比賽形式/Competition Format

​​

參賽選手需提交一件參賽繪畫作品的高清資料（JPG/PNG/PDF格式，頁面佈局清晰可讀），能完整呈現作品的細節與整體效果。例如在備賽準備階段，對新春繪畫主題的理解與立意把握是否深刻，繪畫門類選擇及創作規劃的設定是否契合表達意圖；創作過程中，門類規範的遵循與風格呈現是否統一，元素層次的鋪墊與主旨推進是否清晰，技法的運用與主題詮釋是否突出，不同繪畫手法的發揮是否熟練且富有張力；根據新春主題的情感需求，能否通過繪畫形式靈活傳達思想與意境。同時，在作品闡述環節，要清晰展示作品表達的流暢性、風格的完整性，情感傳遞的飽滿度，創作思路的層次感，以及對作品內涵詮釋時的說服力等。如闡述中需說明繪畫語言與新春主題的關聯性，並解釋創作過程中如何通過構圖構成強化作品藝術邏輯，確保闡述內容與參賽作品高度契合，充分體現參賽者對繪畫本質的理解、把控與創新能力。

Participants are required to submit a high-resolution digital copy of one painting entry (in JPG/PNG/PDF format with a clear and legible page layout), which can fully present the details and overall effect of the work. For example, during the pre-competition preparation phase, whether the understanding of the Spring Festival painting theme and the grasp of the core concept are profound, and whether the selection of painting categories and the formulation of creative planning are consistent with the intended expression; during the creative process, whether the compliance with category norms and the presentation of stylistic features are unified, whether the layering of elements and the advancement of the core theme are clear, whether the application of techniques and the interpretation of the theme are prominent, and whether the use of different painting methods is proficient and full of expressive tension; according to the emotional demands of the Spring Festival theme, whether the ideas and artistic conception can be flexibly conveyed through the painting form. Meanwhile, in the work elaboration session, participants should clearly demonstrate the fluency of expression, the integrity of style, the richness of emotional conveyance, the hierarchical nature of creative thinking, as well as the persuasiveness in interpreting the connotations of the work. For instance, the elaboration needs to clarify the relevance between the painting language and the Spring Festival theme, and explain how the composition structure enhances the artistic logic of the work during the creative process. It is imperative that the elaboration content is highly consistent with the submitted painting work, fully reflecting the participant’s comprehension, mastery and innovative capabilities regarding the essence of painting.

參賽選手可以創作並呈現獨特的繪畫作品，展現個人的藝術才華與創作技巧。無論是創作具有經典傳統風格，如國畫的筆墨韻致、工筆的精細寫實，還是融合現代多元理念，如傳統繪畫與當代審美視角的跨界融合、數位媒介下的繪畫創新表達的作品，都需在門類選擇、技法呈現、情感傳達、風格把控以及視覺感染力等方面展現獨特之處。

Participants may create and present unique painting works that showcase their personal artistic talent and creative skills. Whether creating works with classic traditional styles—such as the brush and ink charm of traditional Chinese painting, or the exquisite realism of gongbi painting—or integrating modern diverse concepts—such as the cross-border integration of traditional painting and contemporary aesthetic perspectives, or the innovative expression of painting under digital media—they must demonstrate uniqueness in aspects such as category selection, technical presentation, emotional conveyance, style control, and visual appeal.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一件參賽繪畫作品（傳統類含國畫、工筆畫等，現代類含油畫、水彩畫等）及一份對該作品的闡釋文檔。

2. 提交的繪畫作品需保證原作完整（平面作品尺寸不超過105×75厘米，數位繪畫作品分辨率不低於300DPI）、格式規範（無硬質畫框、無重金屬裝飾），以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判作品的各個細節，例如技法的熟練度與創新性，色彩的搭配與節奏，構圖的邏輯與張力，繪畫語言的運用與合理性，以及整體作品所傳達的思想深度、文化內涵和視覺感染力等。同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達創作者的題材選擇思路、作品創作構想、個人繪畫風格等內容。

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如PDF或Word文檔。文字表達需專業嚴謹，篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解繪畫作品，從而對作品的視覺表現力、技術完成度及整體呈現效果做出客觀準確的評價。

• Each participant is required to submit one painting entry (traditional category includes traditional Chinese painting, gongbi painting, etc.; modern category includes oil painting, watercolor painting, etc.) and an explanatory document for the work.

• The submitted painting work must be a complete original piece (two-dimensional works with a size of no more than 105×75 cm; digital painting works with a resolution of no less than 300 DPI) and comply with standardized formatting requirements (free of rigid picture frames and heavy metal decorations). This ensures that the judges can conduct a comprehensive and meticulous evaluation of all aspects of the work, such as the proficiency and innovation of techniques, the matching and rhythm of colors, the logic and tension of composition, the appropriate application and rationality of painting language, as well as the ideological depth, cultural connotation and visual appeal conveyed by the work as a whole. Meanwhile, the explanatory document should accurately and clearly articulate the creator’s rationale for subject selection, the conceptualization process of the work, their personal painting style, and other related content.

