比賽形式/Competition Format

​​

參賽選手需提交一件參賽新詩文學作品的高清文稿及創作闡述資料（DOC/DOCX/PDF格式，字跡清晰、排版規範），能完整呈現作品的文字質感與整體文學意境。例如在創作準備階段，對新詩文學作品主題的理解與立意把握是否深刻，文字風格選擇及表達架構的設定是否契合創作意圖；創作過程中，新詩文學寫作規範的遵循與文風呈現是否統一，情感層次的鋪墊與主旨推進是否清晰，修辭的運用與主題詮釋是否突出，不同文字表達手法的發揮是否熟練且富有感染力；根據新詩文學作品的情感需求，能否通過文字形式靈活傳達思想與內蘊。同時，在作品闡述環節，要清晰展示闡述表達的流暢性、文風的完整性，情感傳遞的飽滿度，創作思路的層次感，以及對作品內涵詮釋時的說服力等。如闡述中需說明文字語言與作品主題的關聯性，並解釋創作過程中如何通過詞句節奏強化作品文學邏輯，確保闡述內容與參賽作品高度契合，充分體現參賽者對新詩文學本質的理解、把控與創新能力。

Participants shall submit a high-definition manuscript of one original contemporary poem entry and materials for creative elaboration (in DOC/DOCX/PDF format), with clear handwriting and standardized typesetting, which can fully present the textual quality and overall literary artistic conception of the work.For example, in the creative preparation stage, whether the understanding of the theme and the grasp of the conception of the contemporary poem work are in-depth, and whether the choice of writing style and the setting of the expression framework are consistent with the creative intention; in the creative process, whether the adherence to the writing norms of contemporary poetry and the presentation of the writing style are unified, whether the layering of emotional levels and the promotion of the main theme are clear, whether the use of rhetoric and the interpretation of the theme are prominent, and whether the exertion of different textual expression techniques is skilled and infectious;According to the emotional needs of the contemporary poem work, whether ideas and connotations can be flexibly conveyed through textual forms. At the same time, in the section of work elaboration, it is necessary to clearly show the fluency of elaborative expression, the integrity of writing style, the fullness of emotional transmission, the layering of creative thinking, and the persuasiveness in interpreting the connotation of the work.For example, the elaboration needs to explain the relevance between the textual language and the theme of the work, and explain how to strengthen the literary logic of the work through the rhythm of words and sentences in the creative process, so as to ensure that the content of the elaboration is highly consistent with the entry work, and fully reflect the participant's understanding, control and innovative ability of the essence of contemporary poetry.

參賽選手可以創作並呈現獨特的新詩文學作品，展現個人的文字才華與創作技巧。無論是創作具有經典傳統風格，如古詩的韻律雅致、散文的醇厚韻味，還是融合現代多元理念，如傳統詩文與當代審美視角的跨界融合、數位媒介下的新詩創新表達的作品，都需在文字運用、修辭呈現、情感傳達、文風把控以及文學感染力等方面展現獨特之處。

Participants may create and present unique contemporary poetic literary works to showcase their personal literary talent and creative skills. Whether creating works with classic traditional styles, such as the elegant rhyme of ancient poetry and the mellow charm of prose, or integrating modern and diverse concepts—such as the cross-border integration of traditional poetry and contemporary aesthetic perspectives, and the innovative expression of contemporary poetry under digital media—participants must demonstrate uniqueness in terms of language application, rhetorical presentation, emotional transmission, stylistic control, and literary appeal.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一件參賽新詩文學作品及一份對該作品的闡釋文檔。

2. 提交的新詩文學作品需保證完整呈現、格式規範（PDF格式），以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判作品的各個細節，例如文字運用的熟練度與創新性，情感的鋪墊與語調把控，文韻的協調與張力，文學語言的運用與合理性，以及整體作品所傳達的思想深度、文化內涵和文學感染力等。同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達創作者的作品選擇思路、文字創作構想、個人新詩文學創作風格等內容。

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如PDF或Word文檔。文字表達需專業嚴謹，篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解新詩文學作品，從而對作品的文學表現力、創作完成度及整體呈現效果做出客觀準確的評價。

• Each participant shall submit one contemporary poetic literary work and an interpretation document for the work.

• The submitted contemporary poetic literary work must be fully presented with standardized formatting (in PDF format) to ensure that the judges can comprehensively and meticulously evaluate all details of the work, such as the proficiency and innovation in language application, the layering of emotions and control of tone, the coordination and tension of literary rhyme, the application and rationality of literary language, as well as the ideological depth, cultural connotation and literary appeal conveyed by the work as a whole. At the same time, the interpretation document shall accurately and clearly express the creator's ideas on work selection, conception of literary creation, personal style of contemporary poetic creation, and other related contents.

• The interpretation document shall adopt common electronic document formats, such as PDF or Word documents. The language expression shall be professional and rigorous, and the length shall strictly comply with the competition regulations, so that the judges can understand the contemporary poetic literary work from multiple dimensions, thereby making an objective and accurate evaluation on the literary expressiveness, creative completeness and overall presentation effect of the work.

