比賽形式/Competition Format

參賽選手需提交一張攝影作品（確保作品畫質清晰，色彩還原準確，無明顯瑕疵，能清晰呈現拍攝主體的每一個細節，比如畫面元素的構圖佈局、光線的運用效果、色彩的搭配層次、拍攝主體的表情神態、主題元素的突出時機與效果等）。拍攝題材可以涵蓋但不限於自然風光、人物肖像、城市風貌、民俗文化等各種風格類型的攝影主題。攝影作品應體現參賽選手獨特的攝影風格和精湛技藝，能夠展示對光影、構圖的精准把握，以及對攝影作品主題的深刻詮釋。

Contestants are required to submit a photographic work. Ensure that the image quality of the work is clear, the color restoration is accurate, and there are no obvious defects. It should clearly present every detail of the shooting subject, such as the composition and layout of the elements in the frame, the effect of light utilization, the hierarchical collocation of colors, the expressions and demeanor of the shooting subject, and the timing and effect of highlighting the theme elements. The shooting themes can cover, but are not limited to, various types of photographic themes such as natural scenery, portraits, urban landscapes, and folk cultures. The photographic work should reflect the contestant's unique photographic style and superb skills, demonstrating precise control over light, shadow, and composition, as well as a profound interpretation of the theme of the photographic work.
 

參賽者可以創作並提交獨特的攝影作品，展示個人的攝影創作才華與拍攝技巧。無論是創作具有傳統風格的攝影作品，比如遵循經典構圖法則、注重寫實的風光或人物攝影，還是融合現代攝影理念與技術的創新作品，如運用特殊拍攝手法、後期合成等方式展現獨特視角的作品，都需在拍攝主題選取、畫面構圖設計、光線捕捉運用、色彩搭配處理以及作品整體表現力等方面展現獨特之處。

Participants can create and submit unique photographic works, demonstrating their personal photography creation talents and shooting skills. Whether creating photographic works with a traditional style, such as landscape or portrait photography that adheres to classic composition rules and emphasizes realism, or innovative works that integrate modern photographic concepts and techniques, like those presenting unique perspectives through special shooting methods or post - production synthesis, they need to showcase their uniqueness in aspects such as the selection of shooting themes, the design of picture composition, the capture and utilization of light, the handling of color matching, and the overall expressiveness of the works.

作品規則指引/Submission Guidelines：

・每位參賽者需提交一張攝影作品。
・提交的作品格式應為常見的圖像格式，如 JPEG。圖片解析度需嚴格按照比賽規定，以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判作品細節，例如畫面的清晰度、構圖的合理性、色彩的協調性、光影的運用效果、拍攝主題的表現力，以及作品所傳達的情感深度、整體視覺的和諧感和完整性等。通過作品展示，評委能夠從多個維度觀察作品，從而對作品的藝術感染力、攝影技巧水準以及整體呈現效果做出準確的評價。
・參賽作品中的攝影創作必須為選手本人真實拍攝，不得使用任何形式的圖像篡改（除合理的後期處理用於調整色彩、對比度等基本優化外）或代拍。若提交原創攝影作品，該作品必須為原創，不得抄襲他人作品，且未在其他比賽中獲獎。

• Each participant is required to submit one photographic work.

• The submitted work should be in a common image format, such as JPEG. The image resolution must strictly comply with the competition regulations to ensure that the judges can comprehensively and meticulously evaluate the details of the work. These details include the clarity of the picture, the rationality of the composition, the harmony of colors, the effect of light and shadow utilization, the expressiveness of the shooting theme, the depth of emotion conveyed by the work, the overall visual harmony, and integrity. Through the display of the work, the judges can observe the work from multiple dimensions, thus accurately assessing the artistic appeal of the work, the level of photography skills, and the overall presentation effect.

• The photographic creation in the competition work must be genuinely taken by the contestant themselves. No form of image tampering (except for reasonable post - processing for basic optimizations such as color and contrast adjustment) or proxy shooting is allowed. If an original photographic work is submitted, the work must be original, not plagiarized from others, and it should not have won any awards in other competitions.

