比賽形式/Competition Format
 

參賽選手需提交一段中英文朗誦表演及作品闡釋的高清視頻（確保視頻畫質清晰，聲音同步且無雜音，能清晰呈現朗誦表演的每一個細節。例如在朗誦準備階段，對文本的理解與情感基調是否明確，語言狀態的調整是否到位；朗誦過程中，中文的聲調發音、英文的語音語調是否標準清晰，節奏的把握與語句重音是否精確，氣息的運用是否流暢且富有控制力，語言情感色彩的轉換、抑揚頓挫的技巧使用是否自然熟練；根據文本不同段落的情感需求，能否靈活切換朗誦的語速、語氣與音量。同時，在作品闡釋環節，要清晰展示表達的流暢性、中英文發音的規範性、語調的感染力、語速的合理把控、情感的飽滿表達、觀點闡述的邏輯層次，以及對作品內涵詮釋時的說服力等）。

參賽選手可以創作並展示獨特的中英文朗誦作品，展示個人的語言表達才華與朗誦技巧。無論是演繹具有傳統文化底蘊的文本，如中國古詩詞的含蓄雋永、莎士比亞詩歌的典雅深沉，還是融合現代多元理念，如跨語言詩歌創作的靈動大膽、影視配音與朗誦結合的創新表達，都需在文本構思、語音處理、風格詮釋、情感傳達、朗誦技巧及作品感染力等方面展現獨特之處。

 

Contestants can create and present unique Chinese and English speech pieces, showcasing their individual verbal expression and speaking skills. Whether interpreting texts with traditional cultural heritage, such as the subtle timelessness of ancient Chinese poetry, the elegance and depth of Shakespearean poetry, or integrating modern and diverse concepts, such as cross-language poetry creation, the flexibility and boldness, and the combination of film and television dubbing and recitation of innovative expression, all need to show the uniqueness of the text in terms of the conceptualization of the text, the treatment of the voice, the interpretation of style, the expression of emotions, recitation techniques and the infectious force of the work.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

1. 每位參賽者需提交一段原創中英文朗誦作品的音頻 / 視頻以及一份對該作品的闡釋文檔。

2. 提交的朗誦作品音頻 / 視頻需保證音質清晰、無雜音失真，聲畫同步（若為視頻），以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判朗誦的各個細節，例如中文聲調的準確性與穩定性，節奏的把控與語流韻律感，語音的音色質感與共鳴運用，咬字發音的清晰度與情感傳達，跨語言語調轉換、氣息控制等朗誦技巧的熟練程度，以及整首作品所呈現的情感層次、主題表達和現場感染力等。同時，闡釋文檔應準確、清晰地表達朗誦者的構思、靈感來源、創作意圖以及對作品內涵的解讀等內容。

3. 闡釋文檔應採用常見的電子文檔格式，如 PDF 或 Word 文檔。文字表達需精准，闡述篇幅需嚴格按照比賽規定，以便評委能夠從多個維度理解作品，從而對朗誦的藝術感染力、語言技巧水準以及整體呈現效果做出準確的評價。

• ​The interpretation should be in a common electronic format, such as PDF or Word. The text should be precise and the length of the presentation should be in strict accordance with the rules of the competition, so that the judges can understand the work from multiple perspectives and make an accurate assessment of the artistic impact of the recitation, the level of language skills, and the overall effect of the presentation.

評分標準

評判將依據參賽者整體的中英文朗誦作品及闡釋表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

 

本評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：

 

朗誦技巧（30%）

技法運用與掌控

評估參賽者對各類朗誦技法的精准把握能力，無論是中文朗誦中的聲調控制、氣息運用、兒化音處理，英文朗誦中的語音語調、連讀弱讀、重音節律，還是跨語言朗誦中的語調轉換、多語種發音切換等。比如在朗誦包含長句鋪陳或情感爆發的段落時，技法運用的準確性和穩定性，能否輕鬆駕馭不同難度的朗誦技巧，並且在多種技巧結合使用時自然流暢。在表現情感強烈的文句時，要保證技法的運用能準確傳達情感，語音的清晰度以及情感表達的持續性；在朗誦具有衝擊力的排比句或詩歌韻腳時，精准掌握語速與音量的變化，展現出獨特的語言魅力和對朗誦力度、語調以及情感深度的精准控制。