評判將依據參賽者整體的新詩文學作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

文字技法（30%）

技法運用與呈現

評估參賽者對新詩文學各類文字技法的精准把握能力，無論是詞句的節奏把控、語調的力度變化、文脈的流暢度，還是修辭的韻律運用、句式轉換、情感演繹，以及細節描寫、意境鋪陳、思想傳達等特殊技法的使用。例如在創作包含精緻細節（如古韻文辭的細膩度、情感層次的豐富性）或情感張力強（如喜慶主題的語調表達、敘事主題的文脈鋪陳）的作品時，文字與修辭運用的準確性和靈活性，能否輕鬆駕馭不同難度的文字技法，並且在多種技法結合使用時自然協調。在表現不同風格基調的作品（如傳統經典新詩用典雅文辭，現代創作新詩以鮮活語調呈現）時，文字與修辭的運用需準確傳達思想，確保作品的完整性以及層次的豐富性；在處理複雜內容（如多篇章敘述、跨文化元素融合的新詩作品）時，精准掌握技法轉換、內容層次與思想呈現，展現出獨特的文字演繹魅力和對作品質感、層次表現以及情感張力的精准控制。

文脈構思與整體協調

考查參賽者對新詩文學作品文脈構思和文學整體協調原理的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據作品主題、情感表達的需求，精准地運用文脈技巧（如句式銜接、內容鋪墊、主旨凸顯）和協調方式（如語調與主題的融合度、文風統一的穩定性、情感推進的層次感、文脈與立意的契合度）。例如在創作嚴謹敘事類新詩作品時，運用邏輯清晰的文脈構思與嚴謹的整體協調；在表現抒情類新詩作品時，通過優美流暢的文脈與富有張力的整體表達營造氛圍。同時，在系列篇章創作中，要保證篇章之間、情感轉換之間協調好文學邏輯與內容銜接，做到風格統一又各具特色，展現出對作品文脈構思與整體協調的敏銳感知和出色把控。

創意與文風（25%）

文風獨特性

評價參賽者新詩文學創作文風是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循新詩基本規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多選手中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將不同新詩文風的特徵（如將古韻詩文的寫意韻味與現代新詩的語調感融合），創造出既保留經典韻味又具個人風采的新詩創作文風；或者在文字處理和情感表達上，形成自己獨特的文學語言，使每件作品都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的文學視角。

創作創新

考量新詩文學作品在創作形式方面的新穎程度，如詮釋角度創新（如以跨界思路呈現傳統題材、加入個人生活體驗創作）、表達形式創新（如合理運用文體融合、結合情景鋪陳呈現）、內容融合創新（如詩文與民俗元素跨界結合、傳統文辭與現代表達融合）以及古今元素融合（如用現代表達手法演繹傳統詩文故事、在現代題材中融入傳統文學符號）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個作品在表現形式上更具實驗性與文學張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。

主題契合與情感營造（20%）

主題契合度​​

評估新詩文學作品所傳達的情感、文學內涵等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如參賽者通過選擇富有主題氣息的文字元素，運用相應的新詩創作文風，並在闡釋中用清晰的邏輯和富有感染力的語言，展現對主題的理解，從作品內容和創作文風上呼應主題。

情感營造

考查參賽者能否通過新詩文字技法的綜合運用（如語調輕重、節奏緩急、文辭變化）、作品的詮釋以及細節的呈現，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的意境。例如通過溫暖的語調、細膩的文辭表現「團圓和睦」主題的溫馨感；用飽滿的文字、張揚的語調傳達「喜慶歡騰」的熱烈氛圍，讓讀者透過新詩作品感受到或喜悅、或溫馨、或激昂等不同情感情緒，深刻領會作品的內在精神，仿佛置身於文學營造的獨特意境中。

內容難度與感染力（25%）

難度展現​

關注參賽者所選擇的新詩內容在文字難度和情感深度上的體現，比如創作涉及高難度技巧（如多層次文脈構思、抽象情感文字化）、特殊主題（如複雜情感的文字轉化、跨文化題材的新詩呈現）的作品，或是表現具有深厚文化內涵的傳統故事、民俗議題的新詩創作，需要具備扎實的文字功底、審美基礎和文化素養；或者在處理抽象情感（如用文字語言表現「期盼」「團圓」等概念）時，展現出對情感的文字轉化能力。同時，在系列篇章創作中，要展現出對整體文風和情感表達的駕馭能力，如不同篇章之間的協調性、情感呈現的連貫性。

文學感染力

考察參賽者能否通過新詩作品及闡釋傳遞情感，使讀者對作品產生共鳴，感受到創作者的思考與態度，並在作品呈現上表現出對新詩主題的深刻理解。無論是作品本身的文學表現力、情感傳達力，還是在闡釋作品時對創作思路的生動敘述、對主題的深入解讀，都能自然流暢且富有說服力，吸引讀者沉浸其中，體會新詩創作的文化深度與情感溫度。

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚新詩文學專業背景的文學家、新詩教育與文化行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