• ​The explanatory document shall be submitted in commonly used electronic document formats, such as PDF or Word. The textual expression must be professional and rigorous, and the length shall strictly comply with the competition regulations. This ensures that the judges can understand the painting work from multiple dimensions, thereby making an objective and accurate evaluation of the work’s visual expressiveness, technical refinement, and overall presentation effect.

評判將依據參賽者整體的繪畫作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

繪畫技法（30%）

技法運用與呈現

評估參賽者對繪畫各類技法與材料的精准把握能力，無論是筆觸的節奏把控、色彩的力度變化、線條的流暢度，還是技法的韻律運用、構圖轉換、造型塑造，以及情感視覺轉化、細節伏筆鋪墊、意境營造等特殊技法的使用。例如在創作包含精緻細節（如光影層次的細膩度、物體形態的真實性）或情感張力強（如喜慶主題的色彩表達、敘事主題的場景鋪陳）的作品時，技法與材料運用的準確性和靈活性，能否輕鬆駕馭不同難度的繪畫技法，並且在多種技法結合使用時自然協調。在表現不同風格基調的作品（如傳統新春主題用典雅筆墨，現代新春主題以鮮活色彩呈現）時，技法與材料的運用需準確傳達思想，確保作品的完整性以及層次的豐富性；在處理複雜內容（如多元素新春場景、跨文化元素融合）時，精准掌握技法轉換、內容層次與思想呈現，展現出獨特的繪畫魅力和對作品質感、層次表現以及情感張力的精准控制。

作品構圖與整體協調

考查參賽者對繪畫作品構圖和藝術整體協調原理的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據作品新春主題、情感表達的需求，精准地運用構圖技巧（如元素銜接、內容鋪墊、主旨凸顯）和協調方式（如色彩與主題的融合度、風格統一的穩定性、情感推進的層次感、元素與立意的契合度）。例如在創作嚴謹敘事類新春繪畫時，運用邏輯清晰的內容構圖與嚴謹的整體協調；在表現抒情類新春繪畫時，通過優美流暢的構圖與富有張力的整體營造氛圍。同時，在系列篇章創作中，要保證篇章之間、情感轉換之間協調好藝術邏輯與內容銜接，做到風格統一又各具特色，展現出對作品構圖與整體協調的敏銳感知和出色把控。

創意與風格（25%）

風格獨特性

評價參賽者繪畫風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循繪畫基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多選手中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同繪畫風格的特徵（如將國畫的寫意與油畫的寫實融合），創造出既保留經典韻味又具個人風采的繪畫風格；或者在色彩處理和情感表達上，形成自己獨特的繪畫語言，使每件作品都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的藝術視角。

創作創新

考量繪畫作品在創作形式方面的新穎程度，如詮釋角度創新（如以跨界思路呈現新春題材、加入個人生活體驗演繹）、表達形式創新（如合理運用綜合材料、結合裝置藝術呈現）、內容融合創新（如繪畫與民俗元素跨界結合、傳統技法與現代表達融合）以及古今元素融合（如用現代繪畫手法演繹傳統新春故事、在現代題材中融入傳統新春符號）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個作品在表現形式上更具實驗性與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。

主題契合與情感營造（20%）

主題契合度​​

評估繪畫作品所傳達的情感、藝術內涵等與比賽「新春」主題是否緊密契合。例如參賽者通過選擇富有新春氣息的內容元素，運用相應的繪畫風格，並在闡釋中用清晰的邏輯和富有感染力的語言，展現對新春的理解，從作品內容和繪畫風格上呼應主題。

情感營造

考查參賽者能否通過繪畫技法的綜合運用（如色彩輕重、筆觸緩急、構圖變化）、作品的詮釋以及細節的呈現，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的意境。例如通過溫暖的色彩、細膩的筆觸表現「新春團圓」主題的溫馨感；用飽滿的色彩、張揚的構圖傳達「新春喜慶」的熱烈氛圍，讓觀眾透過繪畫作品感受到或喜悅、或溫馨、或激昂等不同情感情緒，深刻領會作品的內在精神，仿佛置身於藝術營造的獨特新春意境中。

內容難度與感染力（25%）

難度展現​

關注參賽者所選擇的繪畫內容在技巧難度和情感深度上的體現，比如創作涉及高難度技巧（如多層次構圖、抽象情感具象化）、特殊主題（如複雜情感的視覺轉化、跨文化新春題材的呈現）的作品，或是表現具有深厚文化內涵的傳統新春故事、民俗議題的繪畫創作，需要具備扎實的繪畫功底、審美基礎和文化素養；或者在處理抽象情感（如用視覺語言表現「期盼」「團圓」等概念）時，展現出對情感的視覺轉化能力。同時，在系列篇章創作中，要展現出對整體風格和情感表達的駕馭能力，如不同篇章之間的協調性、情感呈現的連貫性。

藝術感染力

考察參賽者能否通過繪畫作品及闡釋傳遞情感，使觀眾對作品產生共鳴，感受到創作者的思考與態度，並在作品呈現上表現出對繪畫主題的深刻理解。無論是作品本身的藝術表現力、情感傳達力，還是在闡釋作品時對創作思路的生動敘述、對主題的深入解讀，都能自然流暢且富有說服力，吸引觀眾沉浸其中，體會繪畫創作的文化深度與情感溫度。

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚藝術專業背景的藝術家、藝術教育與文化行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