 

節奏與語流感知

考查參賽者對語言節奏和語流韻律的理解與詮釋能力。能夠根據文本的主題、句式結構以及情感表達的需求，精准地把握語句停頓、重音分佈與語速變化。例如在朗誦熱情激昂的演講稿時，運用鏗鏘有力的節奏型，展現感染力；在朗誦抒情詩歌時，通過對語速的細膩處理，如緩慢起勢、漸強推進，體現出語言的細膩與韻味。同時，在跨語言文本朗誦中，要保證中英文段落之間協調好節奏關係，做到風格連貫又各具特色，展現出對語言節奏與語流的敏銳感知和出色把握。

 

創意與風格（25%）

風格獨特性

評價參賽者朗誦風格是否具有鮮明的個人特色，能否在遵循語言規範的基礎上，融入自己獨特的理解與創新元素，在眾多選手中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者將中英文經典文本進行對比朗誦，創造出兼具東西方文化特色的表達風格；或者在情感呈現上，形成自己獨特的演繹方式，使每一段朗誦都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現出與眾不同的語言視角。

 

形式創新

考量朗誦在形式設計方面的新穎程度，包括：

 

1. 素材創新：改編經典文本（如用英文朗誦《紅樓夢》片段）、融入方言或外語俚語元素、結合戲劇臺詞與詩歌朗誦；

2. 形式設計：突破傳統獨誦模式，嘗試雙語對話式朗誦、多聲部重疊朗誦、互動式情景朗誦；

3. 內容演繹：採用新穎的敘事邏輯（如倒敘、插敘）、獨特的情感表達方式（如幽默諷刺與深情抒懷結合），或融合現代技術（如配樂、視頻背景）增強視聽效果，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。

 

主題契合與情境營造（20%）

主題契合度

評估朗誦作品所傳達的情感、文化內涵等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以 “文明的對話” 為主題，參賽者通過選用中外經典文本對照朗誦、改編跨文化故事等方式，並在作品闡釋中用精準的語言展現文化交融的主題氛圍，從語言表達上呼應主題。

 

情境營造

考查參賽者能否通過朗誦手法的強弱變化（如音量漸強漸弱、語調高低起伏）、語速處理（如急讀、緩讀交替）、肢體語言以及整體的語言表現力等綜合手段，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的情境。例如通過低沉的語調、緩慢的節奏營造憂鬱的氛圍，或用高亢的聲音、快速的語流再現熱烈的場景，讓觀眾能透過朗誦感受到如歷史滄桑、未來憧憬、文化衝突等不同的情緒，深刻領會作品所蘊含的內在意義，仿佛置身於其營造的語言情境之中。

 

內容難度與感染力（25%）

難度展現

關注參賽者所選擇的朗誦內容在語言難度和思想複雜度上的體現，比如朗誦涉及高深文學理論（如中英文詩歌的意象分析）、跨文化文本對比解讀的作品，需要具備深厚的語言素養、敏銳的文化感知和高超的朗誦能力；或者在處理複雜主題和多元語言元素時，展現出對高難度內容的駕馭能力。同時，在團體朗誦作品中，要展現出團隊協作完成複雜內容組織和創意協同表達的能力，如各成員在語言銜接、情感遞進上的默契配合。

 

藝術感染力

考察參賽者能否通過朗誦作品及闡釋傳遞情感，使觀眾對作品產生共鳴，感受到參賽者朗誦時的心境與情緒，並在展示呈現上表現出自信以及對整個朗誦的掌控力。無論是朗誦作品本身的表現力、情感的投入程度，還是在闡釋作品時與觀眾的交流和互動，都能自然流暢且富有感染力，吸引觀眾沉浸其中，體會中英文朗誦藝術的魅力。

 

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品及闡釋將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚語言教育背景的學者、專業朗誦藝術家及文化行業代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據。