評分標準

評判將依據參賽者整體的攝影作品表現予以評級及評分，比賽成績為 0 至 100 分。

評分標準旨在公正、客觀地衡量參賽者的表現。以下是各評分專案的具體情形：
 

攝影技巧（30%）

1. 畫質與清晰度：考查參賽者對拍攝設備的掌控以及拍攝環境的選擇，確保作品畫質清晰、無噪點，即使在放大局部畫面時，細節依然能夠清晰呈現。例如在拍攝風景照時，遠處的山巒、樹木紋理等都能清晰可辨；拍攝人物特寫時，人物的面部表情、發絲等細節也能細膩展現，體現對拍攝時機、光線運用和設備參數設置的精准把握。
    

2. 構圖合理性：評估參賽者對畫面元素的佈局能力，是否遵循如對稱、三分法、引導線等經典構圖法則，以營造出和諧、穩定且富有視覺吸引力的畫面。例如在拍攝建築時，利用對稱構圖展現其莊重與規整；拍攝街道時，運用引導線構圖將觀眾的視線引向畫面深處，增強畫面的縱深感和空間感。同時，也要考量在突破傳統構圖時的創新性與合理性，展現獨特的視角和創意。
    

創意與風格（25%）

1. 風格獨特性：評價攝影作品是否具有鮮明的個人風格，能否在遵循攝影藝術基本規律的基礎上，融入獨特的個人理解與創新元素，從眾多作品中脫穎而出。比如有的參賽者擅長以復古色調和細膩的光影處理，營造出懷舊風格的攝影作品；或者通過獨特的視角和誇張的變形手法，展現超現實風格的畫面，使每一張作品都帶有鮮明的個人印記，展現與眾不同的藝術視角。
    

2. 形式創新：考量攝影作品在形式設計方面的新奇程度，如拍攝手法的創新（如慢門攝影、多重曝光等展現獨特的動態或奇幻效果）、呈現形式（除了傳統的平面照片，有無創新的立體攝影、全景拼接等形式）以及對攝影媒介的拓展（如結合數字技術、特殊材料等創造出獨特的視覺體驗）等方面是否有別出心裁之處，使整個作品在表現形式上更具魅力與藝術張力，凸顯參賽者的創新思維。
    

主題契合與意境傳達（20%）

1. 主題契合度：評估攝影作品所傳達的情感、展現的內容等與比賽主題是否緊密契合。例如以 “城市脈搏” 為主題，參賽者通過捕捉城市中的忙碌身影、繁華街景、獨特建築等元素，展現城市的活力與節奏，用畫面呼應主題，讓觀眾能夠清晰地感受到作品圍繞主題所表達的核心內容。
    

2. 意境營造：考查參賽者能否通過畫面的色彩搭配、光影對比、元素組合以及整體的畫面表現力等綜合手段，將自身對主題的理解與情感融入其中，營造出相應的意境。讓觀眾透過作品感受到如寧靜的鄉村氣息、繁華都市的喧囂、歷史遺跡的滄桑等不同的藝術氛圍，深刻領會作品所蘊含的內在意義，仿佛能跟隨畫面走進其所營造的獨特情境之中。
    

作品難度與藝術表現力（25%）

1. 難度展現：關注參賽者所選擇的拍攝主題和表現手法在技術難度上的體現。比如拍攝高難度的星空攝影，需要掌握精確的曝光時間、對焦技巧以及對天氣和拍攝地點的嚴格選擇；或者在微距攝影中，要展現微小物體的精細結構和獨特質感，需要高超的控制景深和光線的能力。同時，對於一些需要團隊協作完成的大型攝影專案，如航拍城市全景拼接，要展現出團隊在策劃、執行和後期處理等方面的協作能力。
    

2. 藝術感染力：考察參賽者能否通過作品傳遞情感，使觀眾對作品產生共鳴，感受到作品所蘊含的情緒和氛圍。無論是畫面的視覺衝擊力、情感的細膩表達，還是作品引發的思考深度，都能自然流暢且富有感染力，吸引觀眾沉浸其中，體會攝影藝術的魅力。作品應能夠在瞬間抓住觀眾的注意力，並在觀賞過程中引發情感上的觸動和思考。
    

評分過程中，每位參賽者的作品將由至少兩位評審進行獨立評分，保障評審過程的一致性與公正性。評審團由具備深厚專業背景的攝影師、攝影教育與文化行業的代表組成，他們的專業評價將為比賽結果提供重要依據

The deadline for applications is two weeks after the judging results are announced.

All awards will be mailed within eight weeks after the application deadline.

• Any school/education center/organization that nominates 10 or more participants will receive the "Institution Award" Trophy.

• Any instructor who nominates 5 or more participants will receive the "Outstanding Instructor Award" Certificate.
