techniques, the control and variation of body movements, the development and layering of emotions, the application and rationality of dance-specific techniques (e.g., rhythm control, formation design, shape creation), as well as the ideological depth, artistic style, and physical expressiveness conveyed by the overall work.Meanwhile, the interpretation document should accurately and clearly present the creator’s ideas on dance style selection, the concept of work choreography, personal performance style, and unique interpretation of the work.

• The interpretation document shall adopt common electronic document formats, such as PDF or Word documents. The written expression must be professional and rigorous, and the length shall strictly comply with the competition regulations. This enables judges to understand the dance work from multiple dimensions, thereby making an objective and accurate evaluation of the work’s artistic expressiveness, technical completion, and overall presentation effect.

評分標準

評判將依據參賽者整體的舞蹈作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

舞蹈技巧（30%）

肢體運用與技巧呈現

評估參賽者對舞蹈各類技巧與肢體的精准把握能力，無論是肢體的節奏把控、力度變化、線條流暢，還是技巧的韻律運用、隊形轉換、造型塑造，以及情感肢體轉化、動作伏筆鋪墊、意境營造等特殊技法的使用。例如在創作包含精緻細節（如肢體表情的細膩度、場景動作的真實性）或情感張力強（如抒情主題的情感肢體、敘事主題的情節推進）的作品時，肢體與技巧運用的準確性和靈活性，能否輕鬆駕馭不同難度的舞蹈技巧，並且在多種技巧結合使用時自然協調。在表現不同風格基調的作品（如童話主題用活潑肢體，回憶主題以柔緩動作呈現）時，肢體與技巧的運用需準確傳達思想，確保舞蹈的完整性以及層次的豐富性；在處理複雜內容（如多線索敘事、跨文化元素融合）時，精准掌握技巧轉換、內容層次與思想呈現，展現出獨特的舞蹈魅力和對作品質感、層次表現以及情感張力的精准控制。

作品架構與整體協調

考查參賽者對舞蹈作品架構和藝術整體協調原理的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據作品主題、情感表達的需求，精准地運用架構技巧（如動作銜接、內容鋪墊、主旨凸顯）和協調方式（如肢體與音樂的融合度、風格統一的穩定性、情感推進的層次感、動作與立意的契合度）。例如在創作嚴謹敘事舞蹈時，運用邏輯清晰的內容架構與嚴謹的整體協調；在表現抒情舞蹈時，通過優美流暢的肢體與富有張力的整體營造氛圍。同時，在系列篇章創作中，要保證篇章之間、情感轉換之間協調好舞蹈邏輯與內容銜接，做到風格統一又各具特色，展現出對作品架構與整體協調的敏銳感知和出色把控。

創意與風格（25%）

風格獨特性

評價參賽者舞蹈風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循舞蹈基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多選手中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同舞蹈風格的特徵（如將古典舞的抒情與現代舞的敘事融合），創造出既保留經典韻味又具個人風采的舞蹈風格；或者在肢體處理和情感表達上，形成自己獨特的舞蹈語言，使每篇作品都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的舞蹈視角。​​

創作創新

考量舞蹈作品在創作形式方面的新穎程度，如詮釋角度創新（如以跨界思路呈現經典題材、加入個人生活體驗演繹）、表達形式創新（如合理運用多媒介互動、結合光影效果呈現）、內容融合創新（如舞蹈與繪畫元素跨界結合、傳統舞種與現代表達編排）以及古今元素融合（如用現代舞蹈手法演繹經典故事、在現代題材中融入傳統文化符號）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個作品在表現形式上更具實驗性與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。

主題契合與情感營造（20%）

主題契合度​​

評估舞蹈作品所傳達的情感、藝術內涵等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以「未來之約」為主題，參賽者通過選擇富有想象的內容元素，運用相應的舞蹈風格，並在闡釋中用清晰的邏輯和富有感染力的語言，展現對未來的理解，從作品內容和舞蹈風格上呼應主題。

情感營造

考查參賽者能否通過舞蹈技巧的綜合運用（如動作輕重、節奏緩急、力度變化）、作品的詮釋以及細節的呈現，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的意境。例如通過柔緩的動作、細膩的肢體表現「友誼珍貴」主題的溫馨感；用張揚的肢體、強烈的節奏傳達「成長突破」的熱烈氛圍，讓觀眾透過舞蹈作品感受到或激昂、或寧靜、或溫馨等不同情感情緒，深刻領會作品的內在精神，仿佛置身於舞蹈營造的獨特情感意境中。

內容難度與感染力（25%）​

難度展現​

關注參賽者所選擇的舞蹈內容在技巧難度和情感深度上的體現，比如創作涉及高難度技巧（如多層次隊形、抽象情感具象化）、特殊主題（如複雜情感的肢體轉化、跨文化題材的呈現）的作品，或是表現具有深厚文化內涵的傳統故事、社會議題的舞蹈，需要具備扎實的舞蹈功底、藝術基礎和文化素養；或者在處理抽象情感（如用肢體表現「希望」「夢想」等概念）時，展現出對情感的肢體轉化能力。同時，在系列篇章創作中，要展現出對整體風格和情感表達的駕馭能力，如不同篇章之間的協調性、情感呈現的連貫性。

藝術感染力

考察參賽者能否通過舞蹈作品及闡釋傳遞情感，使觀眾對作品產生共鳴，感受到創作者的思考與態度，並在作品呈現上表現出對舞蹈主題的深刻理解。無論是作品本身的藝術表現力、情感傳達力，還是在闡釋作品時對創作思路的生動敘述、對主題的深入解讀，都能自然流暢且富有說服力，吸引觀眾沉浸其中，體會舞蹈藝術的文化深度與情感溫度。

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚舞蹈專業背景的舞者、舞蹈教育與藝術行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
